Excellent vacation home!!

My husband and I stayed here with our 4 kids. We loved this home!! Kids loved the pool. I loved how clean it was. Sherri was very responsive to any question we had. We’ll definitely stay here again!!

Wonderful Stay with Responsive Owners

Our family of seven enjoyed our stay. The home is beautiful and is equipped with everything needed. It also has a fairly open and bright layout, making everything that much better. The owners are very responsive, too. We look forward to staying there again.

Home Away From Home

Sherri is wonderful and so is the home. Sherri is very responsive and cares about her property and guests. The home is a home away from home. We travel with our family and it has everything that we need. We can't wait to stay again.

Excellent all around

Honestly, I couldn't have hoped for a better time. We were a bit early and could see the cleaners were still there. Great sign right off the bat! We drove around for a bit and arrived right at the time of check in. The place was honestly perfect from the cleanliness, the area, the pool, and how well everything was spaced out. Not to mention the owner was unbelievable at responding and just checking in to make sure everything was good. I got back today and have already booked another stay there next year!

Family retreat

My family ( my husband and my 2 adult daughters) had a wonderful time in this house. The house located in very private quiet area, 10 min drive from South Cape beach. Heated pool and a hot tub were in the privacy of the backyard, surrounded by trees so you can not see the neighbor’s houses. Special admiration for the great designed and equipped kitchen and the leaving room. All the shopping nearby including the fish market with the fresh catch. Best lobsters and most fresh oysters we ever ate! The house was very clean. In the middle of the week pool service attendant stopped by , cleaned the pool and did maintenance for the hot tub . Overall, we had a really nice vacation on the beautiful Cape Cod. Many thanks to the owners to share with this great place.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property The house is very well appointed with terrific layout and amazing pool / deck area I would strongly recommend Sherri's home to anyone looking to rent in the New Seabury / Popponesset area

Perfect getaway

Everything was better than expected. The house was very clean and in walking distance to the restaurants. The private backyard and heated pool made our girls weekend in June a memorable time. One never knows what the weather will be when booking a vacation and having a warm pool made everything that much better. We will certainly be back.

Amazing resort feel, our own personal “oasis”.

We planned a last minute getaway to enjoy the last nice weekend of the summer and Sherri was so accommodating, got the place clean and ready for us, and it was perfect. We left to explore the marketplace for a short time but otherwise once you’re there, you never have to leave. We got absolutely perfect weather for mid September and were in the pool and/or hot tub all day and night. My family loved this place and we will definitely be back again!

An oasis in the middle of New Seabury

This property is great, better than the pictures can do justice. The pool, outdoor shower, and hot tub are excellent. The open format of the kitchen, dining room and living room make for a very welcoming area. Bedrooms are spacious, and can be as light or dark as you want them to be. Sherri is very accommodating. The walk to the Marketplace and Inn is easy as can be. Would love to stay here again, it was a lovely vacation home. Thank you.

A great place to stay

We had a wonderful stay in Sherri's house. We were a party of five and we made great use of the pool, the hot tub and the bbq and Sherri was a pleasure to deal with. The property is secluded and private though not isolated and the area is lovely. The house was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked for self catering. There are supermarkets and restaurants within a short driving distance. We would have no hesitation in recommending the property.

Beautiful House Great Vacation

We rented this house last week for our annual family getaway before back to school with our 2 daughters 10 &12. This house is laid out perfectly with the master bedroom on the 1st floor and kids room on the second, which provided some nice privacy. The kitchen, living room, heated pool and spa were really great as well. The beach and Poppnosset marketplace are just a short 5 minute drive away. Also Mashpee Commons and shopping all very close. The owner Sherri was very attentive to answering texts for questions and for any issues that may arise, Highly recommend this house and we will try to come back again next year.

Fantastic!

This is my second year renting from Sherri. The house is spacious, clean and comfortable. Sherri is very accommodating and she actually texted me mid-week to see how my stay was going! The pool is WONDERFUL!!!! I highly recommend staying here! Thank you for an awesome week!

