Great place to stay in OB

The condo was just as described, and we were very pleased with our accommodations. We prefer the smaller complexes, with easy parking, and this fit the bill perfectly! We would definitely stay here again.

This condo was perfect for the two of us! It was very clean and well equipped. We loved being right on the beach and so close to shopping and restaurants. My husband kept saying that we could not have picked a better place! And he was right!! We will definitely be coming back!!

Wonderful

Beautiful unit! The property was quiet and the beach service was phenomenal! Walking distance to so many stores and restaurants. The unit is decorated so nice and the the owners have made some great upgrades.

Loved sunswept & probably will stay again soon. The property is older but in decent repair for its age. The only drawbacks were slow internet & the air conditioner unit was a bit loud but better than not having them at all. The pool needs some cosmetic work but during the in season would cost them too much in lost revenue . The office staff were friendly & the location is perfect!

Perfect Place Afro Sunrises and Sunsets

This rental is exactly as depicted and described. It was clean and comfortable, and the check-in and access was easy. While the living area was sunny and inviting, the rest of the unit is a bit dated but comfortable. It had everything we needed for the two of us to rest and refuel for a long weekend. We especially loved watching the dolphins from the balcony in the morning and the sunsets in the evening.

Week at the beach

Everything was nice with our stay with the exception of on Sunday they never put umbrellas out at the pool and every morning except for 1 we were woke up by a trash truck emptying dumpsters at 4:30 AM which was kind of annoying. We left 2 nights early.

Beach front beautiful stay for a simple getaway

Great simple condo for a quick few days at the beach, great view of the water, quick access to pool and beach. Condo was a little smaller than I was thinking by looking at pictures but had everything we needed and then some, master shower was great, kitchen and appliances were perfect. Kitchen had everything in it we needed with all new appliances. Bed was a little harder than I am accustomed to but after the first night I was used to it. Beautiful beach front view and easy access was my main goal and that was accomplished!! I would stay again if needed.

This was the cleanest and most well cared for unit we’ve stayed in. We love the proximity to shopping and restaurants. Aside from being unable to use the balcony at times due to other guests smoking and often times it was marijuana, the views are amazing the water was clear and beautiful.

Great little unit!

This condo is in a great location and has a wonderful view of the ocean!! It is nicely furnished and the bed is firm and comfortable. The shower is great too! There are enough hooks, drawers, and closet space so things can be kept neat... if that matters to you. One drawback is there isn’t a screen on the sliding patio door. Also, it wasn’t quite as clean as I like, but that wouldn’t keep me from renting again. It’s the perfect size and setup for a couple!

The unit was OK for the price but needs new carpet or no carpet in the bedroom as it is rolling by the bathroom and could be a tripping hazard. The bed was uncomfortable but my wife and I have bad backs so maybe it's fine for others. We give it a 3 overall
