Nuestra casa de Killington es el lugar perfecto para pasar sus vacaciones. Esta casa moderna y espaciosa tiene más de 4,000 pies cuadrados. con cuatro habitaciones, 4 baños completos, una gran cocina gourmet y un comedor formal. Perfecto para entretenerse o relajarse en el lujo en el corazón de las montañas verdes, podrá disfrutar de la comodidad de una excelente ubicación mientras disfruta de 3 acres de espacio abierto con increíbles vistas sin obstáculos de Killington y Pico. Este espacioso apartamento de 4 habitaciones tiene capacidad para 8 personas y se puede configurar para parejas o solteros según sea necesario *.

Esta casa cuenta con 2 salas de estar grandes, estudio, garaje para 2 autos con calefacción, una nueva bañera de hidromasaje de agua salada para 6 personas y una terraza al aire libre con una nueva parrilla de gas para comer al aire libre.

Nuestra casa está totalmente equipada con una pantalla de plasma de 60 "(sala de estar del piso principal), pantallas planas de 2 a 42" (sala de estar y bar en el sótano), mesa de billar, cable, WiFi de alta velocidad, lavadora / secadora, reproductores de DVD / Blu ray , sistemas estéreo y más!

The hot tub was great, the space was great. Host was very good with communication. Unfortunately, there were two beds that had dirty clearly slept in sheets (dirt, blood) and we had to change them. The bathrooms were not the most clean, the mirrors specifically. Also, out of hosts control, but the water being black/ shut off was very inconvenient. They offered the club nearby for showering, but we had reservations and plans in place that left no time for that. We also had to buy bottled water and dish soap as there wasn’t any.

This large house has a great floor plan. We found it to be very roomy, quiet, and clean. The slopes light up with the morning sun. We enjoyed the hot tub and pool table.

Fall Friends Getaway

John's home is beautiful. Our group (4 couples, friends for 42+ years) was delighted by the abundant natural light, comfortable places to relax, generously supplied kitchen. We enjoyed hiking, walks in the woods, nearby shopping and dining. We cooked and ate in 2 nights and had a great dinner at The Rivershed our 3rd night. John responded to all messages quickly. He obviously takes pride in this lovely home. We would love to return.

Fantastic Killington home!

This house was everything you could want -- and more. It's spacious, cozy, perfectly located and has a hot tub. The kitchen is a dream and the living room, with its fireplace and huge windows, is a great place to read!

Our second stay at this lovely home went through the changing of the leaves, bringing us a laid back long stay, this time enjoying the great kitchen. The many comfortable spaces inside invite you to just stay "at home" and be content not to gad about.

Lovely property and location

Killington was an ideal location as a base for our journey through Vermont. The property was very family friendly and had plenty of space for us to spread out. This was by far the most well stocked location I have ever rented through VRBO. John was extremely responsive with the one minor issue we had. I would definitely bring my family back to the area and rent this property again.

Everything You Want, Need, and More !

This beautiful home is kept with loving care, and is filled with open spaces of light and lovely furnishings. The views are astounding. The kitchen will delight folks who enjoy cooking, and the view when you eat in will keep you "at home." We found great surprises within this home that were not shown on its web pages. We have already booked for a longer stays.

Beautiful Home, Great Location!

I can't say enough about this property. My family and I just completed an extended month-long stay there, and we miss it already... It is very spacious, light and airy, cozy, comfortable and incredibly thoughtfully appointed (especially the kitchen - if you are a cook and/or a coffee-lover, you'll be over the moon!) The listing is accurate, but the house is even BETTER than the photos. The view is spectacular. The kids had fun with the Wii in the basement. The hot tub is great on a cool night. The location is wonderful, close to lakes, hikes, Killington adventure center, and much more. And to top it all off, the owner is absolutely lovely to deal with - very responsive and kind should you need him. You can't go wrong. Just don't book it when we want to go back again, please. :-)

Great house in a quiet but convenient location

Very comfortable and enjoyable living space with a well designed, and well supplied, renovated kitchen in an open format floor plan. Furniture is comfortable and attractive. Nice views of Killington out the kitchen and living room windows. There was a full downstairs living area that we didn’t even use but for a bigger group it would be a perfect place for the younger set to hang out. Fusball, pool table and second TV are all downstairs. Our stay would have at nirvana level if only the master bedroom had a king size bed with a firmer mattress and the TV had some additional cable channels like ESPN, the Golf Channel, TNT, or NBCSN, now that sports have started up again.

