Dos maestros, cada uno con un baño privado completo, 2 habitaciones para niños (habitación con literas con 3 camas individuales y 1 cama completa, otra habitación con cama doble y cama nido) y sofá en una amplia sala de estar.

Great Place to Stay

We had a great time and enjoyed our stay very much! Easy walk to the pool, short drive to the beach, tons of space for large groups and very clean. Highly recommend this place to anyone.

Great house in good location

The house was clean and the location was great. We were close to the beach, shopping & restaurants. Gayle was very responsive to any questions we had. Would definitely recommend.

Great House

There was plenty of room for fun. The balconies are great and the are for grilling is a cool place to hang out. The beach access is close by and close to either Padre or Port A for restaurants and stores.

Beautiful Home. First class!!!

We had a group stay the weekend for a fishing tournament. Felt bad that we had so many vehicles and boat trailers, but had no complaints from neighbors. Great community and the owners have the home outfitted with everything you could need. Great experience and would definitely recommend.

Very nice!

My family and I enjoyed our stay at the Blue Haven and had a great weekend. The beds were very comfortable, plenty of extra blankets and the decks were beautiful. We enjoyed grilling and sitting under the little palm tree hut. The only bummer was that we couldn't access the beach directly from the property and had to drive. Luckily it's only a little ways down the road. Oh, and we loved having access to the community pool for those times when we we needed a break from the beach. We would definitely stay here again.

Amazing beach house

The Bella Vista is an amazing property. Perfect for our family trip. Everything was perfect except the listing said there was an elevator and there was not. My senior parents came for the day and the elevator was one of the reasons they came, climbing the 2 flights of stairs was difficult for them. Other than that it was perfect. Thank you for sharing your beach house with us!

House is clean and well stocked. Everything was in working order. We would stay again

The set up really worked for us as we had two families staying there together. Everything appeared new and clean in the house. Plenty of toilet paper, trash bags, towels, and shampoo which we have found insufficient at other rental units. Only slight issue is the proximity to the beach. We saw no other option but to go through the Mayan princess to walk to the beach. We avoided the front desk and never received an access code to return from the beach. We happened to over hear other Mayan guests yelling what the code was so we used it.

Definitely coming back!

We stayed for a few days leading into Memorial Day in 2024. The house is fantastic! The neighborhood pool is great. Gayle was very accommodating and responsive. The house comes stocked with more than what I expected! The only complaint I see from others is that there isn’t direct beach access. I could care less. We’ve stayed in houses and condo buildings with immediate beach access and we will be coming back to this house over those. This is the Texas coast, which means everyone drives to the beach, on the beach, etc. This property is about a mile from one of the main access roads, so it’s super convenient. Thank you again for a wonderful getaway!

Views are breathtaking! Neighborhood is super friendly. The energy of the island is wonderful!

The property is adorable! Breathtaking views! Very spacious! There were 6 of us and it was way more than enough room! Very quaint neighborhood!! Definitely would rent again!

Great stay

Very nice and well equipped house with a great host. Highly recommend. Do note that there is not beach access in the neighborhood, you must drive to the public beach access, but it was convenient and easy—particularly since you can drive on the beach.

Great space for a large family

Wonderful place. We do wish that there had been a way to walk to the beach, but it is really only accessible by driving a mile down the road and turning on to beach access road 2. Still, was a great set up and very comfortable.

Overall the property was clean and easy access from the road. This was perfect for our families. Very good layout of the rooms. The only problem was that we were not able to use the deck due to mosquitoes. I am not sure if it was this time of the year that mosquitoes were everywhere or it was due to hurricane that came a week before our stay. Other than mosquitoes issue we had a great time and the ocean view was excellent.

Beach house without a beach

The house was gorgeous, very well appointed and all you would need. We were disappointed that there was no way to access the beach due to the subdivision between the house and the beach that had changed, and we were “fenced out” and not able to get around. You had to drive down the main road in either direction, park and STILL walk and tote all of your gear. No morning walks on the beach, etc. Had this been revealed in the listing we would have chosen another place. It might work for others that don’t care about access to the beach.

Last summer getaway before school!

Our family had a great time at the Blue Haven, it’s a beautiful home and we enjoyed the wonderful decks, community pool, the sitting area by the bar b a pit and of course the beach! Kitchen is stocked with all the items needed to cook meals and we loved the quiet community!
