Su perfecto "casa lejos de casa!" Bellamente decorado en Hawaiian plantation estilo y es luminoso, alegre. cómoda y llena de 'ALOHA!' para una estancia relajante y / o aventureros.
UBICACIÓN, UBICACIÓN, UBICACIÓN. Estamos a lo largo de la pintoresca e histórica costa este de Kauai ... La Royal Coconut Coast y la ciudad de Kapaa. 3 min. a pie de la playa, 3 piscinas, 2 jacuzzis.

El dormitorio tiene una acogedora cama king size, adornado con ropa de cama lujosa, alta hilo y hermosos muebles de Aloha. Un sofá cama Queen con nuevo colchón de 6 pulgadas para mayor comodidad, con capacidad para 1 o 2 personas.

Very Nice Unit

We enjoyed our stay here and would stay again if we ever visit Kauai again. Comfortable Bed, Easy access to shopping and dining, and great access to the ocean.

Excellent location

We really enjoyed our stay and the unit was quiet spacious. It was close to everything you may need and it was centrally located for North and south day trips. We didn't need to communicate with the property manager

Great home base while visiting Kauai!

The condo was extremely clean and well appointed, and we found Vivian and Lyle very responsive and helpful prior to and during our stay. The condo had everything we needed, and was a good central location to get to all the parts of the island we wanted to see. The beach was less than a 5 minute walk, and while not so good for swimming, was great for sunbathing. You do hear some road noise if you have the windows/sliders open, but it is not overly intrusive. We would stay here again.

So convenient

The property is right near a marketplace with a grocer and several places to eat. It made grabbing food and turning in for the night really easy after long days at the beach. We ended up going to beaches other places on the island due to the weather, but this was a great home base to make excursions north and south. FYI the washer / dryer is actually in a common facility for the complex and not in the until.

Beautifully decorated 2nd floor condo, perfect location, true Hawaiian style, comfortable & clean,

Such a wonderful 'home away from home!' The condo is more fully stocked that we expected for a vacation condo...everything and more that we would need and we loved it! The bed is super confortable and we've never slept in such high quality sheets. The breezes come in nicely through the slider screens for night that we didn't even need to use the air conditioner while there. The furniture is very comfortable, updated and in refreshing tropical colors. The lanai is so nice to have breakfast on and watch the incrediblr sun rises from and see the ocean in the distance...even though its only a short two minute walk to the quiet beach. We loved the separate toilet/bath-shower room being separate from the sink/dressing area. There were plenty of towels etc and the large heavy beach towels and small back pack syle chairs were much appreciated for our daily adventures or to dry off after evening soak in the hot tub/spa! We also enjoyed the two tv's in the condo when we were able to stay awake long enough after our fun filled days on this breath taking piece of paradise! The grounds and gardens are meticulously manicured. The amazing tropical flowers, shrubs and plants on the resort are so beautiful... unlike anything weve ever seen before. The palm trees are so pretty and well groomed ands it's so cool to see them swaying in the breeze from the bed in the morning. The condo is in a perfect location on the property and on the island. We could go wherever we wanted easily and we loved the Ultimate Kauai guidebook that was provided for our use while stating at this condo. We found places to see, things to do and amazing places to eat and shop at, than we ever expected. So helpful! Its also close to the pool and hot tub/spa that is so nicely secluded in the shrubs and trees. The pool area has plenty of seating and tables with umbrellas for shade and is very well maintained and clean... relaxing place to go read and relax, then take a refreshing dip in the pool or soak in the warm spa. We loved eventing about this condo and resort including excellent owners to communicate with and the ease of online booking can't be beat. Immediate confirmation and simple check-in process! We can hardly wait to come back to this great condo and resort for more adventures on this incredibly beautiful 'Garden Isle!' We loved everything about everything! Thank you SO much for making it possible & all the AWESOME memories we've made that we'll cherish for our lifetime! :)

Basic comfort in Kauai

Apartment is part of larger complex. Unit has basic amenities and is comfortable for two people. Location is ok, but area had road construction causing significant issues coming and going from the unit.

Central location offers plenty

We had a wonderful time staying in Wailua at Plantation Hale. It is easy to get to all parts of the island from this neighborhood. There are plenty of options for beach time, bike trails, restaurants, etc. Condo was in good condition and check in simple.

Extra towels needed

I only leave 4 stars instead of 5 because we were only provided 2 beach towels for the week. We tried to hang them in the bathroom and the chairs outside but they would never get fully dry each day. If more had been provided we could have alternated days with the towels and then they probably would have gotten more dry. Otherwise, I would have left 5 stars.

Met our needs for exploring kauai

The unit had a Nice bed and stocked well with supplies. Great location for exploring the island. The complex overall a bit dated, but this unit was finished nicely given the older building. No drinks or food were allowed at the pool which was a bit disappointing.

The location of the condo was great I especially liked the fact that there was a kitchen

We stayed there for four nights and we like the location and the kitchen was great to be able to use we didn't like the air-con but we did like the fact that it was close to a lot of stores and restaurant. We hope that if we stay here again that we will be able to check in earlier then 4pm overall it was clean and we would recommend this place to others if they go to Kapaa.

Lovely, functional condo with A/C!

I specifically chose this property because of its central location to everything, and because we really wanted a unit with A/C, which is hard to come by on the island. We were very pleased with our stay. Unit was comfortable, and gave us a cool respite from our adventures during the day. A/C cooled the unit down fast! We enjoyed relaxing in the living area and using the small kitchen for breakfast each day. Conveniently located next to Coconut Marketplace and 2 grocery stores, Starbucks, etc. The beach is steps away. Only things we wished were different were 1) the bed was a bit soft for our tastes and transferred a lot of motion if one person moved in the night, and 2) ocean view was blocked by a wall, which I think is temporary and due to construction. Overall, this unit met our needs and was a good value. Hosts were responsive and helpful too when we requested a late checkout.

Cozy place indeed!

Oh, we loved this place. It was the perfect size for my two daughters and I. I loved the kitchen; nicely equipped, and easy to work in. Vivian and Greg were perfect hosts. They communicated with us often and answered our questions promptly. Would not hesitate to stay again. Thank you.

Location

We took full advantage of this central location, close to the airport and about half way between Waimea State Park (and Canyon) in the northwest and Na 'Aina Kai Botanical Gardens in the northeast. The town of Kapaa is full of small but very good restaurants. Plantation Hale Suites is a large facility, has been around for years, but is a well maintained complex. It lost a "star" because it shows it's age and has lost it's view of the ocean. The views (even from the second floors) are obstructed by an 10 to 12 foot high fence surrounding an empty property that is awaiting development.

Convenient location, brand-new furniture.

Vivian was very responsive and wonderful to talk to. The unit was clean and newly remodeled. It was an added plus to have A/C in the unit. The unit had sliding doors in both the living room and bedroom that allowed for the tropical trade winds to flow right in. The mattress and pillows were amazingly comfortable. It was the closest thing to the Westin's "Heavenly Bed!" Overall, we had a wonderful and blessed experience at Plantation Hale "Aloha King." Mahalo Vivian! Ke Akua Pū !
