Entra en Lemon Drop Cottage y comienza a relajarte. Nuestra casa de 3 dormitorios y 2 baños cuenta con una gran sala de estar y un comedor / cocina de concepto abierto con un bar en la isla. Aunque esta casa es parte de la sociedad histórica, aún conserva el encanto de ser construida en 1871. Pero no se deje engañar: la gota de limón también tiene muchas actualizaciones modernas. Una cocina nueva, bonitos colchones nuevos y cómodos y, por supuesto ... ¡Wifi!

El dormitorio principal cuenta con una cama queen size y baño en suite.
El dormitorio de invitados tiene cama de matrimonio y una cama individual.
El dormitorio de arriba cuenta con 2 camas individuales.

Fuera del comedor hay un control deslizante que conduce al gran porche cerrado, que es ideal para esas noches frescas de verano en las que te gustaría sentarte y disfrutar del aire libre un poco más. Fuera del porche hay otra área al aire libre: un área de terraza / patio, por lo que si desea sentarse bajo la luz solar directa durante el día o la noche, ¡puede relajarse y hacerlo! El área del patio también está equipada con una parrilla para que tenga mucho espacio para sentarse, relajarse y preparar la cena para la noche mientras disfruta de un refrigerio.

Nuestra cabaña cuenta con todas las comodidades del hogar para que pueda disfrutar de su estadía en Pentwater y simplemente relajarse.

Our stay at the cottage was nothing short of perfect! This is our fourth year here, and every visit has been exceptional. Located on a peaceful street, it’s still just a stone's throw from downtown and the beach. We love that there are so many charming shops just a block or two away. Whether walking or biking, it’s easy to get to the beach and catch the stunning sunset. The cottage was spotless, well-maintained, and ideally suited for a family getaway. I truly couldn’t be happier with our experience this year!

Great location. Close to downtown and the state park. Just a block from the main street but that was enough to provide quiet. Really nice screened in porch.

Sweet stay in Pentwater

Celebrating birthday & anniversary with friends!

This is the second year of staying in this VRBO. Sara was easy to work with, the home is lovely, with everything you may need. While the home is a short two block walk to downtown, the neighborhood is very quiet and private. We will definitely visit Pentwater and this home again!

Pentwater cottage

Close walking distance to anything you could want in town. Beach just a little further and walkable. Fantastic screened in porch and back patio. air conditioner was most welcome on about the warmest days of the year. Owners easy to contact and took care of a little problem that day.

A favorite!

We are three lifelong friends of over 45 years and love our girls trips. This was our second time staying at The Lemon Drop within 3 years and it has become a favorite. 2 night getaway

Visited Pentwater for a couple of nights with another couple. This was our first visit to Pentwater and it definitely won’t be our last! We were pleasantly surprised how nice Sara’s house was and how conveniently located it was to everything (stores, restaurants, beach). It was perfect for 2 couples, and everything we needed was available in the home. Thank you Sara!

Comfortable Home Away from Home

Our stay was enjoyable and my only regret is we didn’t have more time! The home was a comfortable size for 3 adults and 2 kids (under 3) to stay. We loved the screened in 3 seasons room, both for our Toddler to play and after the kids went to bed. The location was convenient, 1 block from the main strip and 3 mins from a coffee shop :) The window AC units helped keep the house cool when needed but we only used them once! The space felt private and we would stay here again

Wonderful stay!

Lovely home just blocks from the water. Extremely clean and well put together. Especially love the screen porch, which was perfect for summer evenings or coffee in the morning. Linens were clean and in good condition. The home was well stocked with appropriate dishes. Couldn’t have asked for more perfect location for our Pentwater vacation. There were no downsides at all.

Lemon drop delight

The cottage is lovely! My family loved being so close to town, for pizza and ice cream! The master bedroom with full bath, a nice kitchen for cooking, table space for a group to play cards. along with the screened room, is the icing for me! The upstairs is fine for 2 kids, as long as you expect, and know it’s a historical home, so quite tight. We will return!

Perfect in Pentwater

A group of friends and I kicked off the start of our summer break staying at this delightful cottage! Super cute screened porch to relax on and short walk to the Antler for dinner. My family joined me the next day and they loved it, too! We spent the evening on the porch again, listening to music and playing cards. Comfy beds, space to spread out, and two bathrooms! We had the perfect weekend in Pentwater. Thank you!

Great location, comfortable beds.

We all liked the house. We loved the screened in porch. Very relaxing. Since the master bath is so small, It would be nice if there was a mirror above the small dresser in the bedroom. It would let 2 people get ready easier. What would even be better would be a second vanity on that wall. Since it backs against the shower, Water & drain would be accessible. But still, best place we’ve stayed in Pentwater so far.

Close to everything! Beautiful screen porch!

The house was really cute! It was close to everything. The attic was a little sketchy but my grown daughter agreed to sleep up there. I wouldn’t have and neither would any of my sisters have wanted to stay up there. The stairs were steep and short and the ceiling up there was very low! Great for kids only! The bathrooms and kitchen were nice. Loves the screen porch the best! We hung out there every day! The second bedroom is super tiny! No room for your clothing or luggage. We used the large room to put all our bags. Great for a family but not for couples. The master bedroom was large and had lots of storage space. Overall we really liked it even with the drawbacks.

Perfect home and location

This is a super clean and lovely home just steps from downtown Pentwater. Amazing screened porch and back deck. Great for relaxing. The beach is within walking and biking distance. The TV streams well and internet connection never failed. Has washer and dryer- big bonus:) Happy to discover plenty of games for family to play. Perfect!

Mike and I just love houses. We love to look at them, watch hgtv constantly and fix them up. We have three kids - all girls. Not really. Just one, but we have a cat and dog and sometimes I think they count! We look forward to meeting you and welcoming you into our home away from our home. Por qué escogió este alojamiento

We live not far from Pentwater and have always loved the area. We have visited and thought about trying to buy a property and so we decided to try and start looking. This house was the first we looked at. I kind of knew it was going to be the one. It looked homey from the pictures and I knew I could make it my own. I could see myself on the porch in the sun, grilling outside and when it was cold I could head to the enclosed porch and relax there.
This house also has the benefit of being centrally located to everything. You can walk to main street for dinner or to any activity that's going on downtown - it's perfect year-round.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

Extremely Close to Downtown Pentwater! We are located one block back from the main road in Pentwater (think shops, restaurants and marinas). If you're familiar with the area we are one block back from Shelby State Bank and Carroll is the last road before the road turns into the main road downtown (right by the Marina). The pizza shop is also one block away and the beach (Charles Mears State Park) is 0.75 mile away.
