Situado en el popular La Torre Golf Resort. Esta moderna villa independiente ofrece un alto nivel de confort en todo. Luminoso y aireado, la villa está amueblada con una decoración moderna, proporcionando un ambiente ideal para una estancia de descanso. Ubicado en un gran jardín con césped y cercas altas alrededor de la propiedad y los arbustos, perfecto para familias jóvenes y también tiene una valla de seguridad alrededor de la piscina para medidas de seguridad adicionales, ideal para niños pequeños, pero se puede quitar. Wifi gratuito disponible y piscina climatizada según la temporada que planeas visitar. La propiedad tiene aire acondicionado y sistema de calefacción en todas las habitaciones principales, lavadora y lavavajillas, así como los electrodomésticos habituales.

Family Golf Break

Excellent property, spotlessly clean with everything needed for a holiday. Although we had an issue, the host and her contacts had help at the villa within 15 mins. The golf was good, better than most reviews suggest and we will happily return.

Excellent short break

A 4 day short break with my daughters, the property was easy to find with exact directions, a spacious property with all the amenities needed. You will need a car to get around, but we knew that so no problem. Everything went without a hitch and we had a good time. I would recommend the property..

Large comfortable Villa

Lovely villa on la Torre Golf . The communication with Simone was easy and any niggles were quickly resolved . It is the cleanest property we have stayed at . Would recommend.

The house is great, nice big garden and a pool. 3 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms was great. Simone is very helpfull and responded quickly with every question.

Summer 2024

Had a fabulous two week stay. The villa is lovely and quite clean a few things needed attending to but didn’t affect our stay. Our main complaint was the flies and that we couldn’t eat outside as we tried everything to get them to stay away. Possibly purchasing a few blue light zappers to have around outside to deter them as they became problematic when trying to eat or sunbathe But all in all we had a lovely holiday

Half Term Break

We had a great break, weather was fantastic, Villa had everything we needed and was clean and tidy. Bars, restaurants and Local Spar was further than we thought, 30 min walk or 5 min car ride. Would recommend, thanks.

Loved the villa, but some improvements / maintenance due. Pool needs some work and electricity supply needs attention. Otherwise very nice villa in tidy golf resort. Had a relaxing holiday.

Really enjoyed our villa stay. Everything was great in the house. Pool was too cold in winter for us. House was comfy and great space for our little one. Cot provided so we didn’t have to bring our own, which was great. B Car essential to be able to go out and explore. We had plenty of great day trips to lake Ma Manor and to Mercia.

In Retrospect

Neat and tidy villa largely met our expectations. Next time we’d come by car as didn’t appreciate that location is a bit removed from central facilities. The hospitality of our host was let down by weak support from the resort ‘Management’ Company.

The villa was well equipped with everything you would need, it was lovely and clean. Pool needs some attention in terms of tiles missing roadworks was a pain very noisy all week couldn’t relax in garden because you couldn’t hear yourself talk and was very dusty through the road works. La torre break

Communication with the owner was great- before and during our visit. The villa, which was really easy to find, was perfectly prepared for our arrival, so clean and well equipped. Great size for 6 people.. For us the best bit was the pool which the owner heated for us because of the unseasonal weather. Kiddies loved it. La Torre as a resort was disappointing. Though well maintained, we felt there was very little there in terms of bars, restaurants etc, so would not visit again.

Nice villa on a lovely golf resort

We had a great week in this villa in August’22. We loved the fact that there were bars and restaurants in the central area (about 20 mins walk) with beautiful views of the gold course. The area that the villa was located was quiet and peaceful though. I was pleased to see that all bedrooms had aircon and that all were in fully working order (not always the case in holiday villas in my experience). I would definitely recommend visiting Cartagena and Murcia on any stay here. The owner of this villa was incredibly friendly and quick to respond to any questions. We hope to be back soon!

Villa with private pool.

Well equipped Villa with private pool. Complex was huge and very quiet (September is end of season). One supermarket and several bars and restaurants but a good 20/30 min walk away from our accommodation. Not much to do locally and most things were at least a €30 each way taxi ride away. Parks and communal swimming pools were plentiful., however the equipment was too hot for our toddler to play on especially the metal slides 😞. If you want a quiet, break and like a good walk this is ideal. Golf was approximately €60 per round.

65th Birthday holiday

Overall reasonably happy. Couple of minor gripes - only only proper sharp kitchen knife to prepare food - no welcome pack on arrival. This is the first property I've ever hired with no welcome pack so when we arrived after a late flight we couldn't even make a drink or some toast for breakfast - quite a few marks on the walls throughout so could do with a lick of paint - the main issue was it was agreed the pool would be heated as we were staying for 11 days but it wasn't - it was just about bearable to use but very disappointing. All that said I would stay again if coming to the area.

Lovely villa at La Torre

We stayed in the villa in Mid-October 2021. The villa is situated on a quiet street and it is lovely and quiet at night with no traffic noise. The villa has a lovely swimming pool and is surrounded by tall hedges which provides maximum privacy although the garden is overlooked by the neighbours. The villa is in very good condition although both the dishwasher and washing machine require replacement. We were very unlucky to stay while the neighbours were renovating their villa and the noise was unbearable. Having demonstrated the noise to Simone the owner, she promptly offered a full refund and we were able to find an alternative property at La Torre. I was very impressed with Simone. We would consider staying at the villa again once the next door renovation is complete which seems likely to be in Q1 2022.

Lovely time

Before the stay Simone’s communication was 1st class, so we arrived confident we’d chosen well. The villa is well appointed and functional for a family holiday. Pool is clean and plenty big enough for a family. Our 3 children loved it, and we loved the private garden and being able to wake up and enjoy our own dedicated facilities. Kitchen well equipped, nice Dolce coffee machine and white goods to make living easy. The Villa is on a really lovely urbanisation. It’s at the quiet end, close to the back gate, the days and night are peaceful - until our little ones got in the lovely pool! It’s a good 20 minute walk to the resort centre. We’d hired a car for the 2 week stay. As we knew before hand. We also packed the kids scooters. Good to have the Spar and local food places available. Lunch choices are limited, but didn’t Impact us - but worth being aware of. The communal pools looked nice, but we didn’t have need to use. Play parks great and the Wednesday and Friday fiestas/market were great. La Torre is a great location for exploring. The local beach town of Los Alcazares was great and was our go to for a close evening meal, market, big shop etc. We visited La Manga, Cartagena, a full day trip to Valencia and La Zenia/Torrevieja.

The property has been well maintained and in excellent condition. It has all the home comforts required for a stress free, relaxing vacation. The villa is in a nice quiet area of the golf resort but within very easy walking distance from the town centre, communal pools, tennis courts and on site shop.
