Sunset Villa by Laranjal Rentals es una excelente propiedad ubicada en Olhos de Água - Albufeira, amplias áreas dentro y fuera. Con 5 dormitorios grandes, todos inadecuados con baño completo grande, 4 de ellos tienen bañera de hidromasaje, un gran balcón con más de 50 metros cuadrados con orientación sur y fantásticas vistas al campo y al mar. Un área louge muy cómoda con pantalla LED grande con asientos cómodos para 10 personas y un área de comedor con amplias puertas de vidrio que dan al salón exterior donde encontrará una mesa de comedor exterior con vistas a la piscina y al área de Jacuzzi. La piscina puede ser vallada para la seguridad de los niños. Hay una barbacoa para sus parrillas de pescado o carne y una gran área de piscina con un jacuzzi exterior con bañera de hidromasaje para 6 adultos cómodamente. En el nivel del sótano encontrará una amplia sala de juegos con un gran televisor LED con sillones, tenis de mesa, futbolín, mesa de billar y un gimnasio con las máquinas principales. Estará encantado con la comodidad, conveniencia y comodidades de alto nivel, ¡todo para hacer que su tiempo con nosotros sea inolvidable!

En un corto paseo de 5 minutos encontrará varios buenos restaurantes y bares, y todas las comodidades necesarias, supermercado grande, mercado de pescado local, cafetería, farmacia, periódico / tienda de tabaco. La playa de Olhos de Água o la playa de María Luísa se encuentran a 850 metros de distancia, a menos de 10 minutos caminando en buen camino, aquí encontrará varias tiendas, bares, buenos restaurantes y una variedad de actividades en la playa. Varias otras buenas playas para explorar a 5 minutos en coche. El centro histórico de Albufeira y la playa de Oura están a 4 km y el puerto deportivo, el casino y el campo de golf de Vilamoura, a 15 minutos en coche. Varios parques acuáticos y Zoo Marine en un corto viaje en automóvil. Ofrecemos un jacuzzi para 6 personas junto a la piscina que se puede utilizar junto con la calefacción de la piscina por 350 € o 200 € por separado. Perfect spot for a family vacation

An amazing villa with all the amenities a family of 14 needed. Communication with property management is excellent and timely. Access to excursions are close by and easily booked. Of course the pool was a highlight for the grandchildren. Plenty of space for everyone’s comfort. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Albufiera.

Fantastic villa with everything you need for a comfortable stay

The villa was clean, comfortable and huge - the photos don't really show the size of it! We didn't use the pool as it was December but the hot tub was a huge hit with the family, as was the basement games room. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed to cook. Beds were really comfortable and the aircon/heating new and efficient. Every bedroom had its own bathroom which is great when you have a large group. It's a 5 minute walk to the supermarket and about 10 to beach. I would definitely stay here again or at another one of Joao's nearby properties.

Sunset Villa

We were a party of 9 adults celebrating a 60th birthday and 25th Wedding anniversary. The location was excellent, which meant that we didn’t need a car. Villa very clean, but it would have been beneficial to have had some cleaning products available to mop the floors etc. It’s also the first villa from several where there wasn’t even milk or water in the fridge. The jacuzzi was great and we were glad we had paid the extra to have the pool heated. The area around the pool got dirty very quickly due to the leaves falling off the trees and no broom available but we contacted Luis and he came and sorted it. We also contacted João as the weather was really hot but there was only 1 parasol for 9 people and he sorted this very quickly for us.

Nice larger than average villa in a good location. Good for a family holiday. Wardrobe shelves and floor in the games room needed a better clean but overall very good.

Everything it claims to be and more!

We had the most amazing week in this villa. It was large enough that you never felt like there were too many people. The doors were super sound proof, so when the grandson went to sleep, the teenagers playing pool, table tennis in the basement never woke him! The heated pool and Jacuzzi were perfect temperatures and there were enough sun and shade areas all around. Despite the global pandemic, this didn't ruin our holiday, in fact Portugal seemed safer than the UK. Everyone sticks to the rules and restaurants were very welcoming. We didn't want to leave and will definitely come back. Great value for money.

Amazingly this property was actually bigger than expected. Photographs usually exaggerate size but not in this case. Would recommend without hesitation to a large group.

Family holiday

10 adults ranging from 24 to 74 had plenty of space for a week in October. The weather wasn’t great so having the pool and jacuzzi heated was essential. They were beautiful to use and made our holiday. For us the only thing I would want improving would be the amount of towels. One bath towel for a week is not enough 😤

Family holiday

Fantastic family holiday at Sunset Villa. The property was beautiful and very well set up. We spent lots of time in the heated pool. Would definitely recommend.

“Superb Villa!”

