We had a great stay. Location was ideal for what we were looking for and the proximity to Cacapon and Berkeley Springs was ideal.Some things could use some fixing (for example the foosball table is missing a whole line of bumpers) but overall it have everything we needed.

The Outlook was perfect for our weekend stay while attending our son's bike race at Cacapon State Park.The place was clean, has a well stocked kitchen, and a large relaxing deck in a peaceful, serene setting. Would stay again!

Nice getaway

We really enjoyed the stay, it was very quiet and fairly secluded. It is in a nice location close to cacapon state park and Berkley Springs, we would definitely stay there again.

Berkeley Springs Area is Quaint with many points of interest.

Perfect place for a short getaway. If you like antique shops, local artisan shops, Mountains and Historic places you will enjoy Berkeley Springs WV.

Charming getaway

The cabin made for a wonderful, charming weekend getaway with family. It's small but feels spacious, was clean, and had very thorough information available about the area. Would definitely consider staying here again!

Spring getaway

Nice property with great amenities. Quiet and close to state parks with lots of trails to explore. Very windy and chilly in the spring but nice and warm in the cabin.

Wonderful experience

We loved spending the weekend with our family and simply relaxing in this cottage and nearby Berkeley. Beautiful property and even more beautiful town. We e been to a few different cottages in the area and this one is one of the best.

Our family of four had a wonderful weekend in this cabin. Very comfortable and the pictures of the view are exactly what you see. Loved the elevated portion of the deck beyond the tree. We would definitely stay here again.

Cozy and Beautiful

Our family really enjoyed our stay here. The house was very clean and provided linens and towels which was very helpful. We really enjoyed the gameroom downstairs and the beautiful views from the front porch.This house is really amazing!!!

beautiful and chill spot to hang with friends!

We loved our weekend stay here! Plenty of space, rooms and beautiful views! The natural lighting in this rental is especially beautiful and calming. We used the kitchen and it was stocked with all the pots, pans, utensils and plates we needed.

Thanksgiving Getaway

What a wonderful spot for our little family Thanksgiving getaway! Plenty of utensils and pots/pans in kitchen; place very clean; welcomed our dogs. Beautiful view; working fireplace; great TV for Christmas movies and football. Loved that linens and towels were provided!! Thank you for the wonderful stay!
