El Splash Resort es un maravilloso complejo familiar "libre de humo". Hay un puente aéreo climatizado que conecta las torres este y oeste, de modo que se puede acceder fácilmente a todas las comodidades del complejo desde cualquiera de las torres sin tener que salir del complejo. La torre este tiene una piscina, río lento, área para niños pequeños, snack bar, gimnasio, 2 parrillas a gas y áreas de recepción / sala de estar frente al golfo. La torre este es la primera torre a la que llegará cuando ingrese al resort desde el estacionamiento y el lobby. Desde la torre este, puedes cruzar un segundo puente elevado y llegarás a la torre oeste, que tiene el parque acuático, el jacuzzi, la piscina y la sala de juegos.

Sobre el condominio
Hay un dormitorio completo, dos literas en el pasillo y dos baños. La cocina completamente equipada con amplias zonas comunes y un gran balcón con vistas al Golfo y la playa.

El dormitorio principal tiene una cama king size muy cómoda, televisión de pantalla plana con reproductor de DVD, persianas de plantación y baño principal privado con gran bañera de jardín. Hay una alcoba con literas que están convenientemente ubicadas al lado del segundo baño en el pasillo. Pisos de azulejos en todo el condominio.

La sala de estar tiene un televisor de pantalla plana de 42 pulgadas, reproductor de DVD, estéreo con reproductor de CD y un sofá cama Queen. La cocina está totalmente equipada con un refrigerador de lado a lado mejorado más grande con agua filtrada y hielo en la puerta y encimeras de granito. Totalmente abastecido con utensilios de cocina y platos, cafetera y tostadora. El cuarto de lavado tiene una lavadora y secadora de tamaño completo mejoradas para lavar cargas de tamaño completo. Internet inalámbrico gratuito en nuestro condominio y en todo el complejo. También ubicado en nuestro condominio: secadores de pelo con luces de noche en baños, plancha, tabla de planchar. Por favor, traiga sus propias toallas de playa. Buscando un condominio súper limpio, muy bien amueblado y bien mantenido ... ¡esto es todo!

We always enjoy staying at Splash. Anthony’s unit on 2nd floor is super convenient. Furniture is dated but the beach is timeless.

Easy access to everything. Only complaint is the elevators at the complex are super slow. But a fireman's over ride access key solves that issue. At least it did for me. Clean condo and great view.

Loved Splash resort but condo was very outdated.

First time staying at this condo. The resort itself was very fun for the family. Loved the pools and lazy river. The condo #205E we stayed in was very outdated. The furniture was old and falling apart. The chair had a very large tear in it which i saw listed in another review from 2023. Rugs were very worn and dirty looking. Some of the appliances didn't work. The kitchen was very limited on dishes, silverware and cookware. The bottom piece was broken off of the microwave. Coffee maker didn't work however the owners did drop off a new one. The TVs were very small and the one in the master bedroom didn't work. I would probably stay at this resort again but not in this condo. Owner would have to do quite a lot of updating before i would pay the prices they charged for this unit.

Good stay

This is our 5th time staying at Splash. This particular unit was really in need of some TLC. The furniture was really dirty. We have had great stays before. So maybe this property owner just needs to update their unit.

Honesty is the best policy

I will start with the positives. 1) beach access was great. 2) well lite onsite parking. 3) elevators worked. 4) washer and dryer in room was was nice, but washer is extremely loud. 5) nice view from baloney, even tho we were right above the pool it wasn’t too noisy. 6) access to streaming networks was great. The NEGATIVES The bed was the MOST uncomfortable thing we had ever slept on. Dreaded going to bed each night. Not only was the bed uncomfortable but the toilet ran 24/7 and it was loud. All you can hear. It was the worst. Shutting the door did not help. I even think the hallway toilet was running as well. Constant water trickling is the last thing you want when you’re exhausted. The shower head in the master bath is pitiful it barley puts out water. We had to shower in the hall bath to properly get the sand off. There were several of the over head can lights out (that’s Just laziness on the staff). The WiFi NEVER connected. We tried the new and old 205 neither connected it just spun and spun. The ice maker did not work and the Fridge had no inside lights. Is the sliding door to the balcony supposed to weigh 200lbs? The living room furniture needs an update. The arm Chair has a hole on the inside big enough for a baby to fit in. The rug is disgusting. Splash resort it’s self seems good. But i think the lack of care the owner took in his rental kinda turned us off from coming back to this resort.

