Villa B2B es una villa nueva con hermosos interiores y exteriores nuevos. Ubicado en una zona tranquila sobre la pequeña ciudad de Omiš (2 km), que ofrece impresionantes vistas panorámicas de la ciudad, el mar, las islas y la fortaleza (cerca de la villa se encuentra un atractivo sendero para caminar hasta la fortaleza).
Villa B2B ofrece un alojamiento muy confortable para un máximo de 8 personas en 4 habitaciones, ideal para familias o un grupo de amigos que disfrutan de este ambiente tranquilo, pero cerca de todo, a solo 2 km de la playa, restaurantes, bares, atracciones de mar y río. , y mucho más. El minimarket está a 1 km de la villa.
Villa está totalmente climatizada, totalmente cubierta con WiFi y ofrece:
Cómoda sala de estar y comedor con TV y cocina totalmente equipada con salida a una pequeña terraza con vistas al mar, dormitorio No1 con cama king size de 180x200cm, baño familiar No1 con ducha.
En la planta baja te lleva a tres dormitorios, todos con salida a terraza con vistas al mar. Dormitorio No2 con cama king size de 180x200cm y baño privado No2 con ducha, Dormitorio No3 con cama king size de 180x200 cm, y Dormitorio No4 con TV y 2 camas individuales de 90x200cm (se pueden conectar a una doble). Las habitaciones No3 y No4 tienen un baño familiar No3 con ducha.
Arriba, te lleva a una parcela de césped con olivos donde tienes un parque infantil con algunos juguetes para que puedan disfrutar en el área cercada entre la villa y el área de la piscina, que está a una escalera desde aquí.
El área de la piscina ofrece: piscina privada climatizada de 8,5m x 4m con masaje, amplia terraza con 8 tumbonas de madera, área de comedor cubierta al aire libre y área de barbacoa con instalaciones. Desde el área de la piscina, las vistas al mar son increíbles y abiertas. Disfrute de las tardes en el área de la piscina mirando las luces de Omiš y en la isla de Brač, y dado que se encuentra en una zona tranquila y virgen, podrá disfrutar de sus merecidas vacaciones.

Perfect stay

The villa was immaculate, and our host had thought of everything. Completely private but also only a 10 minute walk into town. We came for an active holiday and there is plenty to do. Climbing on great crags are only 2 minutes from town.

A fantastic villa with amazing views and great facilities. The pool and it’s setting are lovely and very spacious. The villa was scrupulously clean and incredibly well stocked with all the gadgets you could need. The welcome pack was so much more and very appreciated after a long journey. Just be warned, the walk to and from the town of Omiš whilst not very far if you take the short cuts is very steep, a worthwhile price to pay for the panoramic views. We will be back !

Hideaway on top of everything

This hideaway has been perfectly integrated into an old olive grove. The setup in different levels makes perfect sense to shield you from sun, wind or just sounds and views from neighbors or the nearby hiking path. The view from the pool is amazing. The house itself is very modern and the layout again is perfect, as it uses up space evenly and thoughtfully. On top of that, Bozena is a wonderful host. She will answer to any request, but will also leave you alone, if you are literally trying to hide away. ;-) The path down to the center of Omis is rather steep, even if you stick to the slightly longer, but easier and even lit (at night) walkway. Getting bread for breakfast can turn into a workout, but there is a private yard-sale for beer, wine or liquor at halfway point ;-)

Awesome. Book it.

Deserves more than 5 stars. The villa is finished to a very high standard. Modern and very comfortable. BoZena the host is amazing and full of useful information. The pool area is superb - we particularly liked the kitchen area by the pool we cooked a paella there one evening on the induction hob. Fridge was also handy for cold drinks by the pool. Agree with other reviews in that we would recommend a car you can walk down to Omis but off road is tricky. Plenty to do in Omis and surrounding area. BoZena helped organise a trip on a skippered 43’ sailing yacht for a day so we went to Brac island swimming and paddle boarding in secluded bays not cheap but we had a fabulous day. We hired a boat and went up the river and had a meal half way up - we hired boat for 4 hours which suited us - I suspect in high season this may be difficult but first week in June was easy to organise. We were a family of 7 - 6 adults and a 4yo - the villa was perfect for us and if you book you will definitely not be disappointed. Some of our party went Zip lining and kayaking, some went to the national park. We went to the beach in Omis which is very nice. Evenings were then by the pool. We all went to Dubrovnik for the day - long way (3+ hours) busy and expensive but we were glad we went. Split was another trip. We packed all this in a week. We would definitely book this villa again if we went back and will judge all future villas against this one.