This Villa really is superb inside and out! It is everything we hoped for and more! It is HUGE, beautiful, spacious, Exceptionally clean and in an ideal location. The local supermarket, beach, bars and restaurants were all within easy walking distance . It was so comfortable for all 9 of us and we enjoyed endless hours in the pool, hot tub and games room...we really didn’t want to leave! Thankyou to João and the staff for being so helpful and accommodating throughout and for making our family holiday so wonderful.

The most beautiful home!!!!

Pictures do not do this amazing home justice from spectacular views to beautiful bedrooms to outstanding host I cannot fault this place I fell in love with the marvel staircase and the beautiful en-suite bathrooms with double sinks in nearly all the bedrooms I hope to return as soon as I can, thanks for letting us stay in your beautiful home, and for being such perfect host. Shout out to the house keeper Élia who was just the sweetest person I ever met, the home is in such a quite peaceful area only a short walk to shops restaurants bars really made are stay so enjoyable and if you want to ring a taxi it is so easy and only cost about €8 to old town or new town don’t hesitate to book this place if your looking cause it is absolutely beautiful!!!

Amazing villa, perfect for a large family holiday

This is a stunning property that is very well furnished and equipped. It had everything we needed for our extended family to get together, with space for everyone to sit together but also plenty of space for people to do their own thing. We didn't really use the pool as we'd opted not to heat it, but the veranda saw a lot of use. What stood out for us though was the games room, particularly with the weather in October being variable this room was probably the best used in the house. Only downside was the lack of hot water on cloudy days, some means of heating water for showers would have been appreciated.

La villa est tout équipé de À à Z aucune mauvaise surprise, tout est parfaitement gérer, je vous conseille de rajouté un petit plus pour chauffer la piscine et le jakusi car avec ce pack, c'est un petit coin de paradis de plus aucun vis à vie, on est très proche de la plage, et du intermarcher pour les course, pas besoin de prendre la voiture, c'est avec beaucoup de regret qui nous quittons ce Havre de paix. Merci au propriétaires, obligado

Excellent large villa

A very spacious villa which sleeps 10 comfortably. All bedrooms were large in size very clean and well presented and had an ensuite bathroom. The living and dining areas were large and had all the facilities to relax, the kitchen was large and equipped with all utensils needed to cook and eat in a large group. Outside there was a large dining area and seating area. The steps led down to a large pool and jacuzzi which was lovely to use during the day and night. In the cellar there was a large games room which kept the children and adults busy when they wanted some time out of the sun. There was a barbecue area which was also useful. It may have been useful to have a folder with menus, phone numbers, maps and things to do locally but the people who ran the New York pub were extremely friendly and helpful.

Great long weekend away!

Had an amazing long weekend away in this brilliant villa. Arrived in Albufeira for a 3 night stay along with 11 of my friends with the purpose of relaxing and playing some golf. We met the maid Elia on arrival who was very friendly and the place was very clean. We could not have been more pleased with the villa. The photos do not do it justice as it was a lot bigger than expected. The games room is great and the pool and Jacuzzi was where we spent most of our time chilling out. Large supermarket is short walk away and was ideal for having BBQs. I would definitely return to this villa as we all couldn't have asked for anything better.

The property was luxurious and spacious

We had a lovely time in Ollhas da Água . The property lived up to our expectations and the description given was mostly accurate. I think it described that it could accommodate 14 persons but in reality 12 was the maximum in comfort. The property was spotless and the facilities were excellent in the villa. The location was close enough to beaches & restaurants etc once you used the “the shortcut” through the open ground, but we had not being made aware of that . Also we found the induction hob difficult to use, maybe we were doing something wrong , but a set of instructions would have been useful. Also a local guide/ map showing how to get to the beaches and local market would have been helpful We found the swimming pool and games room were excellent and the bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchen were fitted out to a very high standard. We had some difficulty with the Wifi for a few days and the owner Joao was very helpful and replied to every text we send him giving us useful and constructive suggestions I would have no problem recommending this villa or area to a friend, we had a great time here We found all the restaurants very friendly and good value and we got some excellent dishes. We had an excellent holiday here , and would consider returning again sometime Yours sincerely Billy Lane

Fantastic family holiday

Villa exceeded our expectations in every way. As an extended family holiday, ages ranging from 14 to 70+ , absolutely everything you needed was supplied in every room, and the quality and decor was first class. The pictures of the rooms really dont do the property justice. Clean and well maintained on arrival , and the pool area maintained once or twice during our stay. Correspondence with Joao was prompt and very helpful throughout though emails The pool area and covered patio was the standout feature of the property, with lots of space/seating/sunbeds/dining area and of course the 6 person hottub. Highly recommend the pool and spa heating as it allowed for a plunge at any time of the day !! The location was perfect and within an easy 5-10 min walk were numerous supermarkets/shops/restaurants/cafes/bars. Olhos de Agua village itself is delightful and peaceful with many fantastic eateries. We will most definitely be returning. Albufeira was only a 5 or 10 min drive, and taxis only 6-10 euro depending on what area you were going to. All in all would highly recommend and will visit again
