Great location for the parks and comfortable apartment

Disney parks were in a 15 min drive.

Great time!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was in a great location. It was close to attractions, and just a couple miles from many restaurants and Wal-mart which was convenient. The pool area was awesome, and kept the kids entertained. They even had a DJ come in on Saturday that did games with the kids! The condo itself was clean and nicely updated! The only thing I would change would have been to have the pool open until 11pm instead of 10pm.

Convienient location

Water park was fun inside the neighbourhood. Close to most of the theme parks. Except for afew basic missing items like dish soap ,hand soap, paper towels etc, its was a comfortable stay. We enjoyed it!

Great Condo in a Great Location

We have stayed in the Windsor Hills area 2 other times in Orlando. This was by far the best trip we have had. Condo was very clean and very comfortable. Has everything you would need for your stay. Close to grocery stores, restaurants, and access to the Parks. Kids loved the water park!

One dishwashing tablet. Mattress was sunk in and had pee stains all over it.

Great basic accomadations

The property was clean and comfortable. I appreciated that there was a guide with all the info for the condo and the area at hand. You will need to bring everything as there was no single use toiletries or even kitchen soap. Otherwise it was centrally located, the owners attentive and the facilities were wonderful.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay at this property very much! The house was just like the pictures showed, very clean. The host responded to my message quickly. Check in and out process was easy and simple. This was our first time visiting Orlando. This trip was wonderful with this property. We stayed 6 nights here. There were plenty of towels and sufficient kitchen essentials. We basically just bought our grocery and laundry detergent and dish soap. The host provided a small bottle of dish soap, but we stayed about a week, so we bought another bottle. The resort has a swimming pool and splashes and gym center. Kids enjoyed it very much. Walmart is just about a block away, so grocery is very easy. However, Walmart was busy especially in the evening, we couldn’t even move our shopping cart when we went around 7 pm. We checked out around 9:30 pm. So many people. Try to avoid evening time. Maybe go in the morning, less crowded.

Security at the gate are very rude . Sofa & dinning table needs to be changed the Tv's at the bedrooms are too small and broken .

Nice Condo

We had a great time at the condo! We loved the location. The rental was super cozy and comfy. We would of liked it to be a bit cleaner. There was still something’s left from prior stay-popcorn on floor, bathrooms were not super clean. I would also say that getting a new master bed would be a nice idea. It was a bit uncomfortable. We usually are not too picky, but we just wanted to send a little feedback! We love Windsor Hills!

The shower appeared to be dirty, I believe from years of use instead. The pool was nice but way too crowded! The subdivision has too many homes for 1 pool. Great area , close to Disney !

Nice Community, But Maintenance Issues Affected Our Stay

The community and pool were great, offering a nice place to relax. However, the gym was quite small. The apartment itself was decent, but we encountered a few issues.The bathroom tub wouldn’t drain, and when I checked the drain, it appeared to be clogged with what looked like a year’s worth of hair—definitely unpleasant. Additionally, the oven didn’t work, which forced us to spend around 500 on eating out—an unexpected expense. I contacted the provided number for maintenance, and while someone did come to check, they were unable to fix the problem, leaving us without cooking facilities for the entire week.To make matters worse, we received a notice the night before that fire alarm testing would take place the next day. This resulted in multiple interruptions as representatives entered and exited the condo to test the alarms.Overall, the unit was okay, but the combination of the non-functional oven and fire alarm disruptions made it less relaxing than expected. No one reached out to credit us for any issues.

We have stayed four times before using Vacation Central. The property is always welcoming and clean. We always feel like home. We have never had any problems while renting. We always recommend the property to friends. Hopefully, we will be back soon. We always leave a box fan behind for the next renter as a gift. Thank you for everything you do to make us feel welcome.

The Condo had so much space and everything we needed and more. The facilities on site were brilliant, the children loved the swimming pool and splash pool. Really close to Disney and lots of restaurants etc nearby. Would highly recommend and would definitely use again. Communication was amazing, instant reply and anything we needed was sorted the same day.
