30Ashack es una nueva casa adosada de tres habitaciones ubicada al norte de 30A en la exclusiva comunidad de Prominence. Este nuevo complejo ofrece una piscina estilo centro turístico con cabañas privadas, parrillas al aire libre, gimnasio y está a un corto trayecto en bicicleta de Alys Beach, Seacrest y Rosemary Beach. Si está buscando un lugar para traer a la familia a cenar o simplemente relajarse y escuchar a los músicos locales, no tendrá que ir muy lejos. El Hub es uno de los destinos más nuevos en 30A para comida, bebida y entretenimiento y está directamente al otro lado de la calle.

Si elige cenar, la cocina gourmet con electrodomésticos y utensilios de cocina nuevos y de alta gama es el lugar perfecto. Mientras se preparan las comidas, los huéspedes pueden disfrutar de su programa favorito o evento deportivo en el gran televisor de pantalla plana en la habitación familiar.

Family friendly.

The property is beautiful and was everything it said it was. The only thing I would change would be the beach access. I wish it were closer. But the pool was fantastic.

Loved this rental

The property was in a great location, is family friendly and the unit we stayed in was gorgeous. We were a little concerned with this being a triplex but we never heard either of the other parties from the other two units. The condo had everything we needed and more. We recommend using the tram for the beach at least the first day. We chose to drive to the beach access the other days but the tram was great. It was our preference to drive. We would absolutely stay in this unit again. It was extremely comfortable and had everything we needed.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was our first time travelling down to 30A and we are already looking to book our next family trip here again. I loved that the area was very family friendly, since we have 2 kids under the age of 8. The property is close to the beautiful beach (7 min drive to the Santa Clara Beach Access), it is also very close to the pool, many restaurants at the Big Chill, shops, and Publix. The only downfall was that the cell phone reception and wifi connection in and around the property were very limited. However, it felt great to disconnect from the internet and be present with the family.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall pleasant stay with a few exceptions: this unit does NOT have garbage cans unlike most of the units on same street. Having to carry the trash a full, block to the dumpster is very disappointing. Also, the construction going on in the back yard was a bit loud at times. Little to no cell service was also frustrating. The key pad on the front door broke so someone had to stay in the unit until the repair man showed up to replace it the next day. That's not anyone's fault, but taking time out of my vacation to "house sit" for the repairman was also disappointing.

Loved it!

We simply loved this home! This was our first time in Santa Rosa Beach. Getting to the home was a little confusing but we called and received so much help getting to it. Also, it wasn’t ready at 4pm for us to check in but the property managers were wonderful in working with the cleaning company to finish up as we were waiting and they compensated us due to the wait. I can say that this company (Oversee) was great to work with and very responsive. The home was just as pictured. When we arrived we learned we’d be in Unit B and we were worried that we would hear our neighbors but we never heard anyone but ourselves. We couldn’t believe how we didn’t hear anyone else, as it was a triplex...a plus! I enjoyed staying in the master bedroom. The bathroom was so luxurious and the amenities were perfect. Little pumps of soap were provided; we’d never seen this before and had actually brought our own as the pump soap is more convenient. We enjoyed playing ping pong in the garage. That was a surprise that we didn’t see referred to in the listing. This home didn’t have a balcony, just a patio. We would’ve loved to have had balcony access, but we were ok with it. We were pleasantly surprised to arrive the first day and learn about The Hub across the street. We walked over and it was live! People were friendly and a movie was showing on the big screen. The restaurants were simply delicious. We even went back a second time during our stay! We enjoyed this home and Santa Rosa Beach very much. The only difficulty we found was in finding public beach access and parking. We ended up at South Walton. It was a small strip of public access beach, but we enjoyed ourselves very much. We spent all of our time in Santa Rosa, Miramar, and Sandestin. We never made it to Destin, where we usually end up. We will be back!!!
