Al ingresar a la villa desde la entrada principal en el primer piso, hay 2 dormitorios, uno con una cama doble y el otro con dos camas individuales, que pueden transformarse en dobles si es necesario. También hay un baño con ducha de hidromasaje.

Al llegar a la planta baja a través de una escalera, hay un área abierta que consiste en un área de sala de estar con un sofá, televisión de alta definición por satélite de 55 pulgadas que incluye Netflix, Playstation 4, un área de comedor y una cocina funcional totalmente equipada. Desde el área de la sala de estar, tiene acceso directo al área de la piscina que ofrece vistas panorámicas excepcionales del mar de Creta. La planta baja alberga el dormitorio principal con una cama doble y un baño en suite con ducha de hidromasaje. También hay otro baño con ducha ubicado en el mismo piso.
Todas las habitaciones ofrecen vistas al mar, televisión de alta definición, aire acondicionado, armario y acceso al área exterior o los balcones.

Love it

Never stay at the same place twice, except for this place. Still the same high standards as 3 years ago. Cleaning team came in regularly and all the amenities provided. Bali hadn't changed much, still a pleasant 5min stroll to the restaurants, shop, bakery and beach and a further 10 to the next cove/beach with more restaurants and bars.

Large home with plenty of outside seating to sunbath & enjoy the view. The infinity pool was wonderful! This home is located close to restaurants/stores/spa/beach. Recommend!

My wife and I stayed in Crete for 3 days and this house was perfect for us. The restraints at Bali Beach are great and very convent to get to. The privacy was nice with a pool. They even stocked us up on water and snacks Thank You

Absolutely Amazing

Myself and 3 friends have just enjoyed an amazing week at Villa Rose. The villa was very clean and met our expectations after seeing the amazing pics on Vrbo. The views are amazing from the pool area. You need to be pretty mobile to manage the hilly footpath down to the resort and also the many steps within the resort, but if this is not a problem then it's fine. Bali itself is a great little resort, with many restaurants and a little tourist train that you can get around on. Any problems we had were quickly sorted by the Etouri team. Would highly recommend this villa and the local area.

Good stay overall.

New and nicely decorated villa. Walking distance from a few restaurants, but be prepared for some excercise while on your way back to the villa. We had an overall good stay but the start to our holiday was not as pleasant as we had in mind. The cleaning staff were still at the villa when we arrived at the check-in time. We arrived exactly at the discussed time but they were not ready cleaning until an hour after our arrival.

Amazing villa

Even though it was early in the season we had a lovely relaxing stay at villa rose. Having read the very few negative comments we were surprised at how much sun we had and certainly didn’t feel overlooked by the road. So don’t let those few comments put you off! Kostas couldn’t have been more welcoming and the villa lived up to the photos and other reviews. It was excellent. Bali was just opening up for the summer so not all restaurants were open but those that were were all good. We found it easier to walk back up to the villa via the road, slightly longer bit less steep! Don’t hesitate to rent this villa… you’ll love it!

Beautiful villa

Rose Villa is in a great location, really quiet with view out over the sea, but only a 5-10 minute walk from Bali with a good choice of restaurants. It is a bit of a climb back up, but we found it ok. The villa itself is extremely comfortable, and a lovely place to spend relaxing days by the pool. We loved the pool and the table tennis table was a perfect extra for our family. The villa was cleaned every 3 days and all bedding and towels were changed as well - it was almost like staying in a hotel! Could maybe do with a couple of extra sun loungers as only 4 and the villa sleeps 6, however there were other chairs and a dining area outside, and an excellent barbecue. All in all a fantastic 2 weeks. We really loved Crete and will be back.

A disappointment

This is a beautiful property. My family and I rented Villa Rose for 2 weeks in 2022 and loved it so much that we decided to return in July of 2023. We planned to stay 16 days. On our fifth day we found that our villa had been burglarized. The perpetrator(s) presumably entered with a key, as there was no damage to the villa’s exterior. The thieves entered our locked villa and went straight to the locked safe and broke it open with a crowbar. They stole all of our possessions within: my 2 wedding rings, my husbands wedding ring, 3500Euros and our bank account information. There are no working cameras so no images were captured. We were forced to carry our electronics everywhere we went for fear of the thieves returning. Secondly, the beautiful infinity pool was not usable for 4 or 5 of the 16 days we stayed. The weather outside was in the upper 90’s so we were upset that the pool was unavailable to us for most days. We contacted management several times and the pool was only temporarily fixed. Sadly we will not be returning. Given our negative experiences we will rent elsewhere.

Excellent 10 day stay.

Villa Rose is a very pleasant place to stay and we would recommend it to anyone looking for a first class well cleaned and maintained Villa. There are of course some negatives: While there is parking for two cars it is not easy to access - we found it best to reverse in past the other two Villas in the complex but this is not straight forward particularly if there is a car parked at the neighbouring Villa. Second is the reality that the Villa is quite a demanding 15 minute uphill walk from Bali. While for us it was not a problem it is not a walk for either young children or the elderly. The final slight irritation is that the pool and terrace are very visible from the road, which while not overly busy is used by tour busses and detracts from any feeling of privacy. We found the property concierge provided by Etouri to be excellent. Nothing was too much trouble and they were as good as their word and were available to provide advice and make bookings all of the time. Taking over the property was not as smooth as we would have liked. The property manager was not available when we phoned from the airport to confirm our arrival time and after dealing with Etouri a lady with very little English met us. The language barrier resulted in us not being given some information which would have been useful. It is important to note that all of these issues are minor. Villa Rose itself is certainly worthy of 5 Stars and the regular cleaning was outstanding, but our 4 Star grading reflects the absence of the property manager and the slight lack of privacy when utilising the outdoor space.

