Vistas increíbles - Ocean Front 3BR Condo!

Nuestro apartamento en el Palms Resort es nuestro hogar lejos de casa. Estamos en el 3er piso (unidad 301) y tienen 3 dormitorios (2 con camas King size), 2 cuartos de baño completo, y puede dormir 8. Tenemos una cocina completa y un comedor con capacidad para 8. Incluso tenemos una "chimenea". Tenemos 2 balcones con vista al mar y piscina interior / exterior y bañeras de hidromasaje.

Nuestro complejo consta de 2 edificios, el edificio al sur se ubica la piscina / jacuzzis interiores y la sala de entrenamiento.

Estamos situado en el edificio norte y sólo tienen 2 unidades de los apartamentos por piso. También tenemos en cuenta las 2 plazas de aparcamiento.

El dormitorio principal tiene una cama extra grande y TV de pantalla plana, un reproductor ray / DVD azul, un vestidor, un baño y una puerta a la terraza grande con una vista increíble del océano.

Nuestro segundo dormitorio también tiene una cama tamaño King y un televisor de pantalla plana y un balcón "Julieta".

Nuestra tercera, pequeña, dormitorio con 2 camas individuales.

Nuestra sala de estar tiene la vista "millón de dólares" del Océano Atlántico, un sofá-cama con un colchón de tamaño queen, una "chimenea", un televisor de pantalla plana y un reproductor de "inteligente" Blue ray / DVD con Internet (Netflix, Youtube ) el acceso y salida a 2 balcones con vista al mar.

Nuestra cocina tiene electrodomésticos de tamaño normal; incluyendo un lavavajillas, microondas, horno, heladera con hielo, una tostadora y cafetera y una lavadora y secadora.

Nuestra mesa de la cena es pub con una altura perezoso-Susan y asientos integrado de 8.

Hay pisos nuevos (primavera de 2016) a lo largo.

Great Beachfront Getaway

Had a great stay—beautiful beachfront views, relaxing atmosphere, and everything we needed for a comfortable trip. Check-in was easy, and the kitchen had everything we needed for our one-week stay. Perfect Myrtle Beach getaway!

Excellent Stay!

Our stay was great. From the moment we walked in until the moment we left, we had an exceptional time. The hosts were awesome with constant communication and no complaints. Being directly on the beach and within walking distance to the convention center for our daughter’s dance competition was a high priority and this place met both of those criteria. I would highly recommend this location to anyone looking to spend quality time with friends or family in Myrtle Beach. What made our trip even more exciting was dealing with the tropical storm that rolled through our last night there. Again the hosts were wonderful! i’d love to stay there again if I’m lucky enough to ever make it back to Myrtle Beach!

In need of TLC

The location of the property is great. The place is in need of much needed TLC. The ceiling is falling in places, the toilet wouldn't work in the master bath, and place hasnt been updated in a long time. It did have everything needed for our two night stay. It comes with 1 dishwasher soap pack, 1 paper towel roll. Etc. I feel like there are much better values for the money spent.

Beachfront with Great Ocean Views

This property was located right on the beach, and the area offers many amenities within walking distance. The facility did a great job keeping the pool and hot tub clean daily. The condo was as advertised, but if I had to identify one drawback, it was the 3rd bedroom that was extremely small and had a pair of twin beds in it. Having two young adult men (6' 2" & 6' 4"), this was not an ideal sleeping arrangement, and thankfully, the couch was pullout, so it slept the larger teen. The owners were great, communicated regularly, and even provided us with a pizza dinner last evening. This would be an ideal place for a family with small children. I would consider renting this property again, but it would have to be with only an adult couple for sleeping arrangements. If it had a true 3rd bedroom, this would have been a 5-star review.

Condo was nice. If I had to list anything we were disappointed in was the size of the third bedroom and the size of both commodes in the bathrooms. They were so small and low making it difficult to older adults to use

Thanks to the owners for a great vacation. The room was clean when we arrived, and there was great communication with them the whole time. They even bought us pizza one night!

What a view!!

2 Great balconies with good seating to watch the waves roll in. Living area also had ample seating. Hosts were quick to answer questions and easy to work with. Location is great and within walking distance of many restaurants. The parking was easy to access and elevators were quick. Love the seating outside the pool area, too!

Family vacation

My family and I loved our stay here. There was plenty of kid friendly actives and we loved the view we had from our unit. The host was very receptive and accommodating. Would highly recommend booking with them 😊

Amazing!

The property was amazing! Spacious, clean and all the comforts of home. The balconies had great views and the property is in a great location where its close enough to everything but also quite. Property owners were very gracious and took great care of us!!

View Well Worth It!!

Overall amazing experience with this property. The owners were super easy to get ahold of and helpful while there. Location of the property is amazing. Close to everything! Condo suited us well for our group. The kids room was a little tight, but it served it’s purpose! House was filled with little extras that made the stay super enjoyable. Would definitely come back!!

Close to shops

Had a great time and everyone was so nice and friendly. Close to EVERYTHING we needed. Could take short walk to pier and shops. The condo was amazing very nice balcony all 5 of us could play card games at night and look at the ocean. Thanks Mary and Dave.

Myrtle Beach

We were there for a birthday celebration. The view was beautiful. Every morning the sunrise was amazing. There was a small issue with the garbage disposal but the owners were quick to have it fixed. The condo was clean and the location was perfect. Everything was in walking distance. I would book again at this location. Mary & Dave were great.

Has a wonderful view, however… Dryer did not work, was told all week maintenance was coming to fix and they never did, the outlet in the bedroom is shorted out. I don’t think we will book again, considering we paid over 2,000 for this and it wasn’t worth it. The 3rd bedroom is more of a closet, kids didn’t have any room, and the tv did not work

Million dollar view and location

Everything was as expected and more the place was easy to find and plenty of room for everyone. Was one of the better vacations I have had.

Our first visit to Myrtle Beach was a case of mistaken identity. I thought it was famous for something else, but when we arrived, we fell in love. We felt at home from that first visit.
We purchased our condo about 4 years ago and have been making upgrades as we can.
We like to think our beach home is similar to the beach, it's never exactly the same each time we come back to it.
We hope that you feel welcome and at home in our beach home.

We fell in love with this property because every box was checked. We wanted ocean front, check;We wanted an ocean front master bedroom, check; We wanted enough room for our family, check; We wanted 2 bathrooms, check; We wanted a kitchen and in-room laundry, check and check. When we saw the amazing views from the windows we said "million dollar view" and then we made it happen.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

The unique benefit of our condo is the very large "patio". We have not seen another property in Myrtle Beach with a balcony this large, a must-see.
