Hermosa casa nueva de 3 habitaciones y 2 baños en la parte trasera de 5 acres. Muy privado y aislado. Nuevos pisos, pintura, muebles, ropa de cama y cocina completamente equipada, gran televisor de pantalla plana con satélite y wifi, televisores más pequeños en las habitaciones. Hermoso entorno rural con la comodidad de tiendas y restaurantes cercanos en cuestión de minutos. Fácil acceso a autopistas. Hermoso patio trasero con chimenea y estacionamiento cubierto. Cercado en corral con puerta para perros. 15 minutos a la piscina sobre el suelo de The Villages 32 x 18 pies entre la casa delantera y trasera. Genial para unas vacaciones familiares en Florida.

Great stay

This is the second time we have stayed at this VRBO so that alone should be a testament to how well we enjoyed our stay. Kathy is a great host who respects your privacy but is johnny on the shot if you need her. You are close to restaurants, but the property gives you a country feel. This is our favorite VRBO.

Belleview stay

Kathy and Glenn were so easy to work with. If we had a question, they were right there to answer. We enjoyed the privacy of location but the closeness of town. House was very comfortable. and easygoing. Hope to stay again

Great Mountain Bike destination lodging

Perfect location to Santos trails and less than 2 hrs from many other trails all around FL. Nice concrete area to park bikes, hose to wash them if needed or work on them. Great privacy all around the property. House is exactly what we needed and provided a relaxing place to recoup for the next days riding while talking about the current day's adventures over a cool drink.

Homey and convenient

I loved the location, the spaciousness inside and out, the sound of trains a few miles away. It’s located between The Villages and Ocala for extended shopping or activities, but there are several chain and local restaurants nearby, plus pharmacies, 2 grocery stores, golf courses, and more. Kathy and Glenn were welcoming and available if needed during my five-week stay.

Absolutely Wonderful!!

Kathy and her husband are the perfect hosts...exceptionally friendly, attentive, and accommodating. The home is beautiful, clean, and in a great location. It was everything we were looking for, and pet friendly too, so we could have our fur babies along with us. The couch and bed are comfy, bathtub is luxurious, tv and wifi are great, kitchen is top notch, and the back yard is spacious and well shaded. It was a great stay for us and we're eagerly looking forward to our return. Thank you, Kathy!

great place. great location in central FL

the place was super clean as the pictures show are 100% accurate. the host was nothing but perfect! the property is huge. great for trailers as well. all amenities are from 2019 not old. great location and close to restaurants. My dog loved running around. it was like being at a dog park. although it was too cold for the pool that was another great option.

Roomy and Peaceful

We stayed for 5 months during the winter of 24-25. The rental is just outside of a small, friendly town. The rental has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a den with a large desk and a futon. It sits behind the owner's house and has a large backyard with a covered patio, outdoor table and chairs. There are lots of trees. There's a sidewalk that takes you out into the countryside. The owners, Kathy and Glenn, were always very available and helpful. There are many beautiful hiking trails within a 15 minute drive. Ten miles south of the rental is Aldis, Walmart, Skechers, TJ Max, Burlington and more. A mile away is Publix food market and Phoenix gym where we attended Silver Sneakers classes in the morning and worked out on the equipment in the afternoon. It was an excellent winter stay. We enjoyed everything

Thoroughly enjoyed!

This rental was perfect for us, located on 5 acres with only the landlord's home visible. However, it was only 1/2 mile to a major highway, very close access to Ocala and The Villages. The kitchen was well furnished with great tableware and flatware, along with necessary cookware and accessories. There is an enclosed dog yard with a doggie door for those with pets. The home is spacious with nearly 1600 square feet. We enjoyed the layout very much. You can enjoy birds, squirrels, and the occasional lizard on the property. We would have rented for next year, but it was already booked! The washer stopped working while we were there, and the owners took action immediately, and had it replaced before we needed it again. Thanks for a great stay!

Very nice home, plenty big for our family. Clean, just wish the back patio chairs and table were a little cleaner to sit on otherwise very nice place to stay. We didn't have enough time to utilize the pool, maybe next time. Kathy was very nice and everything went smoothly. would recommend staying here.

Just Like Home

Golf vacation

A Lovely Home!

We truly enjoyed staying at this lovely house for 5 weeks, including the holidays, while waiting for our new house to be built. It's spacious, clean, and has everything we needed! It's located on a beautiful, huge lot set back off the street, and our family and dogs enjoyed being outside often. We all agreed it has a homey atmosphere, and Kathy even had a Christmas tree we used in the living room for Christmas. The office was great for my husband who needed to work from home during our stay. I can't say enough about the hospitality of Kathy, who worked with us when we needed to extend our stay. Glen was very friendly and helpful as well. They both let us know that would help with anything we needed. The location in Belleview is very convenient to restaurants, shopping, and major roads. If your travels bring you to this area, I highly recommend this home.

Best people ever !!!

Kathy and her husband glen were absolutely amazing. My mother and I came down to Florida to relocate, I had a few change of dates before we came down and she was so flexible. Kathy was so helpful, always around if we needed anything. Her and her husband are the sweetest souls I’ve ever met. Not only did they invite us to thanksgiving, her husband fixed my moms car when it broke, but Kathy actually saved my mothers life with a medical emergency she had!! I could not be more thankful for the clean, huge, perfect rental, but I am also so thankful for the hosts. I will always come back any chance I get :) thank y’all so much for everything !!

Great place to stay!

My family and I rented this place to transition moving to Florida. It was the perfect place, nice fenced in yard for the dogs, plenty of space to park our trucks. Lovely yard for kids to play in and a pool! Kathy is fantastic, easy to get a hold of, and provided everything we could possibly need during our stay. Great location, easy to get to Ocala and plenty of grocery stores near by. Highly recommended.

Great house

My family needed a place to stay that was close to my parents. It was 10 miles away it took 20 minutes to get there and was an easy drive. The house was the perfect size for 9 of us. Cathy the owner was EXTREMELY accommodating. And we will not hesitate to rent it again!!!

Quiet getaway

Kathy was awesome from the very beginning, going above and beyond to help us with our stay. The house was VERY clean and welcoming. We were greeted with a tour of the property and an invite to her family gathering with food and fireworks. It is a beautiful location, very relaxing environment. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

First Winter Getaway

Overall we enjoyed our trip to Belleview. The property is centrally located between The Villages and Ocala. The property is well suited to bring your pet. Kathy would attend to any need quickly . She was very helpful.
