Excelente apartamento duplex para 6 personas con 2 habitaciones, 2 baños, WIFI y parking en urbanización privada de lujo (con seguridad) en pleno Playa Paraíso.

El apartamento se encuentra totalmente equipado para una cómoda estancia de 6 personas. Tiene 2 habitaciones: el master con 1 camas de matrimonio y la habitación muy amplia en la zona alta con 3 camas individuales, sofá cama y escritorio. Dos baños con ducha. Cuanta con TV, satélite (canales internacionales), plancha, lavadora, cocina con lavaplatos, micro y todos los electrodomésticos. Juegos de toallas, sabanas y todas las comodidades para que la estancia sea inmejorable.

Tiene 2 terrazas con vista al mar y a las 3 piscinas con las que cuenta la urbanización privada. Jardines, jacuzzi, zona WI-FI, sala de juegos y ping pong son algunas de las instalaciones que cuenta la urbanización que se encuentra totalmente cerrada y con servicio de guardia de seguridad nocturna.

El complejo cubre las expectativas de una urbanización de lujo. Tiene un amplio espacio de piscinas con 4 piscinas, una de ellas climatizada y otra para niños. La zona de piscina tiene unas una gran cantidad de hamacas y cuenta con un bar donde se puede disfrutar de refrescos y comidas mientras se disfruta del sol. Jardines, zona WI-FI, sala de juegos y ping pong son algunas de las instalaciones que cuenta la urbanización que se encuentra totalmente cerrada y con servicio de guardia de seguridad nocturna.

La urbanización se sitúa a 5 minutos andando de 2 estupendas playas, campo de golf y con servicios de autobús a Adeje.

Tres bonne communication avec le propriétaire et la personne en charge de nous accueillir. la résidence est très jolie, sécurisée. Une piscine était chauffée en cette période. La résidence est un peu en retrait du centre avec ses commerces (15 minutes à pieds). L'appartement est bien équipé, très propre. Les deux terrasses sont vraiment un plus. Seul bémol, le canapé du séjour qui aurait besoin d'être changé. Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir.

Perfecto para escapar al frio del invierno

Estábamos 2 adultos y 2 niños pequeños. El departamento estaba muy limpio, tiene todo lo que uno necesita, , y si no hay, la señora Dalila que vive cerca se lo traía rápidamente. Todo moderno y en buen estado (menos la tina sin tapón). La piscina muy ceracano de la casa - una grande caliente, las otras fria para la época (principios de febrero). El restaurante muy rico, precios normales, comida internacional y española. Se puede llevar la comida a casa tambien. Es un lugar tranquilo de Tenerife y se puede ir caminando hacía el mar con una cinta costera muy agradable. Hay una tienda chiquita a 5 minutos caminando de la casa con todo lo que se necesita - muy bune vino, pan calinete, y unos croissants con chocolate ricos como en París (dicen los niños). No alquila un caro muy grande para el garaje estrechito ! Gracis A Luis y Dalila !

Wonderful Holidays

The apartment was well furnished with a contemporary décor that both my wife and I liked a lot. There was plenty of room outside on the two private terraces that we not overlooked so we had complete privacy. The kitchen was complete and we used it every day for various meals including evening meal. We could see the pool from our terraces and it was very well maintained. There is a bar at the pool which was handy. The other residents were polite and nice to us. There is a large Wi-Fi area where the kids and I could go on the internet without the need for passwords. All in all we had a great break and would recommend it to anyone. Towards the end of our stay we did get a car although you can use the bus service which is cheap and frequent to get to the surrounding areas.

relaxing holiday

We stayed here in early April 2013. The apartment was great and matched the photos on the net. The complex was also great, There were three huge swimming pools in good condition and a restaurant poolside that did decent food. The area is nice and quiet other than a few hours in the evening when a neighboring hotel plays music and it is only a short drive to some really good value restaurants. I liked having a full kitchen and a large terrace with a table meant we could eat outdoors and not go out all the time once we had stocked up at the local shops. Directions given were really good as were the tips for car rental and places to eat. I am happy to recommend this property and tenerife is a brilliant vacation spot, so much to do, renting a car is important. Daniel was very responsive to our queries. Thanks

