Villa located only a few minutes from Coelha beach and very good restaurants, it is a good option to spend quiet and sunny holidays in the Algarve.
Entering on the property you can enjoy a pleasant garden with flowers and trees.
This beautiful villa is composed in two floors: The ground floor has large and fully equipped kitchen (microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer, kettle, coffee machine, cooker, oven, toaster and all utensils you need your for holidays). There is a living area with comfortable sofas, TV with MEO provider (see list of channels from standard pack - https://en.meo.pt/tv/channels-programming/channels-list/fibre?pacote=Pack+Standard), air condition, together is the dining area with access to the garden.
On the ground floor you will find two bedrooms, the first bedroom has got two single beds, fan with access to a private terrace and an en-suite bathroom with a toilet, single basin and a shower. The second bedroom has got a double bed with fan and nice view to the pool area. On the corridor there is a bathroom with toilet, bath/shower and a single basin.
Up to the first floor you will find a large open bedroom with a double bed with air-condition, private terrace and an en-suite bathroom with shower, toilet and single basin.
The pool has a rectangular shape 7x4m and max. depht 2,25m min depth 1,20m, very private with garden (flowers and trees)

Excellent Villa

First time in Algarve and we would definitely like to return. Villa Campos is excellent, well equipped and in a nice quiet location. Short walk to Praia da Coelha and Praia do Castelo which are both beautiful but so many more beaches within short drive, coast line is amazing.

Summer break with teenagers

Comfortable, well stocked villa, with a number of restaurants and beeches close by. Decor and 2 of the showers a little tired, but fine for a short holiday.

Great Villa

Villa in a lovely quiet little close in a peaceful area. Very spacious, clean and equipped with everything we needed. 15 minutes walk to Coelha Beach in one direction or 15 minutes in the other to Castelo Beach. 10 minutes taxi ride to Albufeira Old Town or plenty of very nice restaurants walking distance to the villa or a sort Uber ride away. Supermarket need to drive/Uber to but again lots of choice. Walk up the road to Scoobys for a game of crazy golf and lunch and you have use of pool for free, even have an aviary and turtles. Great holiday for our family

Overall view was a good one it is very well equipped and looks like it is being up dates as it must

Cleanliness and general appearance Our only comment would be on the stairs because of 180° turn you need a handrail all the way up on one side if possible, as carrying a case etc it is a bit unsafe. We might book for 2 week's next year if it is avaiable.

Im grossen und ganzen alles ok, nur in der Küche hat´s aus den Kästen, unangenehm gerochen! In der Lagebeschreibung, die in der Villa liegt, steht " beheizter Pool" - dem ist nicht so!

Fantastic Villa

Great villa in a great location with all the facilities you could need. 5 minute taxi ride into Old Town. The villa was comfortable and catered to all our needs (6 ladies staying for 3 nights). Would definitely book again. The villa management company were a delight to deal with and everything ran like clockwork (including our transfers to and from the airport) - this company are the best by far.

Fantastic Villa in a brilliant location

We absolutely love this Villa. Its a lot more modern than many of the others that we saw online and the facilities are great. 2 double rooms with ensuites and 1 twin room, all good sizes. Especially the top double which has its own enclosed large private balcony. This room is huge. The house is great for kids as it is fully enclosed and away from the main road. The only thing to note is small kids who cant swin would need to be careful around the pool as this isnt enclosed. It was a lovely touch to arrive to a beer in the fridge along with milk, butter and some salami. Plus we were provided with washing up liquid, soap, bread, tea bags, sugar and biscuits as well. The kitchen is very well equipped although it is short of a chopping board and a sharp knife but we ate out most nights so it didnt affect us. There were plenty of towels supplied in the house as well so no need to bring your own. The wifi in the house is very fast and never let us down. The TV has a netflix channel so this is all we used whike watching TV. The pool is a great size. Its not heated but to be fair, its a lot warmer than the sea and was lovely in the scorching heat. Although we didnt make use of is a bbq available which is ideal for a nice evening. Location wise, its perfect. The spar is 10-15mins away and a larger supermarket a little further. Theres loads of restaurants just a few minutes walk away, most notably a Tapas one on the main road which serves amazing food. Coelha beach is 1km away (10 mins walk) and is a stunning little beach with a restaurant attached. The even more stunnjng Sao Rafael is 15 mins walk away and with an even better restaurant. Gale beach is 15-20mins away and is a large beach with several restaurants and water activities available. Albufeira Marina is a 30-35 min walk or a 6euro taxi away and has loads of bars/restaurants. You can also get boat trips from here. Albufeira town is another 15min walk from here. On top of the beaches ive mentioned there are plenty others to visit, all within a few kms walk. We comfortably went a week without needing a car and only hired 1 taxi, so you can save move here. Overall, an absolutely fantastic villa. Very well maintained and very secure with shutter doors and an alarm system. Its also only about 35-40mins drive from Faro airport. We used Algarve 365 taxis who have English drivers. I cant rate this place enough!!!
