Este maravilloso apartamento cuenta con unos 100 metros cuadrados, con suelo de parquet, y con una terraza con increíbles vistas al mar donde se puede comer o ver una fantástica puesta de sol. La playa está a 20metros. Amplio salón que da a la terraza donde hay sofá-cama para una persona o dos personas. Hay TV, musica y wifi.Una habitación con cama doble de matrimonio y gran armario empotrado y caja fuerte. Otra habitación con dos camas individuales, escritorio,gran armario empotrado. Cuarto de baño grande con ducha-spa y otro mas pequeño, con WC y lavamanos. Pequeño cuarto con lavadora y secadora. Cocina completamente equipada, con horno, microondas, lavavajillas, máquina Nespresso, y muchas otras cosas. En el salón, chimenea,calefacción y aire condicionado y también ventiladores. Amplio jardín comunitario con gran piscina comunitaria. Parking comunitario. Mucha luz, zona muy tranquila, a seis minutos andando del puerto de Aiguadolç, con restaurantes fabulosos, y a solo 12 minutos andando del centro de Sitges. Supermercado a solo 5minutos.

A perfect stay in a perfect apartment

Thank you, Sara - I had a wonderful stay at your beautiful apartment. It was calm, comfortable, and has a stunning view on the ocean and old town Sitges from a beautiful balcony. I also liked the community pool very much. Highly appreciated and recommend!

Sitges apartment

My family of four stayed here for a few days. We absolutely loved the balcony and view (even better than the photo indicates, especially at night), and the pool was fantastic (bigger and deeper than expected, although half is shallow and suitable for young children too). The twin beds rather fill the second room (one is a trundle but both full size twins and okay for teens) but it was not an issue for a short stay. Location also great - a 15 min walk into central Sitges but also near the restaurants in the marina. Sara the host was very good - clear communication about arrival and departure and happy to answer questions.

Great apartment

Sitges is a lovely town and this apartment is perfect for visiting. great views and close to both the town and marina with restaurants/cafes close by. Apartment was spacious, clean and well appointed with access to a large swimming pool. Would highly recommend

Stunning apartment, great Area and great host

Clean apartment in a quieter part of Sitges with outstanding views and close to amenities. A beach bar just down the steps and a short walk to the nearest family beach. Lovely facilities for staying in and sitting out on the balcony and watching the sunrise or sunset Great communication with the host, who was extremely accommodating at all time during our stay letting us stay a little later for our transfer. Already missing the sunshine.

Fantastic!

We have just left beautiful Sitges and could not fault our stay. We had an amazing holiday made so much better by staying in this bright, spacious apartment. The position of the apartment is absolutely perfect. It is a short couple of minutes to the beach and also the port with its many restaurants. The main town is about 15 minutes from the apartment along the seafront. There are a couple of small parks for the children and a large supermarket 8 minutes walk from the apartment. The apartment is fully stocked with everything you could want including buckets and spades etc for the children. Beds are comfy and shower is brilliant and the view from the balcony is simply stunning. Sara was extremely helpful in answering my questions and also in arranging a taxi to collect us from the apartment on our day of departure. We are very sad to leave but will certainly be returning.

Over sold under delivered.

The unit is on the second floor with no elevator. Expect to haul your luggage up stairs to the unit from the street. Then up two flights of stairs into the unit. We arrived late due to flight delays beyond our control. We were asked to pay the taxi fares of the cleaning lady who let us in. To me this is a cost to be absorbed by the landlady. The unit is tired and needs a face lift, it is not as crisp as the photos show. Simple things such as toilet paper were not supplied other than what was in the bathroom. To me this is also a cost of renting out a unit. We were given directions from Barcelona airport. They were almost accurate but it took the taxi driver a while to get them figured out due to missing words from the actual street. Adding a simple google maps link would correct this problem. If you came for a view this unit has it but that is pretty much all it has to offer. Maurice Ryton.

