Vistas increíbles - Ocean Front 3BR Condo!

Nuestro apartamento en el Palms Resort es nuestro hogar lejos de casa. Estamos en el 3er piso (unidad 301) y tienen 3 dormitorios (2 con camas King size), 2 cuartos de baño completo, y puede dormir 8. Tenemos una cocina completa y un comedor con capacidad para 8. Incluso tenemos una "chimenea". Tenemos 2 balcones con vista al mar y piscina interior / exterior y bañeras de hidromasaje.

Nuestro complejo consta de 2 edificios, el edificio al sur se ubica la piscina / jacuzzis interiores y la sala de entrenamiento.

Estamos situado en el edificio norte y sólo tienen 2 unidades de los apartamentos por piso. También tenemos en cuenta las 2 plazas de aparcamiento.

El dormitorio principal tiene una cama extra grande y TV de pantalla plana, un reproductor ray / DVD azul, un vestidor, un baño y una puerta a la terraza grande con una vista increíble del océano.

Nuestro segundo dormitorio también tiene una cama tamaño King y un televisor de pantalla plana y un balcón "Julieta".

Nuestra tercera, pequeña, dormitorio con 2 camas individuales.

Nuestra sala de estar tiene la vista "millón de dólares" del Océano Atlántico, un sofá-cama con un colchón de tamaño queen, una "chimenea", un televisor de pantalla plana y un reproductor de "inteligente" Blue ray / DVD con Internet (Netflix, Youtube ) el acceso y salida a 2 balcones con vista al mar.

Nuestra cocina tiene electrodomésticos de tamaño normal; incluyendo un lavavajillas, microondas, horno, heladera con hielo, una tostadora y cafetera y una lavadora y secadora.

Nuestra mesa de la cena es pub con una altura perezoso-Susan y asientos integrado de 8.

Hay pisos nuevos (primavera de 2016) a lo largo.

Property as described. We loved the ocean view from the balconies. Great access to beach. The condo needs a little updating but didn’t interfere with our stay. Unit was very musty smelling upon arrival but improved when air conditioning was turned down. Excellent communication with owners and they provided helpful information about some of their local favorite spots to dine.

Great Beachfront Getaway

Great view with everything you need to enjoy the beach. Condo could use updating, dresser in the very small third room was unusable, but overall it was nice. The one big issue was cleaning. Very dusty, we found Mentos in the cubbies, cobwebs, and things were definitely not moved and cleaned under.

Family vacation

My family and I loved our stay here. There was plenty of kid friendly actives and we loved the view we had from our unit. The host was very receptive and accommodating. Would highly recommend booking with them 😊

Amazing!

The property was amazing! Spacious, clean and all the comforts of home. The balconies had great views and the property is in a great location where its close enough to everything but also quite. Property owners were very gracious and took great care of us!!

What a view!!

2 Great balconies with good seating to watch the waves roll in. Living area also had ample seating. Hosts were quick to answer questions and easy to work with. Location is great and within walking distance of many restaurants. The parking was easy to access and elevators were quick. Love the seating outside the pool area, too!

We booked seven nights and left early.The unit was not clean when we arrived. On our third night my wife developed extensive bites. The next morning we pulled back the bedding and found dark spotting along the mattress and quilt seams and blood staining on the linens.She was seen that day at an emergency department in Myrtle Beach. The treating physician assessed the bites as bedbug bites and issued bedbug bite discharge instructions. I later developed bites as well and was also treated. Four of us stayed in the unit, including two children.We vacated three nights early and paid out of pocket for other lodging because we could not sleep there. We notified the owners and the booking platform in writing the same day, with photographs.Inspect the mattress seams, the quilt seams and the headboard with a flashlight before you unpack. That is where we found it.

We are sorry this guest’s stay ended early and that members of their party experienced a concerning situation. As soon as we were notified, we arranged for a licensed pest-control professional to inspect the condo the following day. The inspection found no evidence of current bed-bug activity, including no live or dead bed bugs, and the technician proactively treated all beds. We take cleanliness and guest safety seriously. The condo is professionally maintained and receives regular preventative pest service; in more than 10 years of ownership, we have not had a prior issue of bed bugs. We remain committed to responding promptly to any guest concern and to maintaining a clean, comfortable home for every stay.

Very Nice!

We truly enjoyed our stay in this lovely condo. Great location in the middle of the strip which enabled us to travel north to Barefoot Landing and south to Murrells Inlet with just short 10 - 15 minute drives. The unit has everything you need. Very nice!

Excellent Stay!

Our stay was great. From the moment we walked in until the moment we left, we had an exceptional time. The hosts were awesome with constant communication and no complaints. Being directly on the beach and within walking distance to the convention center for our daughter’s dance competition was a high priority and this place met both of those criteria. I would highly recommend this location to anyone looking to spend quality time with friends or family in Myrtle Beach. What made our trip even more exciting was dealing with the tropical storm that rolled through our last night there. Again the hosts were wonderful! i’d love to stay there again if I’m lucky enough to ever make it back to Myrtle Beach!

Amazing

I have so many wonderful things to say about this experience. We walked in and felt like we had found our home away from home. It was clean and bright, everything was in working order, all the amenities of home in a beautiful location. The beach was right there and easy to access. One of our highlights was drinking coffee watching the sun rise on the balcony while the dolphins swam by.

Beautiful Condo

The condo was perfect for my parents and my children. The twin bed room was cozy, but who spends all their time I. The room anyway. The master had breathtaking views. Mary and Dave were very quick to respond when we had questions. Excellent hosts. We will definitely stay here again if we head back down to Myrtle Beach! Thank you!!!!

Condo was nice. If I had to list anything we were disappointed in was the size of the third bedroom and the size of both commodes in the bathrooms. They were so small and low making it difficult to older adults to use

In need of TLC

The location of the property is great. The place is in need of much needed TLC. The ceiling is falling in places, the toilet wouldn't work in the master bath, and place hasnt been updated in a long time. It did have everything needed for our two night stay. It comes with 1 dishwasher soap pack, 1 paper towel roll. Etc. I feel like there are much better values for the money spent.

Our first visit to Myrtle Beach was a case of mistaken identity. I thought it was famous for something else, but when we arrived, we fell in love. We felt at home from that first visit.
We purchased our condo about 4 years ago and have been making upgrades as we can.
We like to think our beach home is similar to the beach, it's never exactly the same each time we come back to it.
We hope that you feel welcome and at home in our beach home.

We fell in love with this property because every box was checked. We wanted ocean front, check;We wanted an ocean front master bedroom, check; We wanted enough room for our family, check; We wanted 2 bathrooms, check; We wanted a kitchen and in-room laundry, check and check. When we saw the amazing views from the windows we said "million dollar view" and then we made it happen.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

The unique benefit of our condo is the very large "patio". We have not seen another property in Myrtle Beach with a balcony this large, a must-see.