Not worth the money!

Not worth the money furniture is all old and broken down. The master bathroom shower doesnt even work. The toilet runs non stop. The ice maker doesnt work. Something all over the balcony curtins. The kitchen was lacking utensils. There were no luggage carts everything had to be carried up the stairs because the elevators are so crowded and slow!

Great stay

The room was great for our small family. Lots of fun in the pool and water area for our 3 year old. Close to the ocean, great rates on the beach chairs. Great stay and would recommend and would stay again!

The chair in living room is literally caving in. Couch is old and dirty. Pull out feels like you might as well sleep on the ground. Sliding door to balcony is real bad and grinds at the bottom. Can hardly pull it open or shut it. The master bed crunches and makes loud noises when you move an inch. Tub drain is broken. Ice maker on fridge was messed up. Overall the place was decently clean, just not worth what we paid given the lack of taking care of the place.

Not what I was expecting

The location was perfect. The beach, the emerald waters. Close to shops, restaurants, and fishing. The unit itself was a total letdown. The unit has a lot of updates that need done. It was my 40th anniversary trip for my wife and I. Never been to Florida and we expected more than the worst unit in this beautiful resort. We won’t do that again.

A decent stay

The property was easy to navigate and finding the room was not a problem. Room was pretty clean when we arrived. We did notice that the lightbulbs were burned out in the lamps and in the vent-a-hood over the stove. The kitchen is minimally equipped. There were no measuring cups or spoons and no blender. The ice machine was stuck on crush and it made a mess in the floor everytime you used it. The decor was decent, although it did not flow. There was a zebra print rug in the living room and there were bright colored fish on the walls. I don’t usually pick the condo based on decor, as it doesn’t matter that much to me. But it was worth pointing out. The king mattress was well worn with indentions on each side. The room was on the 2nd floor but there is a lobby and ground floor as well so technically you are on the 4th floor. This makes a difference when you are traveling with someone with a disability. This is not the owners fault, I’m just simply pointing out how they number the floors. Considering what we paid, I would have expected a little more but it was a decent stay overall.

Worth the stay!

We truly enjoyed this 2nd floor rental and property. Condo was clean, organized, and had almost everything we needed. (Bring your own salt/pepper) We loved all of the pools and amenities for the kids and Alvin’s right across the street was a bonus. Area is well lit and the property itself was a breath of fresh air compared to other condos we have rented. Parking was a breeze and beach is steps away from pool area. Even though this was a family type property, even for July 4th week it wasn’t overrun by children or noise. The only cons were the elevators were extremely slow but I expected that. We would definitely be back!!!

Perfect Condo for a young family of 4

Everything was perfect! Great room great location beautiful beach, what more can you ask for! Property manager was very easy to stay in contact with, only negative was the TV remotes didn't work very well but honestly who goes to the beach to watch TV so it didn't bother us much at all! 100% will attempt to book this same room for future vacations. Thankyou to the property manager for providing a great condo with everything we needed for a perfect family vacation!

Had a blast

Just wanted to say THANK YOU for letting us stay the week. Everything was wonderful. We had everything we could possibly need here and our family had such a nice week. Kids loved their beds and we were just so comfy and right at home. View was beautiful and accommodations were perfect. Would love to come back :)

Review for Splash Beach Resort

We enjoyed our stay. The condo 205E was nice and clean. The view from the balcony was beautiful. We enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub. Even with the cold winter wind the pool was warm. There was enough around us that on the days it was too cold for the beach or the pool we were able to find something fun to do as a family. We did have a few issues. The registration desk didn't have hours so we had to find someone who could tell us when we could register. In our condo the coffee maker didn't work, the sliding door would get stuck and was hard to open and close, and the master bath toilet made a noise all night. We would definitely stay again.

Family Vacation

Property was excellent! This was my children’s first time staying at a beach front property and they loved it! Room being on 2nd floor was perfect and balcony views were excellent.
