STUNNING ROCKY POINT HOME – Experience the beauty and charm of Bella Mexico in this vibrant 5-bedroom, 5.5-bathroom home that comfortably accommodates up to 12 guests.

MAIN HOUSE – Features 4 spacious bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms, with colorful Mexican-inspired decor and thoughtfully designed architecture.

PRIVATE CASITA – A separate retreat with its own bathroom and kitchenette, perfect for added privacy. Includes a double bed ideal for couples or quiet time.

BEDROOMS – Two bedrooms are located down the hallway to the right upon entering the main house. The first has two queen beds on a built-in mosaic bedframe, a private bathroom, mini-split AC, ceiling fans, and ample storage. The second is sun-themed, with a queen bed, private bathroom, and access to the upstairs oceanview deck. Downstairs are two additional bedrooms. One features ocean-inspired decor and a queen bed, while the other offers stunning water views and direct access to the beachfront deck. Both downstairs bedrooms have private en-suite bathrooms.

LIVING & DINING – The open-concept space boasts panoramic views of the Sea of Cortez, a dining table seating ten, a fully stocked kitchen including a coffeemaker and blender, and a convenient powder room.

OUTDOOR SPACES – Enjoy a vibrant interior courtyard, expansive beachfront decks with lounge furniture, and uninterrupted ocean views, perfect for relaxing or entertaining.

SPECIAL EVENTS – This home is a stunning venue for weddings or special events. Please inquire for details; event fees apply.

The house is stunning with beautiful artisan tilework throughout, gorgeous design and decor, huge rooms with ensuite baths, and a beachfront location. Comfy beds, enormous patios, picture-perfect sunsets - what more could you ask for? The kitchen had everything we needed. Like most rentals, there is some wear, but nothing out of the ordinary for a beach house. Management was highly responsive to our needs and even brought in a new dishwasher the same day we called for repair. Know that there are a lot of stairs - a bit of a challenge with a toddler who wanted to climb every one of them :) This beautiful home was the perfect setting for our short family retreat. I

Great location but run down house

The house is at great location with ocean right at your backyard. The house is equipped with all the kitchen utensils and other stuff one could use. The property needs major fixtures including bug infestation, all the bathroom door and other door locks. The wifi didn't work for us during our whole stay because the bill wasn't paid. Overall, we had good times minus the issue mentioned.

Blissful Bella

Our stay at Casa Bella in Rocky Point was nothing short of spectacular! Traveling with a lively group of 12, seven adults and five children, we found this beach house to be an absolute gem. The spacious, well-appointed rooms offered comfort and tranquility, while the large and accommodating kitchen was a dream for preparing meals for our large family. The expansive patio, with its breathtaking ocean views, became our morning haven for sipping coffee, getting massages, having cigars and soaking in the serene Penasco vibes.Even when faced with a minor hiccup... a dishwasher malfunction, the property management team demonstrated exceptional service, promptly dispatching a technician the same day to address the issue. I have to give a special shout-out to Ricardo, whose thoughtful gesture of delivering stunning bouquets of flowers to the mothers in our group added a heartwarming touch to an already unforgettable experience. Bravo. Casa Bella truly exceeded our expectations, blending luxury, functionality, and warm, cultural hospitality. We’re already counting down the days until our return to this paradise. Thank you, Casa Bella, for an extraordinary getaway!