Exceptional villa, beautiful views and great hosts

We stayed in Villa B2B in the first week of September. We were drawn to it for the promise of a great view over the bay and we were not dissappointed ..at all. We loved our week here and wished it could have been longer. The villa is completed to a very high standard inside and out, with four good sized bedrooms, three of which have extremely comfortable super king beds. The living space is very roomy. The pool area is a real treat. The pool is large and can easily accomodate lengths if you fancy that sort of thing and is equipped with plenty of sun beds and large parasols. There are neighbouring holiday villas but the location is out of the way and peaceful. The villa is family owned and this came through in the way every care was taken to make our stay special. On arrival we were met by Bozena who showed us around the Villa and presented with a delicious range of treats to welcome in our first evening. And later in the week Bozena and her father-in-law popped round one evening and prepared a delicious traditional Croatian meal cooked in the outside oven. If you get offered the same I would definitely recommend it. While in Omis we did the 8 zip wires with Zip Lines, which we highly recommend, and the Advanced Canyoning with Adventure Omis which was well organised but involved more rocking walking that rapids floating for some of our liking. We also spent a great day rafting with Jure, who came highly recommended by Bozena. It costs a bit more than some of the other rafting companies but it was more than worth it with a few rapids, cliff jumps, cave pools .. all done at a pace to suit us and delivered with a real personal touch including refreshments of fruit, cake, coffee and juice. The villa is half way between the town and the Fort overlooking the bay at the top of the cliffs. My wife and I walked up one morning and as everyone will have commented, it is a steep walk and you will arrive sweaty but the view is well worth it. Other things to know. The villa comes with extra towels for the pool, the WiFi is excellent and the aircon is in every room. In the town, there is only limited taxi service so you definitely need a car. Overall, we really liked Omis and it's traditional back streets and easy pace combined with some exciting outdoor activities, the Villa was exceptional and Bozena was just great. We're quite jealous of anyone staying here after us!

Absolutely Beautiful Home in a Lovely Area

Villa B2B was the perfect setting for my weeklong birthday celebration with our group of 6 women. Every convenience is considered, from a fully appointed kitchen to bathrobes, pool towels and spa slippers for guests. The pool area is exquisite, with gorgeous views of the fortress, the property’s own olive trees and the sea. Our host was very kind, especially when we arrived much later than anticipated. On top of her graciousness, she welcomed us with a delicious platter of cheese, prosciutto, fruit, plus wine and beer, which was greatly appreciated after our long journey from Dubrovnik. During our stay, the owner was available to book excursions and also referred us to a fantastic private chef, Martin, who prepared a delicious multi-course meal for my birthday dinner. We stayed at Villa B2B as a home base for day trips to Split, Sibenik, KRKA National Park, and island trips to Hvar and Brac. It was a trip of a lifetime and the Villa only added to our enjoyment of this area of Dalmatia. Thank you Villa B2B !!

Great house with a beautiful view

We really enjoyed the stay! The communication was smooth and everything was done so that we could get into the house a little earlier, since we arrived very early. Every request was taken care of and Bozena even gave us her private fall out shelter. Cleanliness is excellent, the view a dream, the pool very large and nice and warm. The kids loved the pool and the play area. Unfortunately, there is not a lot for the kids to do this time of year, so it was even more important to have such a great house. We will be happy to come back again! Thanks for all!

Fantastic holiday!

This villa really was amazing! The children loved the pool and trampoline. Every little detail had been thought of in this villa - food welcome pack, toiletries, pool towels. Stunning Villa and Amazing Views!

We had a wonderful week in villa b2b. The villa is spotless and looks even more amazing in real life. The pool was very large and had beautiful views from it. The owner met us at the house to check us in. She was super friendly and gave us loads of advice and left us with a wonderful welcome package. It js up a very steep hill but we had no problems walking up and down it during the day. In the evening we got a taxi.

