Thank you for the kind words and the suggestions. We have not had mattress complaints before but we will definitely address this and make the necessary improvements. Additionally, sorry about other guests at the condo whose behavior we cannot control, unfortunately sometimes during spring break times these things happen. Unfortunately this review is not reflective of the condo and other guests experiences/opinions - please see these comments left in May 2018 by a guest for this exact same condo. "We have zero complaints. The owners were very friendly from our first correspondence and easy to communicate with even while there. The condo was very clean,well equipped ,and very comfortable ,especially the beds.I have not slept that good in a while, even the twin beds were comfortable . The location is absolutely perfect and has an amazing view . There was zero hassle at any time and I love the way check in and check out is very simple. The decor was relaxing and very pretty. We are very happy with whole experience and will most definitely return.Thank you for such a much needed relaxing vacation. We honestly did NOT want to leave. We will be back for sure" The water heater did fail during the guests stay and as a professional management company we had it immediately replaced. The guests must be used to Destin and Navarre Beach is not Destin, it is more family friendly and not a "night life" destination, although there is plenty of dining and places to go. Please read the other reviews and comments, the condo is not small and is an affordable 3br/2ba beach front unit with great layout and is as described.

This review has a lot of falsehoods and should be disregarded. We handled this as professionally as possible given the situation. The guests left without notifying us and we still refunded the majority of their stay. Additionally, the professional exterminators found no evidence of bed bugs in the condo, however we had it treated anyways to be safe. Gulf Coast Getaways
