The location was very good – close to the mountains and the sea. The villa was a good deal with a fair price–quality ratio. We did have some problems with the drainage on the first floor, which smelled badly after the rain. But overall, it was okay. The villa had everything we wanted.However, for people with disabilities, it is not a good option, as the villa is on a steep slope.

Very friendly and helpful host. The house works well for 2 families who traveled together with a total of 11 prs. There is a lack of sunbeds by the pool when there are so many, also a little at the bottom with accessories in the kitchen when there are more than 6 prs. is up a steep hill, but you can both drive and walk up it

A Perfect Croatian Getaway: Stunning Home with Pool and Easy Beach Access

We had the most amazing time at this holiday home in Croatia! The house itself was perfect – clean and with everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. The pool area was a highlight; we spent countless hours lounging by the pool, soaking in the sun, and enjoying the peaceful surroundings. One of the best parts was the short 8-minute walk to the beach. It was incredibly convenient to have such easy access to the crystal-clear Adriatic Sea. The location was ideal – close enough to local shops and restaurants, yet far enough to enjoy privacy and tranquility. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and always available if we had any questions. Their hospitality made us feel right at home. Overall, this was one of the best holiday experiences we've had. The combination of the beautiful house, the private pool, and the proximity to the beach made it a truly special getaway. We can’t wait to come back!

Très bon séjour dans cette villa, nous étions un groupe d'amies et la villa était très adaptée.La villa possède une piscine (mais non chauffée), du wifi, des places de parking, une terrasse avec un barbecue. Elle est composée de 3 étages avec 3 salles de bains et 3 cuisines entièrement équipées chacune. La villa était très propre. La vue est splendide, l'endroit est calme, sans vis-à-vis et sans bruit hormis quelques chèvres.Nous avons eu énormément de mal à trouver la villa malgré le GPS, je pense que l'accueil dans la villa est la seule chose qui pourrait être améliorée. La villa se trouve dans une rue montante avec beaucoup de rues adjacentes. Faites donc attention car ce n'est pas la bonne adresse qui est donné.La villa est donc située haut dans la ville (descente de 10-15min à pied pour rejoindre la grand route), je recommande donc d'avoir une voiture. Elle se situe à 15min à pied d'une jolie plage et d'une petite pizzeria. Pour les courses, il y a des magasins aux alentours à 10-20min en voiture. La villa est située à 30 min (50min si embouteillages) du centre ville de Split.Je recommande vivement cette villa avec une vue INCROYABLE sur la mer, la montagne et de magnifiques coucher de soleil. Merci à l'hôte pour ses recommandations et conseils

Underbar vecka!

Vi var 14 ungdomar och vuxna som bodde i huset. Allt var toppen! Rymligt och rent. Jättefin uteplats med grill där vi kunde äta och umgås hela gänget. Fick bra hjälp av den trevliga värden vid ev frågor. Huset ligger fint uppe på höjden med helt fantastiskt vacker utsikt, men det är en rejäl backe att ta sig uppför, så bil är att rekommendera!

Maison très agréable

Tout était parfait. La maison est fidèle aux photos. Elle est très spacieuse, parfaite pour un groupe d’amis ou en famille. Chacun peut avoir son espace. La vue est magnifique, couché du soleil tous les soirs pour l’apéritif!

Virkeligt dejlig hus med fantastisk udsigt!

Vi havde en dejlig ferie i dette fine hus :) Vi nød udendørs faciliteterne til fulde og ikke mindst den smukke solnedgang hver aften. Dejligt tæt på flere små fine strande, med flot snorkling.

Großes Haus mit schönem Ausblick

Wir hatten einen guten Aufenthalt in diesem Haus. Die Kinder liebten den Pool und die vielen Katzen in der Umgebung, die zu Besuch kamen. Der Vermieter gab sich sehr viel Mühe, damit es uns an nichts gefehlt hat. Das Haus hat alles, was man zum Leben braucht.

Tolles Haus mit wundervoller Aussicht

Das Ferienhaus ist sehr sauber, geräumig und bietet mit der Aufteilung der drei Wohnungen auf drei Stockwerke auch genügend Raum für große Reisegruppen. Die Einrichtung, die Aussenanlagen und das Haus selbst sind recht neu, insbesondere der Grillplatz. Dieser bietet einen großen Grill, eine überdachte Außenküche mit vielen Sitzgelegenheiten. Der Pool war ebenfalls sauber und wurde vom Vermieter alle drei Tage gereinigt. Der Vermieter ist sehr zuvorkommend und bietet stets seine Hilfe an. Spülmaschinentabs und Waschmittel waren ebenso vorhanden wie Toilettenpapier, was nicht selbstverständlich ist. Der nächste Supermarkt ist gut zu Fuß zu erreichen und bietet alles, was man braucht. Der Strand war sehr schön. Insgesamt kann man das Haus nur sehr positiv bewerten.

Great villa with great service!

The property is exactly how described online. The villa was clean and in complete working order. Do be prepared, however, if you don't have a car to Uber to your destinations (besides a corner shop which was fully stocked with food and wine). Stjepan was a wonderful host who was easy to communicate with and made us feel welcome and answered our many questions about the area/what to do/where to go. I would recommend this property to any large group traveling together that wants a spacious villa with a stunning view and private pool.

We, 14 persons, rented this house for 1 week holiday. We really enjoyed staying in this beautiful villa! Clean, good contact with the owner and fantastic view!! A rental car is to recommed, it makes it easy to travel and explore the coastline and cities nearby!

Fantastic villa

We spent seven days in this beautiful villa. It was modern and clean, and the pool was great with "disco lights". Stjepan, the owner was more than friendly; he was extremely helpful and nice. In the villa is enough space and privacy for 2-3 family, in each floor is kitchen and toilet+ shower. The nearest restaurant and a small shop is approx 1 km from the villa but there is not many restaurants nearby. Therefore you might need a car if you stay here. View to the sea is beautiful. Air condition is good. The only thing we had problems was to find the villa when we arrived. Google maps doesn´t find the correct place and in the end Stjepan came to pick us. We´d love to come back some day. Thank you.