Séjour Costa adeje

Très belles vacances , résidence sécurisée avec logement propre et fonctionnel. Espaces aquatiques spacieux avec soleil du matin au soir et super bar avec boissons et restauration ( plats et snacks simples mais très bons ) aux prix plus que raisonnables . La résidence est proche d’une petite plage idéale pour les familles et de la roca negra avec bars et restaurants .

Un appartement agréable dans une jolie résidence

Nous avons passé un bon séjour à Ténérife dans cet appartement assez spacieux pour une famille de 5. L'appartement est fonctionnel et plutôt bien équipé. Les enfants (17 15 12) occupait une chambre à l'étage avec 3 lits simples et une salle de bain indépendante. Nous avions une chambre en bas pour les parents avec notre salle de bain. Nous avons apprécié les terrasses une en bas et une à l'étage avec une petite vue sur la mer. J'aurais préféré une vue sur la piscine mais c'était bien quand même. Il nous a manqué une petite commode à l'étage pour ranger les affaires des enfants. Sinon nous avons apprécié l'appartement qui est pratique en famille. La résidence est très sympa et le petit bar près de la piscine permet de se restaurer avec une bonne cuisine à des prix très corrects. Nous étions déjà venus à Ténérife et cette fois nous n'avons pas eu de chance avec la météo car le soleil était un peu absent mais nous avons visité et les vacances furent réussies.

Sehr enttäuschend

Leider entsprach das Objekt nicht den Beschreibungen. Die Wohnung ist sehr heruntergekommen (aufgeweichtes Holz am Bad-Waschtisch, zerbrochene Glaswand in der Küche, Schimmel in der Dusche, Duschtür schließt nicht mehr, Kaffeemaschine funktioniert nicht richtig, Gartenmöbel entsprechen nicht den Fotos...) und insgesamt ließ die Sauberkeit sehr zu wünschen übrig (Schimmel in den Bädern, Bettwäsche mit Flecken und Knittern sah aus, als ob sie nicht gewechselt wurde...). Auf unsere Reklamation hin wurde erwidert, dass es dem Vermieter leid tut, dass wir nicht zufrieden sind und er jemand mit frischer Bettwäsche vorbeischickt (was zwei Tage nach unserer Reklamation auch passierte aber wir hatten sie inzwischen selbst gewaschen - immerhin war eine funktionierende Waschmaschine da).

Great place to stay

Property was very good and clean. The residential complex was very nice, the pool bar was excellent with great food lunch and evening. The heated pool was warmer than the others but was being resurfaced so only half the pool available. Luis and Dalila were very helpful. My only slight reservation is the 30 min walk to the majority of restaurants in the small resort. I hadn’t realised the resort is kind of split in two and you have to walk to the bottom (Roca Negra) until you can walk up to the other half. However, it’s €4 for a taxi so no hardship. We really enjoyed our stay.

Overall great location and amenities for a family with young kids.

Theses condos are beautiful and the restaurant is reasonable and convenient. We appreciated the close proximity to some good restaurants on the ocean. It’s not really near a beach per se, but you can access the ocean on some great climbing rocks within walking distance. You really should have a car and there is a parking spot included in the rental which was perfect for us. The house itself was pretty well stocked - they even provided laundry soap and pool towels. The towels were pretty worn and rough though, which didn’t bother us too much but is worth noting. The only thing that was bit of a minus to the place was the couch. It is extremely uncomfortable, almost to the point of unusable. Overall it was a great space and I would definitely recommend it!

Perfect holiday for the kids

Fantastic compound with everything you need. Place was well stocked although could use a few more kitchen utensils. Dishwasher was very welcome! We loved everything apart from the noisy neighbours which could not be helped.

