Tampa Bungalow - Jacuzzi / Mascotas / Eco / Playas / Busch Gardens

Nuestro bungalow de Tampa duerme seis con cuatro dormitorios y dos baños.

Tiene pisos de travertino y techos cavernosos de la catedral y cuenta con unos 2200 pies cuadrados de relajante y fresca vida en Florida.

Cuando no esté en el interior, puede relajarse en el porche con una copa de vino. Está proyectado para que el pájaro del estado de Florida, el mosquito no te lleve.

Si quieres hacer ejercicio, puedes asar un filete en el patio o lavar la ropa en la lavandería.

El bungalow tiene dos camas king y dos camas individuales repartidas en cuatro habitaciones.

La ubicación es muy conveniente para el centro, Busch Gardens, USF, Moffit, Clearwater, Disney y la mayor parte del centro de Florida. El centro de convenciones y el centro de la ciudad están a 20 minutos (13 millas), Bush Gardens, Moffitt y USF están a 6 - 7 millas de distancia. ¡Perfecto!

En tres millas, puede estar en la I-275, y en dos millas, puede estar de camino al aeropuerto en la autopista de veteranos.

A la vuelta de la esquina hay un gran y tranquilo camino que es conveniente para caminar y (Dios no lo quiera) trotar. Si vas a trotar, avísame para que pueda servirte un gin tonic y venir a mirar.

Tenemos un parque infantil y mucho espacio para los niños y las mascotas. Nuestro bungalow admite mascotas.

Suministramos ropa de cama y ropa de cama, toallas de baño, toallas de papel, papel higiénico, detergente para la ropa, jabón de manos, filtros de café ... solo traiga su ropa y comida. No nos quejaremos si no traes tu ropa, ¡así que solo trae comida!

Tenemos dos excelentes tiendas de comestibles Publix muy cerca, y Dale Mabry con sus cientos de restaurantes está a dos millas al oeste. Sí, tampoco puedes escapar de dos súper centros locales de Walmart.

En un día lluvioso, puede ver Netflix o cable en nuestra televisión inteligente, o puede navegar por la web y lanzar videos de YouTube a la televisión para que la familia se maravilla.

Se tarda unos 20 minutos en llegar al centro de la ciudad, a 25 minutos del aeropuerto, a 25 millas de la selección más cercana de DR Beach para las famosas playas de Florida. Estamos a siete millas de Busch Gardens, USF y Moffit, a 13 millas del centro de convenciones y, en general, con fácil acceso a la mayor parte del centro de Florida.

Somos propietarios del Tampa Bungalow desde 2008, y es una casa muy agradable y cómoda.

Enjoyable stay

Great relaxing get away.

This quaint bungalow in Lutz Florida was perfect for us as it was central to everything, no problem getting around what so ever. Loved the relaxing evenings in the hot tub. Neighborhood was very quite and safe. The owner Joanathan was great. Very easy to work with.

It's quiet and a good getaway place

Everything was clean and nice! Looks just like the pictures! Grill was a nice thing to have and everything was taken care of. Jonathan did a great job of addressing any issues that came up. Definitely a home away from home kind of vibe

Great home, wonderful host!

I can’t say enough great things about this home and our host Jonathan. His house was clean, well stocked with everything we needed, and in a great location. It was perfect upon our arrival and we didn’t have any problems during our extended stay. The icing on the cake was how great Jonathan was. He is an excellent communicator and was super kind. We had to extend our stay several times and he was extremely gracious and understanding about our last minute requests to extend our visit. We will definitely stay here again! Thank you Jonathan!

Exactly as advertised, great spot.

Very rustic appearance on the outside but inside is a perfect bungalow. We had 5 guys coming down for a golf trip and Jon only had 4 beds at the time of booking. He took the time and money to add a 5th bed, and then of course our 5th guy broke his arm 3 days before the trip and we ended up with only 4. Jacuzzi tub in screen house saved my trip as my back flared up. Tub was nice and clean and being a swimming pool owner I do get worried about hot tubs turning into "human bacteria frappes" if water is not maintained and balanced - this was as far away from that as possible. pool water was nice and clear and clean. It is a bit tricky to find but after finding it's easy. Jonathan was very communicative, responsive and a pleasure to deal with. I'd recommend to anyone to stay here. Access to highways is a five minute ride, downtown Tampa about 20 minute ride.