Great house, Great location!

We recently went on vacation with another family. When we walked in the house we were very pleased. The house was very clean, and had a comfortable feel. It had plenty of room for our needs and we felt relaxed immediately ready to start our vacation. The pool was a huge hit for everyone especially the kids! The house is also in a great location. It was close to stores and beaches. Sherri was also pleasure to deal with. Sherri was very responsive to any needs or questions while respecting our privacy while we were on vacation.

Awesome Weekend Away

The house was better than we could have ever expected and Sherri was incredibly accommodating. We had a great weekend relaxing by the pool and hot tub. The house was immaculate upon our arrival and Sherri did everything she could to make sure our stay was as enjoyable as possible. We would definitely look to stay at this home again if we vacation in the area in the future.

Beautiful Home on Beautiful Cape Cod

2 families of 4 shared this home for a week's vacation on Cape Cod. The kids all loved the pool and the open layout of the home made for a great time by everyone regardless of activities. Poppensett Matketplace just a stone's throw away is a charming little shopping village with a cute mini-golf course making evening out a lot of fun. The property located on the upper Cape is close enough to drive to any other location on the Cape to enjoy everything the National Seashore has to offer and yet stay away from the tourist trap centers if each lower Cape Town. We also spent a day in Plymouth taking in the Pilgrim history followed by whale watching. Overall we had a wonderful time and our hosts were very responsive with questions and ensued we had everything we needed. I highly recommend this home.

Spacious property, gracious property owner.

Although we went as just a couple the large kitchen and large deck at this property is super for a bigger group. Location is great, close to anything you might need. I would recommend this home for a great stay on the Cape.

Just as described

The home was spacious and SO clean! We really appreciated the black out shades in the bedroom and the fabulous yard. We were with three boys (ages 9 and 13) and we all enjoyed the pool. The community is great for bike riding and hiking the trails around Frog Pond. Seabury is the kind of place you leave and contemplate moving to. Sherri was very responsive and helpful with any and all matters. We would definitely stay again.

Wonderful week!!

My mother, my friend and I all stayed here the week of July 8th. It was awesome! The pool is FABULOUS, the house is fantastic and whenever I had a question about anything, Sherri was quick to reply with the answer/solution. House is very clean, the beds, couch and dining table were all comfortable. We are going to stay here again next year!

Loved,loved, loved it.

Great house with beautiful pool area and lots of sleeping areas. Great for bike riding,walking beachin' it--you name it. It is a very clean and well cared for property with an owner who is very easy to work with.

New Seabury Gem!

My family of five (including 3 adult children) has vacationed on the Cape for years, usually in August. Because of work schedules, we had to book in June this year. Fearing that the ocean water this time of year would be too cold, we searched for a place with a pool. Are we glad we did! This home on a private lot in New Seabury was everything we could have wanted and more. Aside from the beautiful pool (and hot tub!), this immaculate house has a beautiful open floor plan on the first floor including a huge kitchen with large island and new appliances. The spacious living room with beamed ceiling, large windows looking out over the pool, and a flat screen tv, is bright and beautifully decorated. Being only a short walk to the Popponesset Marketplace and a short drive to the beach, the location of the house is ideal. Perhaps the only thing better than the house and location was the attentiveness of the owner, Sherri. She communicated with us before we arrived and checked on us throughout our stay. We thank her for a relaxing, memorable vacation and highly recommend others take advantage of this gem!

We bought this home because we have vacationed in New Seabury for 20 years and love the area. We looked at many properties throughout the years and fell in love with this one. It is so private with an incredible backyard yet so close to everything.
We just bought it last in 2016 so the beds, towels, beddings and many furnishings are new. We have put all our pride and joy into this home and we hope you enjoy it as much as we do!.

This home has a wonderful flow. It is open airy with so many windows and sliders. The backyard feels like a hotel with close proximity to everything.