Perfect stay for our family of four. Plenty of space, and comfortable too. Pool area was lovely, staff were friendly and food was excellent. Also, a short walk to bars and other restaurants and close to bus stop for heading further. Would stay again and definitely recommend!

A lovely stay in Adeje Paradise

Easy booking process & communication with the owner. All amenities catered for at the apartment for a lovely stay at Adeje Paradise. Everywhere is clean & well maintained, great pool area & pool bar serving a variety of really nice food & drinks. There are also some nice restaurants in walking distance. We have stayed on the complex before & will definitely be returning again

Tolle Poolanalge und gutes Internetnetz

Uns hat der Aufenthalt sehr gut gefallen. Der Kontakt mit Louis war erfreulich, auch die Anfahrtsbeschreibung war sehr gut. Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr schön mit einer Überdachung über der Terasse. Wir konnten immer draußen essen. Es gab zwar sehr viele Mücken, aber wir haben einen Mückendatscher gekauft und dort gelassen ;-) Stechfliegen gabe es keine. Wir konnten abends ganz lange gemütlich draußen sitzen. Es gibt eine gute Außenbeleuchtung und wir konnten problemlos bei Nacht spielen. Die Animation des Nachbarhotels hört man bis ca. 22:30 Uhr. Es ist keine neue Ferienwohnung und zum Teil merkt man ihr die Jahre an, aber das ist normal. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt. Auf den Matratzen habe ich super geschlafen und das kommt nicht oft vor im Urlaub! Ein Auto ist unbedingt notwendig, der 500 m entfernt liegende Strand ist nicht wirklich ein Starnd, wie ich ihn definiere. Aber mit 15 Minuten Autofahrt kommt man zu schönen Stränden. Die Poolanlage ist toll. Allerdings gibt es Pool-Regeln, wie dass die Kinder nicht ins Wasser springen dürfen oder keine Luftmatrazten, deren Einhaltung ein Poolwächter sehr genau überwacht. Das hätten wir nicht gebraucht. Das mit den deutschen Fernsehsendern hat bei uns nicht geklappt. Hätte eigentlich gehen sollen, aber wir haben uns dann auch nicht mahr an unsere Kontaktperson deswegen gewandt. Denn es gab das erste Mal im Urlaub ein richtig giutes Internetnetz. Da waren wir begeistert und das ist uns wichtig. Bügeleisen, Waschmachiene, etc. haben wir nicht benutzt. Da kann ich nichts dazu sagen. Das ist uns nicht wichtig. Wir können die Ferienwohnung weiterempfehlen!

Endroit très agréable

Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances à Adeje dans notre appartement. L'endroit est au calme, loin de l'agitation du Sud des Canaries. Les piscines sont très bien, l'une d'entre elles était chauffée. Le restaurant à côté de la pisicne etait très sympa (même si un peu débordés le soir et service un peu long). Il y a une épicerie ouverte 7j/7 à côté, même si elle n'est pas très bon marché, elle reste très pratique. Dalila, qui s'est chargée du check-in et check-out est très sympathique également. Mais: - l'annonce propose un duplex, nous avons eu un appartement très bien, avec suffisamment de place, mais ce n'etait pas l'appartmenet proposé et il n'etait pas en duplex! Mais j'insiste sur le fait que l'appartement etait très bien. - la literie etait mauvaise, nous avons eu mal au dos toute la semaine. - il n'y avait pas beaucoup d'eau chaude pour se laver à 4. - le ménage aurait pu être mieux fait à notre arrivée. Malgré les quelques points négatifs, je ne manquerais pas de conseiller ce logement/cette résidence.

Aussen Fix...innen nix!!