Awesome place for families and friends

We had a fantastic time at this villa. It accommodated two families with kids perfectly and we enjoyed all the amities including the beautiful pool area, the trampoline and kid zone and the outdoor grill and seating area under the olives trees is magical. Everything is clean, organized and the kitchen well equipped for cooking. Our host was very helpful and attentive and we had a lovely welcome package when we arrived. Highly recommend!

Objekt ist echt toll. Allerdings könnte mehr Geschirr und Besteck vorhanden sein. Bei voller Beleg I

Super Haus, sehr nette Vermieter, alles sehr sauber und ordentlich. Beim Inserat sollte auf die sehr steile Zufahrt hingewiesen werden, denn nicht jedes Auto schafft das.

Just wonderful

First of all, a big thank you to Bozena for the welcome pack, contacts, organisation, smile, ..., ... She is just incredible :-). The villa is very beautiful and conform to the pictures, very well equiped, confortable, ... The outside are fantastic (swimmng pool, playing ground, garden, ...) And last but not least, the sea view is wonderful from anywhere. Then, Omis is a very beautiful place. The villa is near to a lot of walking paths (but you need to have a good condition for walking because this is small mountain). We made sailing and rafting and both activites are fantastic. We will surely come back back :-)

Traumhafter Urlaub

Von Anfang bis Ende war Bozena die perfekte Gastgeberin. Im Haus selbst war alles vorhanden und zusätzlich noch ein Willkommenskorb mit selbstgemachten Spezialitäten. Alle Wünsche und Fragen (Ausflüge, Restaurants) wurden von ihr perfekt organisiert. Das Haus selbst liegt idyllisch am Berg mit traumhafter Aussicht und mit Allem was man sich wünscht. Jederzeit weiterzuempfehlen.

Wonderful

A very nice property with an amazing sea view. Large pool area and play ground. Many places to sit and eat or relax. Nice host who had arranged cake, Fruit, Bread and so on when we arrived. She helped with questions about the area and she recommended an amazing rafting trip. There was a garden where we could pick tomatoes and cucumbers every day. Very nice and delicious. Very worth visiting.

Best place to stay ever!

We had a wonderful holiday experience at Bozena's villa! The surroundings are spectacular and the villa really offers a lot with the heated pool, all things for the kids and everything you can imagine for a holiday home. The best equipped house we ever had. We had a very warm welcome on our arrival day with everything (food, drinks) already prepared for the first evening! Additionally Bozena's father-in-law prepared a wonderful dinner for us on another evening! We definitely plan to come back and can really recommend this house.

We were here a second time and it was „wow“ like the first time.

There is a German speech that the first house a man builts is for his enemy, the second one for his friend and the third one (with much more experience for the real important things) for himself. Sveto’s villa B2B seems to be a house of category number four ;-) with a perfect floor plan and so much love for technical and decoration details. In this villa for eight people really eight people can enjoy their holidays. Anybody has to sleep in the living room as a lot of other holiday homes expect to do. There are four sleeping rooms with two beds each (3 times a double bed, one with two single beds). And the living room stays neat and comfortable. Sveto is always interested to make his home still more comfortable. Last year we missed hooks in the bathroom, this year voilà. If there is a problem, he will be there immediately. Not only Sveto takes care for his house and garden, also his daughter-in-law Božena takes care of the renters. She is a wonderful host. She speaks English very well. The renters are welcomed with bread, wine, own olive oil, and a yummi apple strudel (croatian cake with austrian roots). Božena loves helping you. Sailing tour, rafting or zip-line wished? You are missing the famous Omiš sobernik (a kind of chapatti with Swiss curd, and a lot of ail and olive oil)? Božena can give a lot of travel advices, she knows somebody who will offer this to you and she can book it for you. This year we made a sailing trip with Kruno to small lovely places near Brač to swim and SuP. It was an unforgettable nice day. And Sobernik was so yummi! As last year Sveto and Božena came with a bottle of wine and a salad to prepare „Peka“ in hot ashes of the BBQ. This wonderful maintained villa plus the wonderful care equals lovely unforgettable holidays. Hvala, hvala, hvala, Božena and Sveto! We will come back!

