Este condominio frente al mar de dos dormitorios y dos baños ubicado en el Saida Royale Beach & Tennis Club ofrece magníficas vistas a la playa desde todas las habitaciones. Las comodidades no se detienen allí. El complejo Saida ofrece tres piscinas (una climatizada), cuatro canchas de tenis y cuatro jacuzzis. Saida Royale 88-89 se encuentra a poca distancia de excelentes restaurantes, tiendas y más. Tendrá acceso a playa privada a las playas de arena de South Padre Island.

Christmas Week

We had a wonderful Christmas vacation week in the condo. It was so clean and bright and it was nice to have the washer and dryer. The views were beautiful would surely come back.

Everything about this condo was adequate. Multiple repairs wouid make the condo more enjoyable. We booked another condo for next year in the Saida Royale as we enjoy staying in this property

Enjoyed our stay!

The room was very nice and big. Tv's in every room was nice. My only recommendation would be updated living room furniture and update the master bedroom mattress. It was hard and uncomfortable. Just minor details, but we really enjoyed the room and the view!

Amazing!

This condominium was amazing! My family and I had stayed in this hotel before, but this room in specific looked beautiful! We had ocean views and it was left super clean for us to check in. We will definitely be booking again! Another reason why is that when it was time for check out,, they were extremely patient with us and even offered to help us out! The spi team was great and there were no bad things in this reservation! Cant wait to be back !

great space

This was a perfect layout for our family. The spare bedroom was large enough for two full beds so we could put our 3 girls in there and our son could sleep on the pull out couch. Ample furniture in the main living also for us to hang out comfortably. The complex is one of my favorites with tennis courts and plenty of hot tubs and even one heated pool for the winter months.

A quick weekend getaway with friends

The apartment is spacious and the AC works perfectly. The location is superb, and the amenities from the building are nice. The sofa bed need replacement and the stove is missing “information” on the knobs and the temperature at which it's supposed to be working; also, the kitchenware could do with an improvement. The service from SPI rentals is really good, I do recommend them. All in all, would stay again on this property.

winter getaway

Kathryn and Karina were so pleasant and helpful with assisting us with our stay at the Royale #88-89 It made our stay very relaxing and enjoyable. If we needed anything, SPI responded promptly.The condo does need alittle improvements, the stools seem very old and are tipsy, need replacing.

The Condo was not what I expected.

Out-dated, and needed a deep cleaning. The view was great and location was good. I will not be staying here again, walls dirty, out-dated stove, and kitchen appliances, guest bed broken, and windows dirty.

You need new mattresses in all beds. Our backs, to this day are still hurting. One night we slept sitting down in the chairs in the master bedroom. Other than that, everything else was good. Thank you

Saida Royale 88-89

We enjoyed the condo very much and have reserved for next year. SPI provides excellent service in all aspects of the rental process. Our only concern is with the building itself. There are 15 floors in the building with 2 elevators. However, one elevator was out of service for our entire stay and other elevator was out of service twice during the month-long stay. The outages were not over an hour long,but it is quite concerning when you stay on the upper floors, just something to think about!

We were disappointed in the check in and check out process. 1. We couldn’t use the beach or pool facilities prior to check in. 2. They wouldn’t contact you to let the check in process start until exactly 4:00 and it was located in another building away from the condo. 3. Check out was 10:00 and late checkout wasn’t allowed.

Nice Condo

We stayed for 3 nights in this condo for a girl's trip weekend and had a pleasant experience. The condo itself was nice, but not excellent. Nice decor, but nothing over the top. The overall Saida facility was great. 3 pools, poolside bar and grill (much better than other condos on the island), and direct access to the beach. I wasn't super impressed with the rental company (SPI Rentals). We didn't have enough linens for all the beds the first night, and they wouldn't bring us extra that day because we called too close to 10pm, so we had to make due with towels we had brought with us. Overall decent experience. Condo could use some basic upgrades to HVAC (like vents without dampers in them - resulting in a big "hole" in the ceiling), but definitely not the worst beach condo I've stayed at.

Nice furnishings in an older complex

This unit was decorated lovely and the view was great! It had modest towels and cleaning tools and plenty of dishes to accommodate cooking for seven guests but no hand towels for washing them. It also lacked in the area of extra toilet paper, paper towels, trash sacks and soap. It also needs some touch up paint (especially in the master bath) and new seal in the door to the balcony (the current seal was blowing around showing all the hot air that was coming in and it kept popping open unexpectedly). But the worst things were the ants that kept coming into the kitchen and the dirty old elevators. The pools were clean and had plenty of chairs but the facility over all was showing it's age. It was a decent place to stay but not great.

All the kitchen things like pots and pans were very old. The coffee pot didn't work well. Paint was coming off the kitchen counters. There was a huge water leak in bathroom and I called maintenance and nobody ever came to look at it. Also I didn't feel like you communicated about check in very good. I was told at one place to check in there and the. When I went there they told me to check in somewhere else. Just bad communication. Wouldn't stay in that tower ever again. Loved the pools.

Labor Day weekend getaway

I was looking forward to my stay on SPI. Unfortunately, our arrival was marred by having to find parking at the property. I had booked a two bedroom condo through SPI rentals, and was told that I could only have one parking spot for a two bedroom condo that allows up to 8 guests. When I did figure out where to park the 2nd vehicle so it wouldn't be towed, I walked into the condo and found the welcome manual, which said I was allowed to have two parking permits since I had a two-bedroom condo. I called SPI rentals and they said No, it's not in the contract. Regardless, I would definitely advise against booking this listing in the future especially through Vrbo, and it's third-party affiliate SPI rentals. The last thing you want to worry about on your relaxing vacation is the possibility of having your vehicle towed.

Beautiful Condo but lacking in comfort

First, I want to be clear that the property management of this unit were great to work with. The were prompt and friendly to fix the little problems that arose. I learned to pay closer attention to the pictures of the interior of the condo. There were no side tables in the living area to use for a drink or book. I pulled a dining room chair next to the couch to use. There was one side table in each bedroom, so one person had no place to put glasses or other items. The beds were comfortable. There were no rugs in the unit except some towel like mats for the shower. We went to Walmart and bought a small rug for the master bath. The balcony has a nice view, but has no comfortable furniture. The good things about this property are its location, its beach access, the beach chairs provided, and the friendly concierges at the desk. We would not rent this unit again.

Hablando del departamento o condo , se nos hizo muy deteriorado , muy viejo La cama grande demasiado vieja , colchon en mal estado , no te puedes mover tantito porque ya parece que se esta desarmando , baño muy chico , escusado muy ruidoso o flojo , cortina de regadera muy vieja . Fuga de agua en cocina . En total no volveremos a rentar ese mismo departamento . Torre con un solo elevador en funcionamiento .

Amazing!
