Super linda cabaña actualizada en High Rock Lake. Gran lugar para escaparse durante una semana o fin de semana. Justo en el agua. Magníficas vistas. Gran porche y muelle. Muelle privado y buen estacionamiento. La casa tiene 1 dormitorio y 1 baño completo. Saque el sofá también. Casa actualizada con plano de planta abierto. Parrilla de gas para cocinar, sencillos pasos hasta el agua, varias capas de terrazas. Mesa de patio con capacidad para 6 personas y chimenea al aire libre en la palanca inferior de la plataforma. Gran lugar para escaparse y divertirse. Perfecto para una pareja o familia pequeña.

Very cozy little cottage. Very quiet with a little boat traffic. Did some fishing after the rain stopped. The color of the leaves were beautiful since it was the end of October. The neighbor cats were on the back porch to welcome us.They are freindly but not overbearing. We very much enjoyed our stay.

Getaway

We loved the location on the lake (not an excessive amount of boat traffic but enough to keep things interesting), the layout of the house and especially the multi-level decks and floating dock. Very relaxing getaway. Just what we needed!

Just Perfect

I was there for the High point Furniture Show and it fit my needs perfectly. Very relaxing times on the deck and the dock and enough boat traffic to be interesting. Bed was very comfortable. I definitely hope to book it for my next market .

beautiful water!

This was a nice place to stay, although a little hard to find. It has a great view of the water, from the cabin and from the 3 level decks. There are a lot of nail pops on the older decks, bare footers beware!

Lake Vacation

Perfect for hitting the lake for a few days for fishing. Launch ramp is only a couple minutes away. The Grocery store in Denton is roughly 6 minutes away.

Fantastic cottage in the lake

We had the best time! Clean and comfortable with all the perks of home. The water was beautiful-perfect for swimming off the dock or fishing! We enjoyed our stay so much, we shared the website with family and friends. Thanks for sharing your home as a rental property! We will be renting again soon!

Absolutely Perfect

This cottage is absolutely perfect. We couldn't of asked for a better place to spend the weekend.... In fact I really didn't want to leave. The place was spotless, it was laid out well, and it was very comfortable. I look forward to coming back if the opportunity presents itself.

Right on the Water

Enjoyed grilling steaks on brand new grill overlooking the water. Multiple decks to hang out on - 1 attached to house, one a few steps down into yard with chimenea/firepit and the actual floating dock on the water (which looked new also). Has full-size kitchen and was perfect size for 2 people. It was also a short drive to Lexington which had some good antique-ing and barbecue.

Fishing Anniversary

Fishing was great, enjoyed the area, property is just like we remembered, although it is showing some wear & tear, I didn’t ding the rating but the grill was even worst then I remembered, brought a lot of food to grill but the wife suggested I leave it alone!

Nice relaxing getaway

Home was very quaint, had everything we needed. Only complaint we had was with the cleanliness of the home, it wasn’t horrible but did have to clear cob webs and put sheets on bed, throw food out of fridge along with a few other things however I contacted the property manager who promptly responded within minutes and refunded us the cleaning fee. Overall we were satisfied with the stay minus that.

Enjoyable stay for a long weekend

We had a great time at this property. The home was the perfect size for the 2 of us and roomier on the inside than it looks on the outside. We enjoyed sitting on the deck near the water which is shaded in the afternoon. The dock was great for laying out and watching the boats and jet skis go by. The kitchen is stocked with the basics and we fixed several meals there. The location is convenient to shopping and restaurants - most within 15-30 min. We had a small issue when we were checking in but the owner was very responsive and resolved the issue quickly. We look forward to staying there again.

Was a quiet and peaceful stay just not worth the money!

AC did not work. Very muggy in the house. You better take everything with you when you go. Very secluded, nowhere close for food or groceries.

House was good. Not the best neighborhood.

A few items could have been better: - hot water in shower was hard to regulate. -screen door did not latch properly and slammed in the wind all night. -bath linens were fone, but could have been nicer. -there was a board on deck going toward stairs that was sticking up and a tripping hazard. It was a nice little house and great space by the lake. The lake area was really nice.

Its Good

My only complaint... Arrived on Sunday, left on Wednesday. For 2.5 days i was there every time i walk in the door the smell of something dead or something Rotting was in the house. I would suggest checking into that. This is my second time staying here. Still good fishing. Cleaner than last visit. The neighbors cat hung out with me.

Perfect for a couple

Beautiful deck and view of the lake, nice and peaceful, and the house was cozy and clean and the perfect size for a couple. We enjoyed our little getaway very much!