What can I say about John and his lovely property that I haven't said the past two summers? This family vacation is a highlight of our year, in part because of John and his lovely home. Added to that are the upgrades he made since we were last there, including to the paint, art, plumbing, and ease of using the entertainment. This host isn't just using up the home with rentals, he's keeping it up as his own personal retreat and sharing it with lucky families and groups. We are mountain bikers, and take full advantage of the mountain and nearby trails. Added to that, the summer nightlife seems to be perking up as more and more people are coming to the mountain for summer entertainment. Highly recommend the area and this home. Best to all!

My family and I loved this home. You couldn't ask for a nicer home to have a family reunion. John was also readily available for any questions. The views from the home and the leaves changing was breathtaking. The kitchen was fully stocked and very pleasant for entertaining. Would come back again in a heartbeat!

Absolutley Wonderful

We choose this beautiful home for our vacation with our good friends. John was so quick to respond to any of our inquiries regarding the house. The house is lovely. The views from the house are beautiful. The house was very clean and every amenity that you can think of was provided. Very comfortable. Over the week we watched the Fall foliage change colors from day to day, just spectacular. The location was very private and quiet. We found the location was perfect for making day trips into town and to Rutland, Quechee, and Woodstock areas. Also ventured to Montpelier. Plenty to do, Maple Farms, Art Galleries, historical sites, Shopping and fabulous Restaurants. You will fall in love with the house and the area. Would definitely stay here again. Sept 2018 Carol M.

Happy repeat customers

Many thanks to John for again for sharing his amazing views and lovely home with us. We're a family of four, including an active three-year-old, and had a couple of friends join us for two nights of our nine-day stay (and could easily have handled more without it feeling at all crowded). The location is ideal, the house has everything we could want and more, and John is an excellent host. The garage is perfect for working on our mountain bikes between runs down the mountain, the kitchen lacks nothing, and the porch is awesome for relaxing with a beer. If you're coming to Killington, I highly recommend this rental.

Everything we wanted, and more :)

Seriously, I can't say enough nice things about this spacious, comfortable, neat-as-a-pin home. We're a three-generation family, not a ton of people, but we like to spread out, and boy could we do that here. The beds are super comfortable, there's plenty of seating, and we did lots of 'hey, have you seen ... never mind, found it', because all the necessities were exactly where we looked first. John is lovely to work with, and although we didn't have any need to contact him with any issue (there weren't any), I have every faith that he would have dealt with anything promptly. And did I mention the location? A great view of the mountain with a private feel, yet minutes to All The Things. And, hey, mountain bikers! The garage is perfect for working on your sled. Killington rocks for biking, and Pine Hill is a nice option for recovery rides or family members who don't want gravity. For families with youngsters--this place was very easy for us to make safe for our active toddler, and there's plenty to do in the area. And ... well, I could go on, but I think you get the gist. Thank you, John and family, for helping make our vacation a great one! Jess and the gang

Huge, Modern, Luxurious, Private Home

This is the third time that I have rented a home for a week in the KIllington area. This home was, by far, the best. Huge, private, luxurious home. There were six adults in our group. We would have been comfortable with twice that many. There is a private study with a futon, and a space for a child in a "Harry Potter" style alcove under the stairs. Most owners would have counted these as additional bedrooms, but they were not included in the room count. The kitchen was well furnished and the location was beautiful. So much so, that we prepared every meal at the house. The house is very private. You won't see or disturb the neighbors. John promptly responded to questions that I emailed him. There was a minor problem, outside of his control, that he discovered, immediately informed me, and satisfactorily resolved. This will be my first choice for my next trip to Vermont.

We've been coming up to Killington for years and finally bought our vacation home here. Originally skiers, we both now snowboard, hike and bike throughout the area as this property is located right near the intersection of the Appalachian and Long Trails.

As soon as you step in this house you will gravitate towards the spectacular views of the Killington peaks as well as Pico. The sunrise and sunset views are incredible. The gourmet eat-in Kitchen is a chef's dream. We are 10 minutes to the Killington Base lodge and minutes to all the shops and restaurants on the Access road. This house is 1/4 mile from the Appalachian Trail and Kent Pond as well as Mountain meadows Cross country ski center.
