, Casa de diseño con estilo ligero, entre Ámsterdam y la playa

Una casa preciosa, con dos plantas (140m2), completamente renovado con el interior con estilo moderno y un bonito jardín soleado. 5 minutos a pie de la estación de Heemstede / Aerdenhout, el tren le lleva en 20 minutos al centro de Amsterdam. Las dunas y playas de Bloemendaal y Zandvoort a sólo 10 minutos en coche, 20 minutos en bicicleta. 500 metros de nuestra casa se encuentra un supermercado y tiendas locales. Estacionamiento con un permiso, esto nos proporciona. Además, también se puede hacer uso de dos bicicletas.

El salón dispone de una sala de estar con un gran sofá, TV de pantalla plana y un sistema de sonido Bang & Olufsen. Con espacio auténtico y de baño se abre en una cocina espaciosa soleada, donde una gran mesa de comedor y una estufa de leña. La cocina está equipada con una máquina de café Nespresso, horno, lavavajillas, horno y nevera con congelador. Nuestra agua potable es filtrada por filtro de ósmosis, delicioso agua ultra limpia para beber o cocinar.
A través de dos puertas de gran tamaño o de la puerta trasera se encuentra en un jardín soleado (sur), donde estableció un salón para seis personas capaces de relajarse.

En la primera planta hay 3 dormitorios. El dormitorio principal es de unos 35 m2, y tiene un rey cama Hästens de 2. 20 x 2. 20. Esta luz de la habitación en el lado del jardín. 2 almacenar puertas se pone de pie en el balcón.

El otro dormitorio (30m2) tiene una cama king Auping. 2 colchones individuales de 90 x 180 y un televisor de pantalla plana.

El tercer dormitorio (7 m2) también se encuentra en el lado patio tiene una primera cama y un televisor de pantalla plana. La sexta persona podría dormir en el sofá. Nuestro banco es un sofá del salón, tomando la almohada de un sofá cama de 120 de ancho y 250 restos de longitud. El baño tiene dos lavabos y dos duchas, una lavadora y secadora. Los aseos están separados, es tanto en la planta baja y primera.

Beautiful home

Very well equipped and beautifully furnished place with a very personable feel to it. Some street traffic, with good connection to train services and shopping nearby. Very kind and helpful host. Very much recommended!

Simply Perfect Place

Our family needed a comfortable and relaxing home base after our day trips around the Netherlands. This place was perfect! It is so close to the train station and within walking distance of quaint shops, bakeries and restaurants. This artfully decorated home was spacious enough for five adults and the outdoor space was cozy. Our hosts were more than accommodating and extremely helpful! It certainly made our trip more enjoyable!

Ideal Accomodations

I travelled with my family to visit some places in the Netherlands. Our location was ideal in being near Amsterdam and the beach without being in the bustle of either. Our hosts were so helpful and kind. We had a thorough review of the house and the neighborhood as well as check ins during the stay. To say that the house is well appointed is an understatement. We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay along with stunning decorations and the ability to prepare meals or get them nearby. What else could we ask for? This is a gem!

Loved our stay

Wonderful location and gracious hosts!! Ecclectic property! Excellent for our family as everyone had their own space! Close to the train and all necessary ammenities. Hosts were VERY helpful through the booking and planning process and even during our stay as needed!! They also had a lovely snack for us on arrival which was very much appreciated after a long overnight flight. The backyard patio was a wonderful place to relax! They also have bikes to use (so we only had to rent a couple) which made exploring much more fun!

Homely and convenient and with great hosts

Lovely spacious home to return to at the end of a busy day exploring - lots of interesting artifacts, pictures and plants. It is less than 10 minutes walk to the station for trains into Amsterdam, Harlem, Zandvoort or futher afield, but also a good starting point if you have your own transport too. And bikes are provided if you want to use your own steam! Hosts are really helpful and responsive to every question before and during the stay - they even lent us an extra bicycle so there was one for everyone. Highly recommended.

A wonderful home away from home

This home is a wonderful base for exploring the Netherlands. The space has been carefully curated with a quirky personality that makes it a very special place to stay. You’ll be surprised and delighted by the artwork and decor that adds unique flair. The beds are comfortable and the home is very well appointed. The hosts went out of their way to welcome us, spoiling us with delicious treats. All the mod cons of home were on hand, including filtered water and a washer and dryer. We took advantage of the bicycles supplied to explore Haarlem which is delightful destination for shopping and eating. The train station in easy walking distance made travel to Amsterdam as well as other locations incredibly easy. The shops nearby offer a supermarket, butchery, fishmonger as well as bakery. All in all, this home was the ideal holiday home and a very comfortable and unique choice for a family wanting to explore the Netherlands. I would definitely recommend it.

Schöner Urlaub in den Niederlanden

Wir durften eine Woche in dem Haus Ferien macht. Alles war sehr sauber und wie in der Anzeige beschrieben. Das Haus ist liebevoll eingerichtet. Personen mit einem Faible für den Vintage Style werden es lieben. Leider hatten wir etwas Pech mit dem Wetter, so konnten wir den Gartensitzplatz und die gratis zur Verfügung gestellten Fahrräder nicht wirklich nutzen. Die Lage ist perfekt. Der Bahnhof ist nur fünf Minuten entfernt. Mit der Bahn ist man z.B. in 20 Minuten in Amsterdam, in 5 Minuten in Haarlem oder in ca. einer Stunde in Rotterdam. Mit dem Auto braucht man nach Zandvoort ca. 10 Minuten. Diverse Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants sind gut zu Fuss erreichbar. Bernice und Danny sind wundervolle Vermieter. Vielen Dank, für die tolle Woche.

