Amazing Family Trip

Condo is beautiful. The views are amazing. My family enjoyed the property and the closeness to many restaurants and stores. Wonderful communication with homeowner. We definitely will keep this on our list to return.

We would stay here again

We don’t believe this is a 9 out of 10 property. It’s nice, just not that highly rated from our experience renting beach condos. Check in was a little rough, we were given the wrong code and sweated for 30 minutes awaiting help from the host. A caution, steps to the 2nd floor are short. One sunscreen did not work in the living room (room warmed up in late evening). The hall and laundry room switches are connected in some weird wiring which means we could not turn both off. No street to cross getting to the beach, pool was nice. Great location on South Padre. Have Fun!

Beautiful condo

Condo was spacious with beautiful beach and bay view. They have everything you need including washer and dryer which is very convenient. Pool was great and beach is not too far of a walk. Would definitely stay there again. Our host Shawna was in communication and available when we needed her.

Family Vacay 2023

Excellent choice! This condo will not disappoint you. It was very clean and beautiful. The first night was a little hot, but nothing a fan couln't fix. The location provides amazingly stunning views all around. My entire family was very pleased. We had a minor issue upon arrival checking-in, however after contacting the host it was quickly resolved. She was extremely helpful. If you plan on visiting SPI with a group of six or less consider this condo. It's definitely worth it!

A Home Away From Home

The pictures included on Vrbo do not do the place justice. The condo is more spacious than we thought it would be and the view and the entire property are excellent! The condo has everything you need to feel at home, full kitchen, washer and dryer, 2.5 bath, 3 beds, and 3 TVs! The building is super clean and well maintained property. Private beach access and on the main strip, Padre Blvd, walking distance to just about everything. Shopping, dinning, and Padre Fair where the kids enjoyed lots of fun. We already talking about our second visit soon!

Another great stay!

This was our 2nd time booking the same room and had another great experience. The room is nicely decorated and very clean. The full size kitchen and living from is perfect for a family and the view of the beach from the wrap around balcony was picturesque! Loved it so much we already booked for next year!!

My wife, son, and I stayed 3 nights in this condo. It was awesome. Very clean and everything was as described, no surprises. The location is excellent, within walking distance to everything and very close to the beach. We were very happy with this nice place to stay.

Great location and beautiful view!

Property is located in a great spot, and was a perfect size for my family of 4 to sleep comfortably. We had all of the basics we would need for our stay. Owner was very responsive with questions and would check in to make sure everything is okay.

We really enjoyed our stay and would rebook this condo. Great location. Hot water needs to be checked. It was lukewarm at best. But overall a very nice stay.

Second time at this property

The best part about this property is the location. It is steps from the beach, which means we can go down to the water for a few hours and then come back up to the condo for lunch before heading back to the beach for the afternoon. The convenience is great. The condo itself is fine. There was more than enough room for my family of 5. The main bed and the couch aren't super comfortable, but again, you're paying for the location and view, not five-star accommodations. The kitchen had a lot of stuff available for cooking, eating, and drinking, including a blender for beach drinks. Bring your own paper towels and hand soap. Also, bath soap because all that is available are little hotel-sized bars. Our only issue was the water in the condo was tepid. We could never get it to be hot, which created an issue for showers and washing dishes. Not really something that's a deal-breaker for us. Overall, a nice stay and we'll likely come back next year.

ABSOLUTELY WORTH IT

This property was absolutely beautiful!!! Words can not even begin to describe! The view from the balcony is breath taking, the condo was very well clean and had everything we needed for our stay! It definitely felt like home away from home. Communication was great they were very responsive and quick at responding and answered all and any questions I had. Definitely can’t wait to go back!! Will definitely be booking from them from now on. Such a beautiful place HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Labor Day getaway

The pics don’t do justice to the condo. It’s very spacious and very nicely decorated. The overall location of the complex is right in the heart of all the action and it’s on the beach. Couldn’t ask for anything more. We had a fantastic time and have already recommended it to our friends. We found a great spot in SPI for our next trip!

Great Location

The views from the balconies were amazing.!! We enjoyed having our morning coffee and meals on the balcony to take in the great views of the Gulf of Mexico. There is a short walk to the beach which is perfect with kids. They could finish drying off on the walk back, but it wasn't too long for them. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and supplies. Monica/Shauna was responsive prior to our stay when we had questions or concerns. This is a great place for a family with elementary aged children or older. There are lots of knick knacks that smaller children may break. Thankfully, our little one isn't too mobile yet, so we could contain her in her playpen most of the time. The place was clean and everything was where we expected when we arrived. Perfect place for a quick getaway for the family.

This was our 4th year to stay in condo. We enjoyed everything about the condo, and property. The only hiccup was the fact that a paying guest in another car, had to park outside the gate. First time in 4 yrs. that's happened. One evening my son came by for a evening visit, from another condo. I went to get another pass for 1 more car, at the security office. The woman in that office just looked at me, and paused, didn't sat anything, for a least 30 sec. We both looked at each other, like some sort of stand off. Finally she issued the evening pass. Like pulling a tooth! Bad customer service! You would think after her proclaimed 20 yrs. working there, the situation would have better. Maybe she's been employed there to long. I have made this request every 4 yrs, in ordered to celebrate with family.

Incredible Space!

This place is incredible! Beautiful view, spacious, washer and dryer, awesome balcony and full kitchen. We loved it so much we will book here in the future.

Fourth times a charm!

This is the fourth year we've stayed at this property and we keep coming back for a reason. The condo is spacious, clean, has a great view and the owner has been very helpful when we have had questions. Looking forward to next year.
