Velero acceso directo al Golfo, sin puentes. condominio preciosa en un pequeño complejo - sólo 6 unidades en total, con grandes comodidades. No hay paredes comunes de esta unidad da mayor privacidad. Esta unidad amplia con orientación al sur tiene todo lo necesario para disfrutar de hermosa suroeste de Florida y todo Cape Coral tiene que ofrecer. Disfrutar de café de la mañana en la terraza mientras observa delfines nadar! El condominio es confortable y bien equipado, ofrece maravillosas vistas a través de las grandes ventanas y puertas correderas que se abren a la terraza seleccionados de entrada. dormitorio principal en suite con cama de matrimonio con baño en suite y walk in closet. Bañera de hidromasaje de remojo en el baño principal. The property has a beautiful view from its screened in porch, overlooking the pool, hot tub and canals. It is nicely decorated and very clean. Perfect spot for a sunny Florida vacation. Would highly recommend renting from Mary!

Everything you need for vacation was there.

The condo was very tidy and lovely. It was equipped with everything we needed. The neighbors were super friendly and gave great advice on different places to eat. We felt at home and enjoyed our stay .

Perfect getaway!

This lovely condo and complex was the perfect getaway for our family of four, 2 adults and 2 children. The condo had every possible accommodation/amenity we needed for our week stay. We were on the go almost daily and the location was ideal-easy drive to everything. The owner and manager were extremely responsive and the neighbors/guests in other units were also friendly and kind. Check in and out was a breeze! Highly recommend!

Great First VRBO Experience

It was even nicer than what we remembered seeing online. It was so cute! I would o my recommend that some slip resistant stickers go on the shower floor as we almost fell a couple times getting in and out. Other than that it was in a great location for what we were doing. Thanks so much for the great experience, it sure beats a hotel room.

Beautiful condo

We really enjoyed our week stay in Cape Coral. The place was redecorated recently with all new furniture and decor. It was immaculate and well stocked. The kitchen had many dishes, pots/pans, silverware, coffee maker and towels; even spices. The owner communicated throughout to make sure we had everything we needed. We really enjoyed having our coffee/tea and breakfast on the lanai every morning watching the boats go down the canal. We were able to enjoy the pool by ourselves most of the time. If you stay here, we recommend Duffy's for lunch/dinner. Thank you so much for having us.

Lovely!

The condo was lovely, well appointed, and spotlessly clean. The unit was fresh, bright, furniture and beds were very comfortable. Seriously this was one of the nicest rentals we have stayed in. The owner greeted us on arrival ensuring the unit met our expectations. A beautiful fresh flower bouquet was on the table. We thoroughly enjoyed the views of the canal, watching waving boaters come and go, and watching the many fish in the canal. It was very enjoyable to sit in the shade of the tiki and watch schools of snook, snapper, mullet and sheepshead. Wild life included rabbits, turtles, geckos, ground owls, and two iguanas at the neighbors across the canal. A nest of two adult ground owls and three owlets were on the same block as thecondo. The pool was heated to approximately 87 degrees. Directions on how to use the hot tub were graciously shared. You seriously can’t go wrong renting this unit.

We had a great stay. The condo was clean, quiet location and we enjoyed our time relaxing by the pool and watching the boats go by on the canal. Perfect location for us to visit popular places and restaurants on the water.

Spring Break with daughter & friend

We enjoyed our week with all the comforts of home. Plenty of space and all the extras for beach playtime. The islands and beach are short drives away. Very central location and the dolphins came to us by the dock in the canal right out back.

Perfect Place

The condo is gorgeous and tastefully furnished. Situated in a very convenient location, near the beautiful Sanibel and Fort Myers beaches. It's a very peaceful place. We enjoyed the beautiful view, sunrises & sunsets, pool and hot tub. We had the pleasure to meet Mary, she made sure that everything was perfect upon our arrival. It had everything we possibly needed. We will be back for sure

Amazing Condo

This property was awesome. It is very clean and comfortable. I felt right at home. Everything was stocked - toilet paper, paper towels, linens, everything you need. The host stayed in communication and made sure I had a great stay. The location is convenient to restaurants, grocery stores, the beach. I would definately recommend renting this unit!!

Amazing week and you have to stay here!!!

The place is so great. Pool overlooks the canal. The canal is filled with beautiful homes and boats. The condo is only 6 units. We had the pool and hot tub to ourselves the whole week. Every comfort you could need is already there. Beach chairs, towels, umbrellas, floats etc. we really can’t say enough great things about this rental. Mary is awesome and communicates just the right amount. We had Hurricane Elsa roll through. She checked on us and we felt like we wanted to protect her nice place. The neighbors were super helpful with restaurant suggestions and beach suggestions. We rented a boat and went all the way down to the end of Captiva Island. We drove over to Ft Myers Beach for the day. Another day we went to Barefoot Beach. Each place was different and easy to get to. Do yourself a favor and book it now. You won’t be sorry. What a great stay. 5 star rating isn’t enough. Thanks Mary for such a great relaxing week.

Love this place

Such a great homebase for Southwest Florida trip. We love the canal location. The condo has everything you need to be comfortable. We used the porch frequently. So fun to watch the boat traffic go by. We had the run of the pool every day and night. Nice quiet location.

We had the greatest time!! Mary was an awesome host and the property was perfect for our getaway!! The neighbors were extremely delightful & added to the experience!! Great stay

As advertised, great communication with the property manager. Beds were super comfortable, clean condo, overall very nice property. The place was stocked with everything that you would need on a beach vacation. Beach towels, coolers, beach bags, umbrella, beach mats and chairs. That was an added bonus. Nice gas grill by the pool that we used daily. Fishing rods to get a few lines wet in the canal as well. Friendly neighbors and in a nice area. The owner does a great job of communicating with a “to do” binder of anything that you would need to know in the area from restaurants to beaches to things around the condo. Very well put together. We would definitely stay there again if the opportunity arises. Kudos!

Pelican stay

The property was nice, clean, and cozy. I would suggest if you come bring with you coffee (grounded beans), and paper products for the bathroom's until you can get them. The place itself is perfect and close to all things. The owner and Management were constantly available when needed. We look forward to our next trip here in 2020!

Dear David, Thank you so much for taking the time to review my property. I am so happy to hear that you and your family enjoyed your time in my home and are planning to return next year!! I appreciate the feedback you provided to me about your stay. Please know that it is my expectation that my home is properly stocked with paper products upon guest’s arrival. I am here now and have arranged for a new cleaning company to take over. Guests are NEVER expected to bring paper products with them. I do not stock coffee, since it ages quickly and individual preferences tend to vary, but quite often guests from prior stays have left their unused coffee in the cupboard for the next person to enjoy. Filters for the coffee pot are provided along with toilet paper, paper towels and napkins. Thanks again for your business and I look forward to hosting you in 2020. My best, Mary.

Exclusive Condo complex - only 6 units! Excellent location with direct Gulf access; boat slip available; fantastic water views; Fun Water activities & Great restaurants close by; Southern Exposure!

Closest beach is sanibel which is 30 mins without traffic. Captiva is 45 mins away …and worth the drive but can sometimes be a little longer drive with traffic in high season. Both sanibel and captiva are beautifully decorated at the holidays.

Fort Myers beach is also about the same in terms of travel. Ft Myers beach is a more active beach place to go with day and night life and can get crowded. The more peaceful ones are Sanibel & captiva.