Großzügiges Haus, schöne Aussicht

Großzügiges Haus und eine noch großzügigere Terrasse. Haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und uns sehr wohl gefühlt, ein paar Kleinigkeiten kann man allerdings noch verbessern. Bei dem Preis sollte zumindest eine brauchbare Kaffeemaschine vorhanden sein und einen Toaster haben wir auch vermisst. Im Oktober war die Sonne leider schon um 14.30 Uhr auf der Terasse weg. Das sollte man zumindest wissen, Alternativen im Ort waren allerdings genug vorhanden.

Staying at Villa Rose

The property is really lovely and exactly as described. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely return in the future! As pool lovers it would have been nice for the sun to have been on the pool a little longer in the day. We worked around it and spent time at the pool and then headed for the beach!

Amazing stay

Had a fantastic holiday at Villa Rose. Everything was as described if not better. The villa had everything we needed and communication with the owner was great. The outdoor space was perfect, kids loved the pool and adults loved the views! We hired a car which I think you need as the route back from the beach and town is very uphill.

Cretan getaway

Wonderful amenities all around! Outdoor area was spectacular. The views are unbelievable especially at dusk. Plenty of room for everyone. Very quiet and secluded. Indoor and outdoor area to include the pool were kept very clean during our 16 day stay. A comfortable distance from the center of the Bali resort area and beaches so that they are easily accessed even by walking but you don't get caught up in the busy tourist season if you don't want to. Lots of things for adults and kids to do in Bali. The wifi did go out one day but it was quickly rectified after a call to Kostas. The one thing I would like to see improve is more reliable communication through texting and Whatsapp. Otherwise, we all had an unbelievable experience to the point where we have already booked for next summer.

Lovely villa well appointed with everything we needed made for a very easy holiday. Nice infinity pool just the right temp & you can enjoy the view. Quiet locality only the occasional sounds of the goat herder in the terraces. Short walk down hill to the old port and many tavernas & bars of Bali.

Amazing place

We had an amazing stay at the villa. It is perched on a hill with amazing views over Bali and the sea. The villa has everything you would need for a fabulous week. It is an easy walk down to Bali for dinner in the evening or a stay in the villa with the bbq was a must too.

Couldn't fault the place, stunning villa, perfect inside and outside, great facilities and amenities. So many outside places to sit. Easy walk either down the track or road and steps into town. Fabulous Villa, perfect location and great management

The Rose Villa is exactly as represented on the Vrbo site. It is not only functional and well-managed, but aesthetically pleasing and well designed. It had every amenity we needed, all working appliances and we would definitely highly recommend. The location was also ideal, facing the sea for magnificent sunrises, and located centrally on the island, so the entire island is easily accessible. Driveway is steep…. Recommend you back your car in.

Lovely stay

Beautiful, spacious villa in a really peaceful setting in the hills. My family and I had a great time here. It was so peaceful, at times all you could here were the bells of the nearby herd of sheep! The villa is very well equipped and tastefully decorated. The villa manager, Kostas, was extremely helpful and went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed for our stay. Is definitely recommend this villa and we hope to be back some day.

Ein echtes Highlight

Der Empfang war unglaublich. Wir kamen erst spät an und fanden sogar warmes Essen im Backofen vor. Das Haus war sauber, hell, freundlich, stilvoll eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was wir brauchten. Die Betten waren bequem. Viel Glas gab von überall her den Blick aufs Meer frei. Spontan bekamen wir auch noch Yogamatten und weitere Tischtennisschläger und der Ersteinkauf wurde schon vor unserer Anreise für uns gemacht. So konnten wir sofort mit einem Frühstück am Morgen starten. Die Betreuung vor Ort war sehr zuvorkommend. Das Haus war exakt wie auf den Bildern. Zum Ort können wir nicht viel sagen. Wir waren in der absoluten Vorsaison dort, so dass noch fast alles geschlossen war, aber auch das hatte seinen besonderen Reiz. Der Standort war gut gelegen, um Chania und Rethymno zu besuchen, das Hinterland zu erkunden und den Palmenstrand an der Südküste zu erwandern. Die Vormittage haben wir auch gern auf der tollen großen Terrasse verbracht. Durch die Ausrichtung des Hauses war dort am Nachmittag keine Sonne mehr. In unserer Reisezeit Ende März/ Anfang April wurde es im Schatten dann doch kühl. Im Sommer durchaus angenehm, um nicht der prallen Nachmittagssonne ausgesetzt zu sein. Es gab aber auch viele Beschattungsmöglichkeiten. Draußen wie drinnen gab es einen großen Tisch und diverse Liege- und Sitzmöglichkeiten. Viel Platz für gemeinsame Zeit und ebenso viel, um sich auch problemlos einmal zurückziehen zu können. Wir wurden überall sehr gastfreundlich behandelt und hatten eine fantastische Woche mit der Familie.

Exzellenter Service, schönes Haus

Das Haus war wie erwartet sehr schön. Die Kommunikation mit Kostas war perfekt, immer erreichbar und schnelle Antworten. Wir habe das Auto über die empfohlene Firma geliehen, was sehr unkompliziert war. Wir waren im November dort, dann ist die Terrasse ab 14 Uhr im Schatten. Leider waren auch die meisten Tavernen geschlossen. Supermärkte waren aber geöffnet so dass man zu Hause kochen konnte und das Haus lässt keine Wünsche übrig. Zu diese Jahreszeit war es extrem ruhig und die Strände leer. Ein exzellenter Service vom ganzen Team!
