Annual Family Event

Most everything was in working order, except the grill (which is important to us) - it needed direction, and there really should be beach equipment available for those flying to the area. We left an ice chest and a few towels.

Great house with quick access to beach

This house was perfect for our week long stay! The fridge did go out the first day we were there but they were quick to bring a replacement. While there is a boardwalk close by we chose to drive to the beach and it was super convenient! We would for sure stay here again!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Really loved the property. The house was clean, convenient, and quite roomy. The only issue was the view was not as shown in the photos`that was disappointing but still overall worth the rental. We loved the house and all the amenities and kitchen equipment provided. We would rent again.

Beautiful home for families with kids

Amazing house and layout! Beautiful views from the second story. Big kitchen with plenty of seating. Wish the bedding was a little more comfortable. Recommend bringing your own pillows from home. And wish the home was stocked a little more with basic essentials. Overall great experience

Excellence is in the details

Location and cleanliness was great. A few tweaks could make this a 5-star VRBO. 1) Extra blankets in upstairs guest rooms for guests' sleeping comfort. Not just primary bedroom. 2) Facial tissue, like Kleenex, in the bathrooms. 3) Improved and more toiletries in bathrooms, i.e., hand soap pump in each bathroom and kitchen, not just half bath.

Yearly Port A Trip

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The beach is in a great spot backing up to the ocean and close to beach access. The main floor is great for entertainment. The frustrating part of this trip was with issues in master shower (not draining), the dryer has to be run 4 times to actually get something dry and the disposal did not work causing continual sink clogging

Beautiful Home, Lots of Room

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We booked this property with our friends and all of our kiddos! We were outnumbered by the kids, but this house had plenty of places for them to play. All of the rooms were clean and spacious. We especially loved the kitchen/ main floor balcony, how it all felt like one with the huge windows. We didn't end up walking to the beach, just a tad too far for the kiddos but a very short drive and easier on our group.

Stayed for a long weekend

We loved the location of this home and the views from the decks out towards the beach. Just two doors down we were able to access a boardwalk to the beach. No golf cart rental needed! We will likely rent this house again. It was so comfortable and spacious. The furniture is nice. Take note - you do need to bring everything you need for the vacation as it appears this house is not lived in as a family vacation home. Only the barest minimum of items are provided...kind of like renting a suite at a hotel. Also, the neighbors are really nice. ;-)

Overall Good Experience

Pros: Location Has dishware Has icemaker/water Cons: Carpet and living room furniture is VERY worn. As in needs total replacing. Bring your own everything (shampoo/wash/cooking oil, etc) Bring your own beach supplies If you have trouble with stairs, this is not the place for you. There are a lot of stairs and would be hard for older folks.

Great home, close to beach

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Gorgeous, clean, and spacious home. Fit 3 families perfect with plenty of space. Back deck was our favorite place to hang out with plenty of seats and space. Boardwalk to beach is right next door, took us 6 minutes from front door to sand walking at our toddlers pace. Lots of stairs the entire boardwalk FYI. We came down for Sandfest which was within walking distance still. Only issues that came up were we had problems getting into home originally but someone was sent to us right away to help. WiFi didn’t work which was a bummer because absolutely none of us had any cell service. Other than that it was a perfect stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: House is as described and is backed up to the sand dunes with a walk across the boardwalk to the beach. The boardwalk is difficult to navigate if you are carrying large items or small children. It is however a 2 minute drive to the beach which we found more convenient to do. 2nd floor view is mostly blocked by sand dunes and another building. 3rd floor views are good and you can see and hear the waves. Kitchen could use more cutting boards and blender was broken upon arrival. Be mindful of notes about the fridge. It does take some time to cool down groceries, so plan accordingly on when and how much you buy when you arrive. Overall a great place to stay and would definitely book again.

Pros: 1) overall cleanliness was good 2) beds were comfortable 3) good neighborhood 4) definitely perfect size for 6 adults and more. Kids were would love this place 5) excellent open kitchen and living area. We cooked every day and night. Kitchen appliances were great. 6) great decks to sit out on a drink coffee, watch the sunset, etc. Things to work on: 1) carpet is older and worn and therefore does not appear clean 2) new shower head in master bath is definitely needed (although plenty of hot water) 3) chairs and sofas in living room have been enjoyed by multiple families and need professional cleaning or complete update 4) grill downstairs does not work 5) several outside and inside lights were out. 6) This is beach view NOT beach front. Condos block view of the water. Just an FYI: We brought literally almost our whole pantry from home because we cooked all meals at the house. There is NO pantry items (salt, pepper, extra coffee filters, coffee, foil, etc.). I mean NONE. Definitely this is rented out by a property management firm and not a personal owner.

Thank you for reviewing. Yes this is with a property management. We do have an office close by properties. Housekeeping will leave you only a starter set of trash bags, paper towels and toilet paper. There will also be a starter set of kitchen and bathroom soaps. If you run out while you are here, you are responsible for getting more for you and yours. We do not supply laundry supplies. Cleaning supplies are not provided. There will not be anything perishable items in the home. No salt, pepper, cooking oils. Future reference please call us about any issues so we can resolve day of. Hope you can come back and stay at any other property we have for a better experience.