Refreshing retreat!

Excellent service and personal attention, combined with professional and thorough management made our stay at this Tampa bungalow perfect for our circumstances. I contacted Jonathan late one afternoon with a last-minute booking request when our original rental lost its air conditioning. Fortunately, this lovely place was available and we were settled in within a couple of hours. It is spacious and comfortable and homey. Jonathan is very easy to work with and it is obvious that he cares about the comfort of his guests. Having all the bedrooms on one floor was especially convenient for us, as my mom was recovering from surgery. While the openness of the floor plan was great for her managing a walker (as well as providing a light and airy atmosphere), I can imagine that it would be equally appealing for any family with children of all ages. Plenty of space to spread out and enjoy time together, but easy to walk down the hall to the privacy of individual bedrooms, too. The kitchen is well-designed and opens to the living area, which is very nice for all guests. We stayed for a week but could easily imagine being comfortable there for several. The location is perfect, also, as it's an easy drive to any destination in Tampa, and there are plenty of restaurants and shops nearby without having to fight city traffic. Thank you, Jonathan, for providing a nice place during a challenging time for us. I highly recommend your Tampa Bungalow!

I was here while my home was being remodeled and there is not one request that wasn't handled in an efficient, timely and friendly way by Jonathan and his staff. I had to extend my stay twice and with Jonathan I was confident that it wouldn't be a problem. Thanks, neighbor!

Bungalow Chapter

We retired in December of 2018. Found Jonathan’s Bungalow through VBRO. A big part of our new chapter is our dog Bristol. Property offered Bristol plenty of area for Bristol to play fetch! Our granddaughter didn’t get to visit this trip but she would have liked to play on the playground set! The Bungalow is spacious with very comfortable furniture. Jonathan swiftly took care of any minor issues, With the help of Paul, (maintenance) & Ron (hot tub). We would’ve booked for 2020 but....already taken. Thank you Jonathan and family.

A beautiful, clean, relaxing place to rest

My parents and I visited Tampa for Spring Training. This cottage was conveniently located to the Steinbrenner park, grocery stores, and the Gulf. It was spotless, and we enjoyed staying in such a clean place. The kitchen was very well-stocked with pots, pans, etc. for those who enjoy staying in to eat. We enjoyed the hot tub and screened-in porch too. Jonathan was an extremely helpful and responsive host. We could not have been more pleased.

Well situated, quiet, and close to local amenities. An exterior, screened-in, hot tub living space.

We very much enjoyed our stay in this cool and welcoming home. We also greatly appreciated the thoughtful attention of our host, Jonathan. A lively group of four adults and two babies, we comfortably staged our Florida adventure from the safety of this well appointed bungalow. Spacious, clean and tastefully decorated, there were ample towels and comfortable linens. The washer/dryer unit in the garage was key, and the hot tub became our evening gathering place where we laughed over the events of the day. In addition, our granddaughter was thrilled by the playground next door. :D We highly recommend this vacation property and would stay here again.

Owner A Dream To Work With

Unfortunately, Hurricane Irma canceled the trip for me and my friends, but Jonathan remained ever patient with us as we worked through our sadness. While we were not able to stay at the home and cannot; therefore, give a review of the house itself, please let this serve as a review of the owner. He is patient. He had everything ready for us. He is a very quick and thorough communicator. You will always know the status of your stay (even if you cannot come). Thanks, Jonathan! Really appreciate all you did in preparation of our stay and so sorry we couldn't make the trip. We were looking forward to this trip so much!

I have seen families getting to spend time with each other or to unite and welcome a newborn in to the world. I see graduations being celebrated with great joy. I watch families come together to grieve the loss of a loved one. I have folks visit to take the kids to Bush Gardens, or to attend a conference. Some of my guests are here working on special projects.

Through it all, I do enjoy helping them be comfortable with their families and seeing them enjoy our home and the surrounding area.
