Suministramos ropa de cama y toallas de alta calidad (el mismo proveedor que los hoteles parisinos de 4 estrellas), juegos de iniciación para jabón, champú, papel higiénico, detergente para lavandería y lavavajillas. Una limpieza final está incluida en el alquiler total.

Este encantador y cómodo apartamento de 2 dormitorios está situado en el distrito 6 de París, justo al lado de la fuente Saint-Michel ya pocos minutos de la Catedral Notre-Dame. Está en el tercer piso de un típico edificio parisino con ascensor desde el primer piso.

Se trata de un apartamento de nueva construcción, recientemente renovado y totalmente amueblado con ventanas de triple acristalamiento dando a la calle que le mantiene alejado del ruido de la calle concurrida.
El apartamento tiene dos dormitorios, el primero con una cama queen size y el segundo con dos camas individuales que se pueden arreglar en una cama King. Ambas habitaciones tienen un cuarto de baño en-suite, el primer baño está equipado con una bañera y una ducha italiana y el segundo baño con una ducha italiana. Tiene una sala de estar agradable y espaciosa donde puedes encontrar una mesa de comedor adaptada para 4 personas, un gran y cómodo sofá de esquina, una hermosa chimenea y una televisión por cable con 200 canales incluidos (algunos de ellos en inglés como CNN, CNBC , Bloomberg, noticias del cielo ...). El apartamento tiene una cocina separada totalmente equipada con electrodomésticos modernos (máquina Nespresso, lavavajillas, utensilios de cocina, etc.).

La unidad es privada y sin servicio de comidas. Ofrecemos ropa de cama y toallas de alta calidad y tendrás acceso a todo el equipo de cocina, lavadora, secadora, televisión, wifi de alta velocidad y teléfono (incluyendo llamadas gratuitas a los Estados Unidos, Canadá, Francia ...).

Entre otras cosas ofrecemos es:

Beautiful apartment in great central location

This apartment is in a beautiful building and is very comfortable and roomy for four people. It is well appointed and is quiet despite the central location. It has easy access to the metro and has close walking access to the Latin quarter of Paris.

Apartment near the Latin Quarter

Had a great stay at this apartment near the Latin Quarter. High ceilings, spacious for four, with nice kitchen. Near Metro, Notre Dame, and many other sights. Managers are nice and met us for check in. Would highly recommend this apartment.

Wonderful apartment in heart of paris!

Our family really enjoyed the apartment. All the rooms, furnishings, decor and appliances were excellent. Its on a very nice street with multiple cafes and shops. The close proximity to many sights (Seine river, Notre Dame, Jardin du Luxembourg, Saint Chappelle) and multiple Metro stops (Saint-Michel, Odeon) made our daily excursions a delight, too. Highly recommend!!

The perfect home in Paris

This was the perfect place for our week in Paris in close proximity to everything we had on our packed itinerary. So close to Saint Chapelle, Notre Dame, and the Seine and a nice stroll to the Pantheon, Jardin du Luxembourg, the Louvre, Musée d'Orsay, and more. Metro, bus, grocery, pastry, and restaurants all close by. The apartment was well equipped and comfortable for the four of us. Nicholas kept us informed and was kind enough to meet us early. Thanks for making this so enjoyable. We will be back!

Top notch apartment in a perfect location!

My friends and I so enjoyed our stay at Quartier La Monnaie! The apartment is exactly as pictured, so comfortable yet sophisticated. The views out the windows are so Parisian. The location is absolutely perfect- walking distance to almost anything you would want to see. Our hosts were especially helpful. We had one small problem and they fixed it immediately. I would recommend to anyone wanting a perfect stay in Paris.

A beautifully setting

This apartment was beautifully decorated. The two rooms were well situated with their own bathrooms which was perfect for our family of four. The living room and kitchen were pristine. The location is very central and in a lively neighborhood. We were there during a heatwave so it was difficult without a/c. If you come in the cooler months this apartment would be perfect. The apartment manager brought fans to us because of the heatwave and it helped us a lot. They were very quick to respond.

