Beautiful stay

Everything was perfect for our stay. Comfortable and spacious. Great location. The only complaint I would have was not enough towels for all 7 of us. But I just washed more . Can’t wait to go back!

Spring Break stay

Was happy with beds, pillows, location, cleanliness and amenities. The only negative I would say was the TV’s in the bedrooms. Just buy a smart tv for $150 and everything would have been perfect.

We absolutely loved the condo and the resort.it took minutes to get to the beach. It was beautifully decorated. We got ready for my daughters wedding and the getting ready pics were nice. We will definitely look for this one for future visits. We loved the balcony.

Great location

This was our first time to pcb. The location was great! The pools and the beach were awesome. The check in instructions were hard to understand and the beds in the unit were terrible. I would rather sleep on the floor than these beds. If your over 18 your back will suffer.

It was not clean at all. I had to clean for us to want to stay there and the beds were horrible and the couch was nasty. Also was updated very cheaply. Would not pick this place again.

Beautiful unit

The unit itself was awesome! Very nicely decorated, updated, comfortable. The property itself was decent. Our only issue was the smoking from the balconies. It does not seem like anyone enforces the no smoking rule, especially weed. It was overwhelming in the evenings. But other than that, it was a great unit and vacation.

Celebrating 40 years of marriage with our family.

The condo was nice, clean, spacious and had a great view. The down side is that the mattresses on all the beds (especially the King and Queen) were horrible. We all tossed and turned all night, the beds squeak and we were so disappointed. We woke up with a sore back and sore shoulders. I sell mattresses at Havertys Furniture in Texas and was not expecting this nice Condo to have such horrible mattresses. Sorry but you need to know this for future guests.

Sunrise 2103

Rating Details: The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location was great.. but it had a very musty mildewed smell. The couches had a very damp feeling to them. The beds at least need mattress cover on them under the sheet.. The patio light did not work, there was a busted water pipe one day - leaving us with no water/toilets (and no notification), smoke alarms kept going off one evening and the aroma of weed was absolutely horrible (all day)!! It was ok, but will not be on my list in the future

Reviewer Comments: The colors throughout the condo were so perfect Every room was pleasantly decorated with the beach theme Even on departure day, I was still enjoying the pleasant surroundings. We could just enjoy our vacation as our condo was worry free. The appliances were almost new The furniture and bedding was very comfortable and I really appreciated they had plenty of extra bedding in stash in the condo. The view was beautiful and the balcony furniture was perfect and safe. If I wanted to complain about something it would be wishing there were more luggage carts. With the covid thing going on , the trips on the elevators needed to be limited so luggage carts are needed for arrival and departures. The staff couldn’t have been nicer The kitchen had everything i needed to prepare meals all week for our family of six This will be the condo I will try to reserve our next beach trip!!

Beautiful Condo / horrible beds

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: All in all we had a really nice time. The place was really nice and nicely decorated. The resort is super nice. My biggest complaint is the beds are extremely uncomfortable and noisy. Felt like I was sleeping on straight springs. The bunk beds were so bad my brother slept on the couch which wasn’t much better as the cushions lack any padding hardly. The kitchen table was nice and my whole family fit but they need felt on the bottom of the chairs as it was ear piercing to pull them out. One thing I don’t think the owner can fix is that the neighbors were always smoking and it filled our balcony to the point we had to go inside. I would return if they fixed the beds but my back can’t take another week of springs.

Plenty of Room and Perfect Location!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a 4 night stay and this rental was perfect for our group. There was plenty of room and the balcony was large. The location was great! The pools were nice. There were two so everyone was not crowded into one. We were on the 21st floor and at first I was nervous thinking it would take forever to get to our floor, but the elevators were fast. The unit was clean. We did have a little trouble with the freezer, but it does suggest getting a bag of ice to help freeze it faster once you load it up. We did not do that so things were a little melted that first day. Overall we had a great time and hope to rent this unit again in the future.

Fall Break at Sunrise Resort

The condo was as described, clean and stocked with everything we needed. The whole experience renting through Four Star Concierge Service was wonderful! I will admit I was nervous renting through a rental company, as we have always rented through condo owners. FSCS made sure we had all of our check in and out information in a timely manner, and even called to make sure that I had received the info BEFORE our trip! We will be return customers to Four Star for sure!

Nov 2022 Rental for a Month

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo has nice flooring and bath updates but needs attention to some unexpected issues during our 4-week stay. Livingroom furniture has stains and needs a good deep cleaning. Guest bath shower still has a un-fixed plumbing issue that was also noted in previous reviews. Also previously noted, there was no working cable service on any TVs but we used our own streaming service (so not a problem if you have subscriptions). Nice unit and if these issues were corrected we would consider renting again.

One elevator was out of order & one had some sort of padding on the inside, which was a bit strange, the location was great, close to Pier Park, etc. the TV in master BR never worked, called the mgmt # & he said I’d have to call when I would be in the room for a few hours so we could contact the WI-FI/cable provider with him on the phone, we didn’t have time for that. That’s an issue for the owners. Furniture in LR a little worn. Overall, the place is very nice 👍

Great property

Really enjoyed staying at this location. Condo was equipped with everything we needed to feel like home away from home. The view was beautiful over looking the beach. Elevators were a little busy during check in and check out times, but other that that there was not a long wait time. The room with the bunk beds did get a little was and stuffy but we put a box fan and all was well. Definitely would recommend this unit and would stay here again.
