Chateau on the River ofrece dos magníficos condominios contiguos en Waterwheel Condominiums que están conectados con un pase a través de la puerta. Ambos condominios dan al hermoso río Guadalupe, cerca de la convergencia de Guadalupe y Comal. En conjunto estos condominios cuentan con 4 habitaciones y 4 baños. En total, hay dos master suites con camas king en cada una, un dormitorio con una cama king size y el otro con un dormitorio con una cama queen y dos sofás cama tamaño queen. Ropa de cama de alta calidad se proporcionan para todas las camas y baños. Totalmente amueblado y equipado con todo lo que necesita para unas vacaciones maravillosas!

Este complejo también ofrece 2 piscinas, 4 jacuzzis, parrillas de carbón y exuberantes y verdes espacios rodantes para que el resort se sienta como en una escapada. Rockin 'R River Rides recogerá justo al lado y puede llevar a los huéspedes a flotar el Comal o el río Guadalupe entre el Día de los Caídos y el Día del Trabajo. Para cualquier reserva fuera de esas fechas, la tienda está a solo 7 kilómetros de distancia. Puedes flotar por el río Guadalupe y salir por este condominio. A poca distancia del famoso parque acuático Schlitterbahn y a menos de 1 milla del centro. Menos de 3 millas al centro histórico de Gruene.

Cada condominio cuenta con dos pases de estacionamiento, por lo que con este alquiler hay 2 lugares numerados y 2 lugares de estacionamiento generales. Estos condominios están en el tercer piso y tienen un ascensor. Los huéspedes deben tener 25 años de edad o más para hacer una reserva y deben permanecer en la propiedad. No se permiten mascotas. Recibirá 4 pases de estacionamiento y 12 pulseras (cantidad máxima permitida).

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This place worked perfectly for our group coming to Wurstfest. Off season, made it quiet at the two units. Inside noise is minimal between the living room and bedrooms and between units. It was very comfortable. It shows some wear as expected in a place that likely has large use during warmer months, but overall well maintained.

Please read listing carefully. Will not budge on occupancy

I would like to warn anyone renting these condos. First make sure to read the listing carefully. The rules do not go for everyone at this place. I was told no budging on Occupancy and everyone on the property had to have a wrist band. Not true. As a matter of fact there were multiple condos with over Occupancy limit and no one I mean no one but my group had wristbands. I literally was in tears begging for one extra 10 year old. Instead my daughter in law had to stay home so she could go.

Not clean

The units were not clean. One smelled when we walked in called management and they never follow up or bothered to check in with me. Carpets were gross and sheets did not seem clean. Great location and nice pool area

New Braunsfel Escape Chateau on the river

We had a wonderful time. Every thing made us feel comfortable Both D301/302. The location was great. Close to the pool and river. And everything else was just a few mins away.

Overall, it is a good fit for our group of 8 friends for Wurstfest. I liked that each bedroom had a private bathroom. Plenty of space. Good communication with company. The complex is aging but not a need to be very aware of the complex rules.

The pool and hot tub is a fabulous feature. We grilled our back as well. The pictures were a little misleading. We thought we would be staying right on the river. Although it is a pretty short walk from the condo(which was still nice) but the view you see here is when you walk down to the river. Also great communication and easy check in.

PertPlus Annual Family Vacation

Our three families stayed in adjoining 2BR/2Bath condos. These condos are down the street from Schlitterban and close to tube rentals and Gruene Hall. Both condos were stocked with whatever was needed for meals prep. The two pools are shaded in late afternoon hours making pool time very comfortable and enjoyable. We plan to stay here again. Rates pretty high on our favorite vacation sites. Thanks to the owners and management company.

Great College Reunion

We have stayed in this unit several times. It is two condos that connect, so it works out well for our party of 8. Each couple has their own bed/bathroom. And there's two lounge areas...great for Football Saturday! We love having access to the pool and river, as well as location to local restaurants and a short drive to Gruene. The condo's are clean, well equipped and comfortable. The only suggestion would be to replace the carpets. It seems time:)! We would stay again.

Lovely pair of condos, great for a family of five!

We were in New Braunfels for a show at Gruene Hall. Very convenient, nice property with a great outdoor pool and two hot tubs. We had a great time and definitely can strongly recommend this property. The New Braunfels Escapes (NBE) people are awesome with excellent and very prompt communication.

Lovely condo on the river

We rented both condos to have 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. We were pleasantly surprised to find that there was an interior door that could be opened to connect the two units. We had 9 adults and there was plenty of space for everyone. Great location.

great stay for our adult vacation

Our check in went smoothly and the vacation was off to a great start... we realized into the first evening that the AC in one of the units was bot cooling so we called and they sent a repair man within the hour. The unit never really worked that well... but it cooled at night so that was our biggest concern as we were out and about for most of the day anyway. The location is very convenient and the apartments were both nice. We would definitely book again.

We had plans to keep it simple and order pizza after floating all day, but once we saw the grounds, picnic tables, pool and hot tubs.....our plans changed to grilling out and playing football in the amazing grass. Waking up each morning and walking down to the river to sip coffee and watch the deer roaming....such an amazing place and experience. We will definitely be back to this location!!

It’s on the top floor so that was a little tough. There is an older lady who lives at the property below who called to report that we were being too loud at 2 pm. We had a group of 10 so it was pretty inconvenient to have to be quiet in the middle of the day.

We all had privacy but also plenty of room to be together. The pool on site is very nice and having river access was great as well. Perfect location too...a short drive to the store or a short Uber/Lyft ride into town for dinner and drinks. We also used the company they suggested for our river trip and loved the convenience of them coming to pick us up! All in all, a great experience! We would definitely stay here again!