We spent the most wonderful week in this fabulous house. It is the perfect place to relax and de-stress, so much so that we barely ventured out, but came away feeling totally refreshed. The house and outdoor space, including the pool area, have been beautifully designed, built and furnished by the family - they're better than the photos, good as they are, depict. Just be aware, the drive is very steep, so do take care. As previous guests have mentioned, the views are stunning. You really won't want to leave! But the icing on the cake, as it were, is the friendliness, thoughtfulness and helpfulness of the hosts, Bozena and family. From the amazing welcome pack (so much more than a "pack") to the little touches everywhere, the care that they have put into this venture shone through. We very much appreciated it all, especially the delicious meal cooked by Bozena's father-in-law, Sveto, on the outdoor oven - thank you for that and for everything!

Sanctuary in Omis!

Croatia is beautiful, food is great, people are friendly and helpful, but nothing tops Bozena and Omis! Bozena met us along the way to the house and instantly made us feel welcome and at home. We did not have to leave the house the first day because Bozena had everything set for us :) The house is more than we expected...pictures do not give the beauty, relaxation, cleanliness justice. We have traveled all around the world and never met anyone so helpful and accommodating as Bozena! I look forward to returning to this house in 3 - 5 years, and this time stay longer and taking the sailboat tour!!!. Thank you Bozena for your wonderful spirit and hospitality. See you again in a few years ;)

This place is fantastic... !

Where do I start... First, the villa itself is superb. It is immaculately clean and looks brand new. The beds are big and comfy, all the furniture and fittings are quality, fresh towels, robes, slippers(yes, slippers!) the walk in showers, air con in every room. There is an outside dining area next to the most amazing fire oven/grill/bbq. You just have to use it! The pool is heated and is just the right size. I used to swim a few lengths in it and the kids would spend all day in it. Very young children would have to be continually supervised. There are gradual steps into the pool but there is no shallow end as such. Next to the pool you have a lovely shaded area with a fridge, sink, stove top and power sockets. Plenty of quality sunbeds and parasols. What makes this place really special are the views. Because of the location of the villa you get the whole panorama. It is truly wonderful. Just on the location, it is quite high above Omis and access is via a zig zag road which goes up. There is also a few short cut paths between the road sections. You can certainly walk up it, but it's a bit of a hike. If you do it during the day you will be sweating... a lot. We used to walk down into town, which was fine and got a taxi back up. There was only one occasion in 2 weeks when the taxi wasn't available. Omis itself is beautiful. There are plenty of places to eat. We never had a bad experience eating out, it was all lovely. Hint... 'Nina-Ice' is the place to go for ice cream, the kids will make you go there every day! Last, and certainly not least is the owner Bozena and her family. I have never experienced hospitality and kindness like this. From beginning to end she was amazing. Right from the initial contact and check in we were gobsmacked. Welcome food hamper, fridges stocked with beer, traditional Croatian meal cooked for you (you have to do this and watch how it's done on the fire so you can have a go!). Help with shopping, help with food, booking trips, organising transport. And all those extra touches which you just don't get anywhere else. They are just too many to list. And everything is done with a laugh and a joke! We went as a group of eight, two families of four. We will all miss this place and the Croatian people and have vowed to return... !

Fantastic, wish we could stay longer

I would really recommend staying here. What a fantastic holiday, just the right balance of activities and chilling. Bozena is an amazing host and I hope she is able to continue to maintain her levels of enthusisiasm through a busy season. Her recommendations of what to do and where to eat were perfect. We had two great days out white water rafting and sailing. Paid a bit extra for a premium service with the rafting but was well worth it. The sailing trip was amazing too. Lots of good hikes if you have had enough chilling by the pool. Absolutely loved the pool area, what a view. There is a price to pay for the view, it is a bit of a hike up a steep path back to the property after drinks in the evening (make sure you have enough battery on your phone for the torch). Personally I thought the view was worth the evening walk. You will need a car. What a lovely place and warm welcome, You will not regret booking this. Thank you for your hospitality Bozena.

There is an opportunity to order a grocery supply, we have a colleague from Poljane Prom company that does a complete supply for yachts, villas, sailboats... and you can order all offered in big supermarkets, they would deliver it to villa at the agreed time, payable with a credit card or cash once it is delivered and checked by you. All you need to do is to send us an email with a grocery list with all small details such as quantity, weight, type of other essential details to get it all as accurate as it is possible. Our experience with guests who used this service is more than positive, very good and it saves your holiday time in unknown shops!
