Dos salas de estar independientes ambos con chimenea y TV de pantalla plana. Abrir gran habitación está arriba, con sala de estar de la planta baja. Hay una bonita terraza de la gran sala con barbacoa y comedor al aire libre y un gran patio cercado con un nuevo pozo de herradura y un spa para disfrutar de actividades al aire libre. Gran sala de juegos entretener a toda la banda durante horas. Con un nuevo juego de arcade de 4 personas con todos los juegos populares para excitar a cada grupo de edad. La sala de juegos también tiene un televisor de pantalla plana de 65 "con una barra de sonido de alta calidad con TV por cable, reproductor de DVD / Blu-ray y Play Station 3 con muchos juegos populares. Broken lights and ceiling fans, batteries for remotes didn't work. Empty propane tanks and stains on the quilts. When i went to wash there was already bedding in the dryer, I just decided to wash at home. These were the negatives on this place. The Game Room was a lot of fun and this place is spacious! I appreciated all the fans because it was a little warm and they saved us! I'd say this is a fun relaxing place as there are no tvs in the bedrooms. I really wanted to roast marshmallows but the tank was empty and it was too late to go out. Overall i would stay here again because the location is great. I feel like the things that needed to be fixed were easy fixes, but did inconvenience us a bit.

Reviewer Comments: Timing for a hot summer- fourth of july fireworks was not the business with this non-air conditioned cabin, however, you really can't beat the location of this lovely cabin really close by the lakeshores.

Excellent!

We really enjoyed our stay. The kids loved hanging out in the game room and the back yard was the adults favorite part. Location is close to everything. Perfect!

Great family get-away

Had a wonderful visit to Big Bear in this large, very clean, well-stocked home. Great outdoor space, lots of bedrooms, and awesome game room that was very family friendly. Only wish would be that the other common areas were a little larger, but other than that, this house is perfect. Location is great too, close to lake activities and the village. Property management staff were all very nice, accommodating, and helpful. Would definitely recommend!

Stairs a little hard for grandpa ut he managed. The BBQ location was excellent for a family cooking experience. All and all a very relaxing experience. We're putting in a horseshoe pit at our house just for the competition.

Game night

We all enjoyed the pool table, video games, and horseshoes. It's close to everything in Big Bear. The TVs helped with everyone's choices in TV. Lots of parking space. Good cooking space, rec room space, and bedroom space. Exc. Wifi, phone connections. Stairs a little difficult for older people. Good in summer, probably better in winter.

Great Location close to the lake and Town

We were up at Big Bear Lake for a family wedding and had 3 couples stay at this home. We were very comfortable, enjoyed the pool room, games and outdoor. The kitchen and dining room were smaller than expected, we enjoyed the outdoor deck for a BBQ and dinner. I did like the three different living area's which would be great if you are traveling with several couples/or teenagers - one downstairs with TV, Pool Room with activities for kids, and upstairs kitchen/dining room/TV room. I give this property 4 stars as it's starting to show some wear from being a rental, however the Property Manager was Great ,and home was very clean and comfortable.

Nice place for families

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We met another family (4 adults, 5 kids total) and found the place very comfortable for our party. The kids loved the rec (pool, video games, tv) room and the adults loved being able to close the door to the recroom and socializing upstairs without the noise. The hottub was spacious (limited at 103F though) and the lid flipper provided privacy from the house behind which can see into the back yard. The place was clean and in fine condition. There was an abundance of communication from the checkin contact with regards to checkin time. He made the policies and procedures clear upon checkin. One heads up is that the person booking the property MUST absolutely be present with id and cc to check in (prop mgmt claimed this was a bylaw in Big Bear Lake). This was problematic for us in that I had planned to arrive later in a separate vehicle so my boys could play their baseball games before heading up to the cabin. Unfortately I couldn't update the name on the contract after booking to allow this, which was a bummer - we would have had the other family do the booking had we known this policy a priori. There was a playground at the end of the street which was fun for our 2 year old.

Perfect Anniversary Weekend!

Reviewer Comments: We chose a downhill mountain biking adventure in Big Bear to celebrate our 8 year anniversary, and, gotta say this anniversary will be hard to top. This is our third time visiting Big Bear but first time taking advantage of a professionally managed property; definitely the way to go. The property manager was super easy to work with and we were impressed with how clean & spacious the house was. We we took full advantage of the game room, shooting pool while SNF payed on the big screen in the background and soaked in the hot tub after a hard day of downhill mountain biking at Snow Summit (which was only a few blocks away)! We grabbed coffee & handmade pastries at our favorite coffee shop in, "The Village" the next morning (again, few blocks away). If you're looking for a clean, well managed & centrally located home in Big Bear, this is it! Can't wait to go back!