Hi Maurice, in response to your message, I would like to say that your arrival was later than 11pm (4 hours of delay) and I told you if it was OK for you to pay for the taxi of the cleaning lady that she was waiting for you more than 4 hours in the apartment and that she has no way to get back to her house by public transport as it closes at 9pm. The website is clear about arrival time, maximum 9pm. You said it was not a problem give her 20€ for the taxi. If now it is a problem, it was better you had told me on that moment. On the other side, you stayed for only three nights, there was toilet paper in both bathrooms and if you were in need of more it is no problem I would have brought more. Also I gave you exact indications of where to wait at your arrival but you didn't read them. You forgot to say you used all the hand soap for your shower and you drank all the drinks that were not for your use (wine, whisky, etc). Also you asked to stay for more nights and I told you it was not possible, so if your stay was not so satisfactory, why would you want to stay more nights. Kind regards Sara

Agradable alojamiento

Buena ubicación, a 15 min. aprox. del centro de la ciudad, en zona tranquila. Todo conforme a lo anunciado. Solo mejoraría la cama grande, que es algo incómoda, pero sin ser de gravedad. Cuando llegamos, al ser invierno había bastante frío en la casa. Luego descubrimos que la calefacción estaba apagada. Una vez la encendimos, todo solucionado. Anfitriona muy atenta y amable.

En general bien, pero el agua caliente no llegaba bien a la ducha, el mando de la TV no funciona y la puerta de la ducha estaba rota

Hola Juan Carlos. El mando de la TV funciona bien igual que el agua caliente. Igual el mando tenia activado un bloqueo, y en la caldera faltaba augmentar la presión, algo que pasa una vez al año como mucho. De todas formas no entiendo por qué si han tenido este problema no me habéis avisado, hubieramos dado indicaciones o hubieramos venido expresamente.. La puerta que usted dice que esta rota era nueva y vosotros sin querer la habéis roto, ya que de haberse roto por si sola no estaria partida ni se verian las piezas forzadas como te mostré en las fotos. La comunicacion es esencial y sin una comunicación es imposible adivinar si ha habido algún problema. Saludos, Sara.

Eine wunderschöne, geschmackvoll eingerichtete Ferienwohnung mit tollem Meerblick. Es war alles vorhanden, was man für einen entspannten Aufenthalt braucht. Der Pool ist auch sehr schön mit großer schattiger Liegewiese. In 15 Minuten erreicht man zu Fuß einen Familienstrand und viele gute Lokale.

Redelijk tot voldoende

Het appartement ligt geweldig en het uitzicht vanaf het balkon is fantastisch Het is een groot appartement. De badkamer is mooi. De slaapkamers liggen aan achterkant en dus rustig. Het 2 persoonsbed is laag en het matras is erg hard. Wij vonden het niet erg prettig liggen. De keuken heeft wel alle voorzieningen maar is oudbollig. Het servies is redelijk ouderwets en veel plastic. Vwb ligging. Dicht bij haven waar goede restaurants zijn. Op loopafstand van 2 stranden (waarvan 1 naaktstrand) Centrum op ongeveer 15min lopen. Supermarkt ook.

la vue le calme le soleil

belle résidence au calme à 15 minutes à pieds du centre . l apart est pour un couple et 1+1 personne. le canapé convertible est inutilisable! il y a 2 wc une douche et un lavabo indépendant .ce n est pas 2 salle de bains! pour le reste l apart est très agréable beau balcon très bien situé.

Nice, but not in town like the map shows

Overall this apartment is very cute and right near the nude beach south of town. They say the town is 10 min but that is to the beginning of town. Plan for it to take 20 minutes to get to the center of town. The map shows them right by the church in town but that is WRONG. It is by the port. Look up the Melia hotel. It's just before that. The apartment has reasonable furniture. The towels are ok, just mismatched. The sheets are fine but ours had a blood stain on it. There is only average attention to detail. The apartment was clean, though a smashed bug body was left on the wall and the refrigerator had uncovered leftover food. The owners are very nice. The second bedroom is bet for a single person. The apartment does not have air conditioning so you have to leave the windows open on warm nights, which men's there are also a lot of Mosquitos while you sleep. Because of this I would recommend this apartment for a family with one child, and preferably not in the warmest season.