Schmudelig, Bügelbrett und Bügeleisen, sowie Wäschetrockner kaputt. Weder Fleisch- oder Brotmesser, noch Holzbretter. Zuwenig Besteck. Haare auf den Matratzen. Ventilation fettig. Holzleisten und Umrandungen dreckig. Supermarket Grill (klein und Miete teurer als wenn man einen gekauft hätte). Ohne Auto ist man aufgeschmissen. Wir buchten 5 Wochen und sind nach 1 abgereist. 2 Wochen hat man uns zurückerstattet. Gingen dann ins Hotel Iberostar, wo wir einen tollen, jedoch sehr teuren Urlaub verbrachten. Haben uns beim Vermieter beschwert und ihm viele Beweisfotos gesandt. Würden nur noch eine Wohnung mit dem Vertrauensnachweis buchen. Zum Appartement gibt es einen Film, der super toll aussieht, aber nicht der Realität entspricht. Schade, aber so lernt man!! Hanny

Excellent accommodation, great holiday!

Lovely, modern, clean apartment in great complex with good security, parking and ideal pool complex with bar and snacks. Apartment was very comfortable and really well equipped, even had a hairdryer, washing machine, toaster, microwave and lots of pots & pans, crockery for cooking. Nothing was too much trouble and when the wifi didn't work one day they sent a technician straight round to fix it. Really pleased with the whole holiday and would highly recommend it. Would advise hire car however as about 10 minutes from the main facilities in Costa Adeje.

Great apartment, fantastic vacation

We had a great almost 4-week stay at Luis' apartment earlier this year. We had a wonderful time and it is a lovely apartment in a very nice apartment complex. We loved the two terraces and also the really nice upstairs bedroom and bathroom. The apartment was very well equipped. It was great that things like soap, toilet paper, kitchen tissues etc were provided - in many apartments that we stayed at in the past we had to buy everything ourselves... The only thing that I somewhat missed was a vacuum cleaner - especially with our baby who spent a lot of time on the floor, it would have been easier to be able to vacuum the floors. Prior to our arrival we were a bit concerned about the German language comments by Carola of some years ago as she had a number of complaints (terrace furniture, dishes, dishwasher too small, terrace doors cannot be closed etc). We were very happy to see that all these complaints were unfounded or at least no longer valid. The apartment looks like in the advertised photos! Only exception: the downstairs bathroom no longer has a tub but a rainshower. Normally I'd find this preferable but as we were travelling with a baby a tub would have been better for us. Dalila however brought us a baby tub within 3 or 4 hours after we raised this with Luis. Great service! Recommendation to future guests: try the Pool Bar. They have great food and cocktails! Playa Paraiso is also a nice base to drive around and discover what Tenerife has to offer. The only downside to our stay was the noise from the Bahia Principe hotel nearby. Their animation program during the Easter school holidays every night from 8:30 to 10:30 pm was somewhat annoying but that's not Luis' fault. If we should return to Tenerife, we'd definitely choose the apartment again!

Perfect

We stayed in this appartment for one week with two yound children in february. Communication and arrival went very well organised. The appartment was clean, well situated and complete with everything you need (think of: babybed, high chair, handsoap, dishwasher tablets, shampoo...). The appartment is suited well for young children. The lower pools were a bit cold in the winter, but the upper pool is heated and very nice to take a swim in. The poolside restaurant serves good food for a good price. We didn't get a chance to go to the nearby beaches, but we did visit the nearby Las Aquilas Jungle Park, which is a lovely and informative park for children and adults. I would defenitely come back one day to see more of the beautiful island Tenerife and I would defenitely stay in this appartment again.

Excellent apartment

This apartment is in a truly lovely location, quiet and restful with excellent facilities onsite, pools, and a great bar on site which does great meals throughout the day if needed. The apartment is as described with towels, soaps all provided lovely and clean with quality linen and facilities inside...great washing machine. We took dad who is 93 and he loved the downstairs bedroom and walk-in shower. Sunny balcony from morning till late afternoon. The house keeper Delila met us as planned showed us around and was available throughout the stay if needed....very helpful on arrival and departure. We hope to go again in 2017.