Family trip to Paris

My husband and I took our two children, 12 and 14, to Paris and decided to rent an apartment versus a hotel. My husband was hesitant about not staying in a hotel since we speak very limited French. We were both delighted with this property. It’s exactly as the pictures show and extremely clean. The beds are comfortable and the bathrooms were super clean. It’s located so close to everything. We walked the Seine every day, Nôtre Dane is around the corner, walked to the Louvre as well. St Germain restaurants and shops are right around the corner. We were there during the heat spell and fans were provided for our rooms. The street is noisy but with the windows closed at night, you couldn’t hear anything. Highly recommend this apartment!

I got the Apartment I saw in the web!

We stayed 4 days in this attractive location in Paris and we were really pleased. The triple glazed windows worked well, and we hardly heard noise from the agitated boulevard St-Michel. The apartment is luminous, organized, comfortable rooms and charming with its big windows where you can almost reach the trees of Place Saint-Michel. As said the location is very convenient so we could in a 20 minutes’ walk arrive from there to the places we like to visit when in Paris like Notre-Dame, Marais, Boulevard St-Germain and Musée d’Orsay. There are 2 supermarkets very close to the apartment and good restaurants like Boullion Racine, Paul and pizzeria Luisa Maria This was not the first apartment provided by Glamaparis. They are really reliable to provide apartments that contains all that was described in the web.

Lovely Perfect Apartment

This lovely apartment is perfectly located near Metro, short distances to many Paris landmarks Notre Dame, St. Chappel, St. Germaine de Pres. The Metro steps from the apartment makes access to all of Paris so easy. The apartment is beautifully and thoughtfully decorated and appointed. You can dine at many, many restaurants, steps from your door step or have a French breakfast at home, as you can buy fresh croissants at bakeries just down the street. You can have your Nespresso coffee in the morning, as management gives you a good start with Nespresso pods. Toiletries are also provided as well as supplies to run the dishwasher and combo washer/dryer. Cyrielle was sooo helpful to us. She is so delightful, friendly and even taught us how to use the washer/dryer combo! We will come back to GLAMAPARIS apartments.

The gift of time

Gma (81), Mom, 2 college aged daughters all delighted in this perfect apartment. We spent the days out in Paris and enjoyed quiet evenings in (before the girls went out again.) The beds were comfortable, the kitchen amply supplied with tools and enough coffee to get us started. The deep and long couch fit us all. The Monoprix was awesome, brasseries nearby, patisserie and boulangerie, too. Quick walks to so many sites. Even the pharmacist was helpful when I got sick. SIM card site across the street. Crepes? Around the corner, too. GlamAParis was super responsive answering a few questions I had. We can’t recommend the apt enough. And we were able to check in a little early coming straight from airport.

Even better than described

Everything about the apartment was wonderful - warm and inviting! The check in process was seamless. The greeter, Laure Anne was sweet and informative. The apartment was lovely, clean and spacious. Everything was in working order. We are an adult family of four and had ample space for our belongings, to gather and to have privacy. It truly was a joy to return to it each evening. The location is great. There was even a small Christmas market 10 steps away. We walked mostly everywhere and there is a bus and metro stop just outside the door if you need. The local area is great too. The best croissant in all of paris and one of the best fromageries are a 10 minute walk. Incredible Lebanese food is right down the street. You are near icons cafe de Flore and Shakespeare and company and of course Notre Dame. The hip, fun Marais is right across the Seine. I would definitely stay at this apartment again and highly recommend it!

PERFECT Location for hitting the Main Sites of Paris

We spent 6 nights at this wonderful apartment in Saint Michel. The building is right next door to/abuts the Saint Michel fountain/plaza. We were right in the middle of everything- yet the apartment itself is a retreat. Beautiful, clean design with a view of green trees that is restorative after a day in the city with throngs of people. Gorgeous master bath. High end appliances. A perfect spot for seeing the main sites of Paris and exploring St. Germain.

Once your booking is confirmed on the HomeAway platform, we will contact you with further details regarding your check-in organization.

We suggest a private transportation company with whom we have been working for a couple years now. They will have a driver wait for you at the airport and drive you to the apartment or our office (in case the apartment is not ready). Rates can be provided upon request.

As Paris real estate professionnals since 2008, we offer to all our tenants an insurance policy covering involuntary rental risks (up to 2500€), and civil liability (mandatory in France).
Hence, we will require :
• Your passport copy ;
• Your permanent address ;
• The signing of a rental agreement between you and the owner whom we officially represent. This contract will be sent electronically in French along with the English translation.
