La sala de estar y la cocina, de planta abierta, son modernas y acogedoras y cuentan con un sofá grande, un sillón y una mesa de centro junto a la TV y la biblioteca. La habitación está llena de luz natural que entra por los ventanales que dan al vecindario. La mesa de comedor tiene capacidad para 4 personas cómodamente entre la cocina y la sala de estar. La cocina está equipada con barra de desayuno y taburetes y está totalmente equipada con todos los servicios necesarios para una estancia confortable, que incluye microondas, horno, nevera, congelador, placa de inducción, cafetera de filtro y cafetera Nespresso.

Location location location

Perfect apartment. Lots of cooking utensils. Ideal neighborhood close to everything. Train station around the corner. Any type of cuisine within steps. Grocery store right downstairs. Could not say anything more about what a great area of Paris

Very noisy location!

You need to know that this apartment is a located right above a very loud club/bar that might play music until 3:00-4:00am. And there are a couple of bars right around the corner. Unless you want to join in that activity, you will hear party music and bar noise all night long. That was our experience. It notes quiet time is from 10:00pm-8:00am., but that couldn't be further from the truth. And the bummer is that you are unable to open the lovely windows to get fresh air because of the noise! There is no closet or place to hang your clothes in the 2nd small bedroom. You will need to share the space that is given to you in the larger bedroom. The owners must live there because half of the closet space and half of the drawers are taped up and not usable. Although it is a great location in Paris it's not a great location in that arrondissement.

Excellent place, Beautiful area

Our hostess Marie-Jo was already waiting for us when we arrived, and showed us around the apartment in great details. We enjoyed the neighborhood very much, even with all the noise late into the night! The location was very convenient.

The apartment is located conveniently by a metro stop and by many many restaurants. The bedroom is very comfortable and the kitchen has every possible thing you’d need for cooking. The street was extremely loud in the evening until 1a.m. The outdoor cafes and nearby nightclub can be heard loudly in the living room. The bedroom is in the back of the apartment, so that is quieter. The toilet is separate from the shower, so anyone who needs to use the toilet in the night needs to go down 3 steps from the bedroom, down a hallway, through the living room and to the front door of the apartment where the toilet is located. Any older guests might have trouble with this. In colder weather there might not be so much outdoor noise on the street.

Lovely apartment, perfect location!

Our family of four stayed here for four nights. The location is right in the heart of Les Halles; the street below is very busy even late into the evening, but the apartment was quiet; the windows keep out most of the sound, and the bedroom windows open on the space behind the building. The lobby, hallways, and common areas are very clean and pleasant. The second bedroom is small, but worked fine for our kids. The kitchen is very nice, with modern appliances and lots of pans and utensils. There is a Monoprix at the Les Halles station a couple of blocks away, very convenient for groceries. It was an ideal place for us and we had a lovely stay!

This apartment is in a fabulous location and in walking distance to quintessential parts of Paris + a central train station that will take you everywhere else! It is very stylish, clean and has everything you need for a wonderful stay in Paris.

Charming property in great location

Generally it was a very good experience. The flat was lovely - spacious, clean and comfortable. However, it was not ready when we checked in as the bed linen and towels had not arrived - we had to wait another couple of hours for that. The first week was particularly good as we were undisturbed. The linen change after the first week was disruptive as it was badly co-ordinated. In addition, the owner needed to come back and get something. After that we were aware that the owners seem to be around a lot of the time in front of the building (we recognised them from the numerous photos in the property). We felt this encroached on our privacy a bit.

Excellent location

Comfortable apartment, well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds. Excellent location for sites and neighborhoods we wanted to visit. Didn't however enjoy how noisy the neighborhood is in the evening, particularly because windows had to be open because it was the summer. Also REALLY appreciated the responsiveness of your staff when I contacted them to let them know our flight was delayed and we had to change the time they would have t meet us. Excellent prompt responses and assistance!

Very central location!

Very central location for someone looking to explore Paris. Neighborhood has lots of cafe's and bars nearby and late night food stands. Sort of a party area, but surprisingly the noise did not carry into the house as the bedrooms face an interior courtyard. Overall I would recommend.”

Excellent location!

We had a great time and enjoyed the excellent location. We walked to all the museums and sights, including the Eiffel Tower. We only used the train to go to Versailles. Ellsworth was our favorite restaurant, but all the restaurants we found through Eater.com were excellent. We would definitely use Veeve again and would return to the same property.

You can’t beat the location of this apartment. You can walk to many of the sites but if going farther or don’t want to walk the metro is 2 minutes away. Multiple restaurants, cafes, and street food just outside your door. The apartment itself is lovely and has everything you need. I highly recommend!

We spent a wonderful time here, the location is unbeatable

We had a wonderful time in this apartment. The location is unbeatable. The flat is just as is shown in the photos. My only query is that you have to check-out very early at 10am. But other than that I'd absolutely recommend it!

Amazing apartment

Amazing apartment, wonderful location. We can walk to the river, to Notre Dame, Hotel de Ville and there are 2 metro stations near by: Chatelet and Les Halles: both give access to all parts of the city. Nice restaurants, bar and stores all over. The street is very crowded, but you can have a nice rest at the apartment. The apartment is exactly like the photos show. The second bedroom is very small and does not have room for storage. However, that is not a problem if there are just 3 persons in the apartment. I strongly recommend it as it is a very nice experience.

Here you’ll find plenty of Historic sites, including the world-famous Louvre and “le jardin des Tuilleries”. A bit further along you’ll find place de la Concorde and on a nice day you can see the Eiffel Tower from there. If you want to go for some retail therapy, then look no further than rue St-Honore. There are also many places to have a nice glass of wine or to sit down and taste some of Paris’ best culinary establishments. You can even pop down rue Rivoli on a sunny day and have a nice stroll down the Seine.
