La nueva villa premium diseñada en estilo arquitectónico franco-italiano se encuentra en la impresionante zona de puesta de sol de la segura urbanización de lujo "Roca Llisa". Además de la villa, una espaciosa casa de huéspedes separada pertenece a la propiedad, por lo que un alojamiento de huéspedes está garantizado al más alto nivel.

Podemos servir a 8 adultos, tenemos 1 cama adicional y 2 cunas disponibles, ¡todas nuevas!

Los hechos:
- 300 qm de espacio habitable: 200 qm villa principal + 100 qm casa de huéspedes
- 3 terrazas: casa principal, casa de huéspedes, césped.
- Tamaño de la propiedad: 1800 qm
- 4 habitaciones con camas dobles para 8 personas.
- 3 baños con ducha y aseo. 1 baño con bañera y aseo.
- 2 camas grandes (2x2m), 2 camas (1,8 x 2 m) - acogedor y saludable en el principio Simmons

Luxury villa

The villa had everything. It was such a Lovely villa. The beds were good, bathroom clean, great view with a pool And everything was available. WiFi, music, convienence. We had a great time.

Birthday trip

Stunning view to wake up to every day. Great villa for a group of friends, spacious and well-equipped. The two downstairs bedrooms do have a slight damp and musty aroma so if you have sensitive nostrils this might be an issue. For security there are cameras in and around the property and the security company fly drones over the villa for security patrols. Just worth knowing this in case that level of security feels a bit intrusive to you. Gabriel is a generous and communicative host who went out of his way to ensure we were looked after. Thank you for the fabulous memories you have given us.

Villa Montsalvat is the labour of love of its owner, which it shows in every amazing detail. The owner and staff were quick to respond to our every question and need. This magnificent location made our wedding weekend all the more special for us and our family. Beautiful villa, amazing views

Our family stayed in this wonderful villa with amazing views. The entire pool area is really well designed with lots of independent spaces to relax and enjoy the scenery. The bedrooms are spacious and have en suite bathrooms. The villa is a short drive to several beaches and to Eivissa. The entire house is decorated in an interesting style. The hosts were very good communicators and very helpful and accommodative. Their cleaning staff was also very friendly, helpful and professional. For us this was a 5-star experience and we hope to return to this beautiful and comfortable villa soon.

Lovely villa

A delightful villa with lots of personal touches to make you feel at home. The owner was responsive and helpful. We could have done with a few more wine glasses as not enough for the 8 of us and the pool was still pretty chilly despite paying for the heating, but this was mostly due to the wind and the fact that the pool was in the shade nearly all day. Overall we had a lovely stay, thank you.

Incredible villa in great quiet location

Such a great villa in a beautiful quiet location of Ibiza. It has been designed in a beautiful way and has so many wonderful touches, the cinema room and the little beach in particular is great! The kitchen is very well stocked and has everything you could possibly need. Sylvia, the owner as well as Mel and Marcus, the property managers - are such wonderful and genuine people, we hope to be back next year!

Incredible in every way

We had the most amazing stay at Villa Montsalvat. The property had everything we needed for six friends staying together - and more! It's packed with charm and character and provided the most stunning location. The bedrooms were beautiful and spacious - the beds were HUGE! Very roomy for two people sharing together. We loved the pool and outdoor area, and could stare out at the view all day. We were able to get taxis to and from the villa very easily but would also recommend renting a car if you can just for extra flexibility. We'd love to come again - much thanks to Sylvia and Gabriel too for being such warm, helpful hosts.

Best VRBO Experience - Beautiful Property & Host Went Above & Beyond

The main point of contacts for this property were amazing hosts. Not only were they hospitable, Sylvia helped us navigate travel challenges we encountered. The photos of the house don't do it justice - you just have to go visit for yourself to see how much detail, love and attention was put into the house. I would 100% recommend booking this property!

The reception was warm and the location simply amazing. We had an amazing time with our modern family. The house is spectacular, close to Ibiza City and the airport. We can only recommend this in any way we can. If you have the opportunity to experience this villa. Just do it!

wonderful home for a family stay - 5 stars...

This is a lovely villa. I stayed with my wife and three teenagers. The villa has plenty of space for each person and also a wonderful shared space to eat and watch TV on the brilliant projector. The heated pool is a must this time of year for kids. Sylvia and her partner were wonderful hosts - so thank you. The area has some wonderful beaches within 10 minutes drive. we will be back if you will have us.....

Wonderful well-equipped house, welcoming hosts

We loved our stay here - a fantastic house, great layout with space for us all. Well equipped and comfortable. We LOVED the outside space and views - made eating outside in the evenings a treat. And the pool was great.

Amazing villa

This was the BEST home rental we have ever had, everything was easy and we really felt like pampered guests. The villa itself is stunning, pool amazing, beach area an extra plus we loved. We can’t wait to come back next year, so sad to leave!

LUXUS URLAUB MIT TRAUMBLICK !!!

Die Villa ist der Hammer! Der große Außenbereich lädt zum Verweilen ein. Auch mit mehreren Leuten kann man hier immer noch ungestört chillen. Die Zimmer sind alle mit eigenem Bad und mit Air Condition ausgestattet. Wir haben auf den großen,bequemen Betten wundervoll geschlafen. Neben dem Pool gibt es noch ein Apartment mit einer kleinen Kochnische und einem Kühlschrank. Die Küche ist sehr groß und mit allem, was man braucht ausgestattet. Auf einer Riesen-Leinwand kann man bei schlechtem Wetter oder abends per Apple TV oder Satellit Kino-Feeling erleben. Über die SONOS Anlage kann man sowohl innen als auch außen per App seine eigene Musik steuern. Der Salzwasser Pool ist wieder Erwartens deutlich angenehmer als Chlorwasser. Ab Oktober würde ich nächstes Mal die Pool-Heizoption wählen. Nachtschwimmen war schon sportlich:-) Es herrschte während unserer 12 Tage Aufenthalt eine angenehme Ruhe. Von den Nachbarn haben wir weder was gesehen noch gehört. Der Bereich um den Pool ist auch nicht einsehbar von aussen. Der sehr freundliche Check in und Checkout der Gastgeberin machte unseren Aufenthalt perfekt! Wir kommen definitiv wieder!!!

Perfekte Ibiza Experience

Wir waren im September auf 2 Wochen auf Ibiza und haben hier eine perfekte Zeit erlebt. Wir fahren seit 20 Jahren auf die Insel und haben uns noch nie so wohl gefühlt. Das erste mal überhaupt fuhren wir in 2 Wochen genau einmal an den Strand. Die Villa liegt perfekt In Roca Lisa mit tollem Blick, beheiztem Salzwasser Pool, Sonos Anlage im Ganzen Haus und Outside, tolle Ausstattung, endlich mal superbequeme Betten, überall A/C und einer entspannten Vermieterin. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Beautiful place, amazing views!

We had a fantastic time staying in this beautiful villa. I stayed there with a few friends. We wanted relaxation and comfort for a few days and this is exactly what we got when we rented this house. What I loved most were the amazing views from the house which is why we lounged on the beautiful terrace most of the time and enjoyed the great pool from which you can overlook the whole valley. Swimming in the pool and overlooking the valley in the morning or at sunset… devine! We are extremely satisfied with the location, the house and the service and I can really recommend this villa. The house was clean and well kept. We will be back soon!