Super schönes haus

Das haus in dem wir 14 tage verbringen durfren war einzigartig. Alles war klasse , mit sehr schöner terasse. Der empfang war sehr herzlich mit super leckerer torte , oliven und getränken. Die gastgeber sind sehr nett und immer zu erreichen, und helfen gerne bei jedem problem aus ! Die zimmer waren alle sehr sauber , die matratzen siper bequem ! Die küche ist mit allem nötigen ausgestattet, draussen steht ein weber grill zur verfügung . Wir fahren jetzt seit vielen jahren nach holland immer in andere häuser , aber dieses hat bei weitem all unsere erfahrungen übertroffen. Mit gutem gewissen kann ich dieses haus weiter empfehlen . Vielen dank ,für diese schönen ferien.

Urlaub mit Teenies

Wir haben eine wunderschöne Woche in dem Haus von Bernice verbringen dürfen. Die Lage zwischen Haarlem und Zandvoort ist ideal, um mit Kindern unterschiedlichen Alters, deren Interessen durchaus auseinandergehen, einen entspannten Urlaub für alle zu verbringen. Mit dem Rad sind es nur 20-25 Minuten bis zum Strand in Zandvoort, in 10 -15 Minuten erreicht man Haarlem. 4 Fahrräder standen zur Verfügung. Auch Tagestouren nach Amsterdam sind aufgrund der guten Erreichbarkeit mit dem Zug in 20-25 Minuten sehr zu empfehlen. Das Haus ist liebevoll eingerichtet und es fehlt an nichts. Bernice war sehr unkompliziert und eine liebenswürdige Gastgeberin, die uns bei unserer Ankunft mit Apfelkuchen willkommen geheißen hat. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Liebe Bernice, vielen Dank für die schöne Woche!

Wunderschönes Haus

Wir hatten eine super Zeit im Haus von Bernice und Danny, ganz herzlichen Dank dafür! Das Haus ist wie beschrieben. In den Räumen standen frische Blumen, es gab frisches Brot und Käse und einen tollen Apfelkuchen zur Begrüßung. Die Betten sind ordentlich und nicht durchgelegen. Die Lage ist fast perfekt. Zentral und super per Rad in Richtung Haarlem oder Strand. Leider ist ein Zimmer zur Hauptstraße raus und sehr laut. Nichts für empfindliche Schläfer. Zum Haus gehörten auch drei Fahrräder, die wir sehr gerne genutzt haben. Wunderschön ist auch der Garten nach hinten raus. Wir würden uneinschränkt das Haus empfehlen und kommen gerne wieder 😃

Nice Stay in the Suburbs of Holland!

We had a pleasant stay at Bernice`s house. We were 5 people: 2 couples and 1 individual. The room and bed in the individual room were a bit tight for an adult, and we had to share 1 shower; but we made it work. If there are no disruptions on the trainline, you could easily be Amsterdam Central in 20 min, after a 5 min walk to the train from the house. The house is also a few bus stops away from the beach, which was a fantastic find! Bernice was super responsive and readily available to support on all requests. Recommended for a short group stay!

Wonderful Home!

This home was absolutely perfect for my family (2 adults, 3 older teenagers)! I especially appreciated the 5-8 minute walk to the train station, busses, and grocery store. We used the kitchen quite a bit and found all essential supplies readily available. We were also grateful for a very nice washer and dryer to accommodate a couple loads of laundry. I hope to be back in the future!

Attractive property in a nice neighbourhood

This was our first trip to Holland and Bernice made us feel very welcome in her home. There was plenty of space for the four of us and we enjoyed staying in such a creative place. We especially liked congregating in the kitchen/diner and wandering outside into a pretty garden with sofas. The house is well located for public transport and we travelled between Haarlem and Amsterdam and visited Marken,The Hague and Zandvoort. We walked alongside the canal at Heemstede to Haarlem and got to know the area well. Our overall impression was very positive, and the Dutch people we encountered were friendly and good-natured and willing to help. We made good use of the supermarket about 10 minutes walk from the house. Staying in this property was a good experience and we have happy memories. Thank you Bernice for your hospitality! Beautifully finished house in lovely quiet and friendly location

With four kids in tow, 3 of whom are teenagers we took a bit of a gamble on Heemstede but their first reactions said it all - "wow, what a lovely house!". And it was! There was enough space for everyone to chill out and not get in each other's way and (most important!) a decent wi-fi signal throughout, including the beautifully landscaped garden. Transport links are great if you don't want to use the car; follow the advice in the house manual to download the 9292 app, and if you use the links to the google maps that Bernice & Danny have prepared you'll find everything that you could possibly need with ease - why isn't everyone as thoughtful as this? We used the dutch bikes, but have to admit that not having conventional brakes can be a bit daunting at first for those not used to them! But we discovered the joy's of cycling in North Holland and now understand why every house has bicycles outside! We loved it, and can thoroughly recommend.

Beautiful family home in excellent location

We had a wonderful family holiday staying in this beautiful family home which is in a lovely quiet area with great transport links and fabulous local shops and restaurants. The house is spacious and cool and also has a great outdoor space. Everything we could possibly have needed for our stay was available to us. The train station is a few minutes walk from the house and its 20 minutes on a direct train to Amsterdam. The trains run regularly throughout the day and night into Amsterdam. The buses are also reliable and cheap with Zandvoort beach a 20 minute bus ride away which is worth visiting. Bernice and Danny were wonderful hosts, quick to respond to queries before we arrived and offer advice on travel etc. and they met us on arrival and again on departure. They left a comprehensive manual with everything we needed to know, top marks on that. Overall a five star experience staying here and we would love to come back!
