Esto ciertamente no es típico de su condominio! Se trata de Benny Beach House, un íntimo nueve (9) Edificio unidad frente al mar. Esta dos dormitorios, dos baños condominio se ve directamente a través de las dunas de vara de oro a una playa de arena blanca expansiva y océano azul marino. Esto es estar en la playa con todas las comodidades. Esta es una casa muy bien equipada con pisos de baldosas de terracota, encimeras de granito y gabinetes de arce. Está a menos de dos millas del centro histórico de Fernandina Beach, el histórico Fort Clinch, restaurantes, tiendas y locales. Se trata de una unidad de primer piso y estás a sólo unos pasos de su cubierta cubierta con el océano. También estamos mascotas!

We had such a good time we asked to rent it again. Unfortunately our requested week (six months out) was taken so we are booking it for next Thanksgiving. The unit was perfect for us and exceeded our expectations.Location, location, location! Proximity to Egan's Creek Greenway trail and also steps from the ocean, and minutes from Timoti's fish shack! Everything we needed to cook Thanksgiving dinner. Just perfect!

Great condo right on the beach

Great condo with the beach just a few short steps away and a short walk to a couple of restaurants. An added bonus was being able to bring our dog. Would definitely love to rent again in the future!

Great location, easy access to the beach and even in walking distance to a great place to eat! What more could you ask for? Oh yeah, you can bring your fur babies! We so enjoyed our stay and hope to return soon!

Relaxed Ocean View

The location and ocean view are great! The beach was clean and not very crowded. The condo was cute and functional. You can tell it has been well loved, and is starting to look a little tired. Nancy was very responsive. Our family had a great time, and would stay here again.

The Perfect Beachfront Condo!

We absolutely loved our stay! This property has everything you could possibly need - a washer/dryer, full kitchen, even beach chairs, toys, and umbrellas! We loved The Sandbar restaurant. The food is great and it's a super quick walk on the beach from the property. We were so comfortable here, we didn't want to leave. We will certainly be back!

Perfect - beach is your backyard!

We loved this place! Loved the super short deck straight to the beach! Views from living room were beautiful! Location couldn't be any better in my opinion. Right on the beach and a very short drive to downtown shops and many restaurants. We even walked on the beach to the Sandbar Restaurant. This is a great condo with everything you need!

Perfect sunrises!

We were able to see an amazing sunrise each morning, since the condo sits facing due east. Such a great location if you want good beach walks and close proximity to the greenway or downtown. We had a great week! The host is also very easy to work with. We are ready for another week!

Perfect place to relax

We couldn’t have found a more perfect place for two couples to relax. The furnishings were very comfortable and the location to the beach was exceptionally close. Evenings were peaceful as we sat outside on the patio with a breeze and sounds of the waves. We will definately be going back. Thanks Nancy.

Picture perfect!

The cover photo is exactly what you get! A beautiful view from the boardwalk through the sand dunes and Sea Oats to the Atlantic. I enjoyed just sitting in the living room and gazing out, mesmerized by the rolling surf , swaying Sea Oats and birds. The unit was fully supplied for a fantastic ocean experience. Thank you Nancy for making our getaway so easy. Super owners who were always available if needed!

Highly Recommended - Awesome Location and Stay

This was a fantastic vacation stay and exactly what we needed. Nancy is easy to work with and the place is right on the beach with a great view and easy access. There is pretty much everything you need, including kitchen and living/sleeping space as well. We are very picky and honestly this gets high marks all around. Wifi is solid, maybe a little slow at times, but never cut out. Supported our needs fine for when were on taking a break from the beach If one wants to get very nitpicky, I would say the only items that weren't perfect were: 1. This is ground floor and it is easy to hear upstairs neighbors walking around. If they also have a dog it can get pretty loud. We were getting worried a couple nights but it all stopped by 10-11 pm even with different guest occupying the second floor above us. This didnt interfere with our sleep thankfully. 2. If you like to have TV streaming technology with you, bring it. The house has TVs and some SD cable boxes for convenience, but that's about it. 3. There is ample notice about turtle season. The local code enforcement makes everyone shut off patio lights and close drapes. My wife likes to have the door open for a little while in the evenings to hear the ocean and this caused a change in plans. We ended up just shutting off lights and leaving the blinds mostly closed. Worked out fine, but be weary of the turtle season rules. 4. There are some signs of age or damage with some of the furniture and one of the bathtubs, but not enough to affect overall enjoyment. Again, this is a list for the hard to please to know it is still safe to book All in all, we LOVED our stay. 95/100 and would definitely stay here again. Thank you Nancy for the awesome vacation. My wife did not want to leave at all.

Thanksgiving 2021

Host was very kind and accommodating and the property itself was nice. Linens were all clean and overall the home was very clean. Pots and pans needed washing before use. If traveling with pups be carful of the many sand spurs that are everywhere, even in the grassy areas. Definitely would consider another stay at this property. Thank you Nancy for allowing us to stay in your condo.

Slice of Paradise

This property was amazing. The location and view was all that you could ask for. As an early riser, I had my morning coffee on the deck and watched the sunrise over the ocean. The description and pictures cannot truly do it justice. It was very clean and had everything you need. Nancy was a joy to work with. She answered all emails promptly. We will return.
