Este es un condominio 3/2 en el río Guadalupe. Bellamente decorada y totalmente equipada con todo lo necesario para tener una excelente estadía. Hay tantas cosas que hacer y ver. Flotar por el río Guadalupe (alquiler de tubos al lado). Visite una bodega en la cercana Wimberly. Visite el salón de baile más antiguo de Texas cerca de Gruene. Asista a un concierto en el Anfiteatro Whitewater. Compre hasta caer en San Marcos, a solo unos minutos de distancia. O simplemente pasar el rato y relajarse en una hermosa terraza con vista al río. Lo que sea que tengas ganas de hacer, cuando te quedes aquí será

Great location

We had an awesome time at this condo. It was clean and had everything we needed. Beds were comfy. Location can’t be beat as it’s walking distance from the outfitter. We’ll be back next year!

Peaceful Riverfront Property

This property was super clean, well stocked, and had a great balcony view of the river. The host was quick to respond and super helpful. The only frustration we had was with the parking situation. Only 2 cars are allowed to park on site. We had 6 people and 3 vehicles and the property security guard required us to park one vehicle about 1/2 mile down the road. Important to know if you’ll have more than 2 cars!

Great location with an amazing view

Our family (my husband, our two adult children and myself) enjoyed the beautiful view off the patio for a weekend. The property is located near tubing places and a grocery store. The home is updated and immaculate. We had a wonderful time and hope to be back soon.

Wonderful Place

Great place to stay! The river was right in the backyard and the property had everything we needed. Tube rentals are walking distance from the condo. Will definitely be keeping this place in mind for our future trips.

Birthday with Family

The property was better than advertised. It's new and so close to the water. Everything was super clean and quiet. It's great that it is a 3 bedroom which is hard to find right on the water. Communication with the owner was super easy via text. It was also very handy we could walk to tubing location and enjoy the Guadalupe which was not overly crowded this weekend.

Host was quick with answers. property was as described. Very clean. Easy access to the river. Loved the gated and security. Security was visual multiple times and friendly. My family would schedule this property again.

Beautiful location

This place has it all. Beautiful location 100' from the Guadalupe River. You can sit in the river, float down it in tubes, or go to the pool and hang out. Our family had a blast. The wildlife is amazing, families of dear, ducks, we saw an owl. Plenty of good places to eat also. Definitely would recommend!!

Great spot on the river!

The hostess is very responsive and helpful with things in the area. The condo was very clean and beds were really comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked to cook. The easy access to river was great. We even brought a little pop up 10x10 tent for extra shade in the water and it was wonderful. Tube rental next door or you can bring your own tube and pay for shuttle service.

Well kept and beautiful property

Just stayed here this last week during spring break and it was wonderful! Wish we could have been there when it was a bit warmer to swim in the river but everything else was perfect. Condo is clean and well kept. Beds are super comfy and plenty of space for 6. Communication was exceptional and quick! Would deff recommend staying here!

Quiet and remote. Perfect getaway.

The location and view from this unit is perfect and it's one of the few with a large private balcony. It had everything we needed for our stay and the owner was SUPER responsive to questions etc Couldn't have asked for more!

The condo was beautiful and they provide not only all needed for your stay but so much extra that would be considered on a grocery bill. All together we had a great stay and would consider going back on vacation.

Beautiful condo on the river....

Our group had a great time. We were able to check in a little early on Friday. We took a quick drive down to Gruene Friday night for dinner. Saturday, we just walked out of the condo and set up a canopy and chairs in the river and relaxed most of the day. We had tickets to a concert at the WW Amphithetre on Sat night which was about 1 mile away. The owner was great to work with. Very responsive to all questions. We plan on coming back here to stay.

Great girls getaway!

Me and a friend took our teenage daughters on this trip and loved it! Great location for floating the Guadalupe river or just choosing to stay put in the river right at the condo. Very relaxing and beautiful view. Trish was a fantastic host and quick to help and answer any questions we had. We will for sure be back!

This property stole our hearts with the beautiful views and massive rock cliffs.
Being by the river has a calming effect that is addictive.
The wildlife is unending.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

We love sitting on the balcony with good friends and a good drink.
We kick back and relax and watch the show on the river.
When we have had rain, you can hear the water falling from the rock cliffs making a natural, peaceful water feature. Nature really does do something to bring an inner peace.
In the evening the night sounds come to life! IT'S AMAZING!!!!!
