The home is located at mile marker 88.9 bayside in Islamorada. It's one of eight houses located on a mile long private driveway off US 1. It features a lush tropical hardwood hammock in the front of house with hundreds of orchids and rare tropical plants. A private white sandy beach with unobstructed open bay sunset views is the entire backyard. The Master Bedroom has a King size Canopy bed and bay view. The Master bath has a large jacuzzi tub for two overlooking the hammock and a large digital temperature controlled shower. Private throne room with newest Toto bidet/commode combo . Master has tropical ceiling fans and separate AC zone. Large TV with sound bar and subwoofer. Office Desk with multiple HDMI monitors and hp printer online. Guest room #2 has a queen size bed and private bath with hammock view and attached full bathroom. Large TV, AMP, sound bar and cable/amazon/Netflix all set up. Both are located on the 2nd floor. The other 3 Guest rooms are located on the 1st floor and all have queen size beds, hanging clothes closets, dressers, TV's/AMPS, HDMI hookups and blow-dryers. Two have pool/beach/bay views and one has a tropical hardwood hammock view. All are very cozy, peaceful and quiet. Also on the first floor there is a grand piano in the informal living room with a pull out sofa and coffee service bar. Tropical beach house décor throughout and first floor has imported shell and reef natural tile floor. The kitchen, dining and great room are on the 2nd floor and feature dark hardwood floors, tropical beach decorations and large palm leaf ceiling fans. The dining room has a large Stanley Coastal table seating 10-12 with a perfect view of the bay. There are pocket sliding glass doors on opposite sides of the house that open up completely to let the tropical breezes flow through the house. The living room is equipped with 5.1 high end audio with a 75" TV. The kitchen sink looks out an over-sized window to the bay and is stocked with beautiful dishes, touch on faucet, coffee maker with filters, toaster oven, small appliances and all things necessary to make any celebration easy and special. There is a center island with seating for four. Newest Samsung steam oven/microwave combo, and all other appliances are new and the stove top is inductive for ultra-fast and controlled cooking. The laundry room is on the 2nd floor with ultra-capacity washer and dryer. Outside: We are one of five bayside homes that has its own sandy beach in all of Islamorada. We have a private dock and a private boat ramp. Wade out into the crystal-clear bay waters and lounge on the 8 sturdy turquoise Adirondack chairs beachside and two on the dock. We have a private golf putting green/driving range, bocci ball sell, full size volley ball/badminton court, dodgeballs, frisbees, ping pong table and official darts! Brand new heated/chilled pool next to an outdoor gazebo with built in kitchen, wine and beer cooler, ice maker, full dining table and L shaped couch in front of real gas fireplace. High end audio and TV with all sources ready. Surprise speaker in the pool! Outdoor full bathroom with tropical hardwood countertop and one of a kind octopus sink and octopus tentacle handles on teak door. Customize the gazebo lighting with remote control. Propane and solar tiki torches flicker over the pool and beach for a romantic and tropical look. All the beach and pool toys your family needs are included. There is a large gas grill and big green egg for cooking and outdoor dining table for bay-side entertaining. Second grill on upstairs deck also available. Lounge on the hammock, hang out around the firepit and the circular lounge furniture on the beach. Around the front of the house is a artificial grass yard, and circular driveways. Take the bikes or walk through the dense private tropical hardwood hammock lanes. Check out the 120+ orchids growing on every tree, something is always blooming!
