Nuestra casa de playa está ubicada a la vuelta de la esquina de la playa en Stockton Avenue. A poca distancia están la playa, el paseo marítimo, muchos restaurantes y atracciones en todo el histórico Cape May. La ubicación central es perfecta para que su familia explore y luego se reagrupe en la espaciosa terraza o en la gran sala. Perfect location

My boyfriend and I had a great time staying here. It’s spacious and the location is perfect for walking to the beach, restaurants and shops near by. Will definitely be booking again next summer!

Wonderful family weekend!

The home is inviting and cozy. Quick walk to the beach and local activities. Found everything to be extremely clean. Interactions with the homeowner were pleasant. Very accommodating and genuinely wanted us to enjoy our stay. Highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a great place to stay!

Location location location

We’ve vacationed in Cape May for years but this was the first time with our adult kids and their families. The house was very comfortable with plenty of outdoor space for the grandkids. Great place to gather and keep an eye on the kids. Easy walk to the beach and Washington mall.

Wonderful Cape May

We thoroughly enjoyed our week in Cape May. This house has a beautiful front porch and back deck to enjoy morning coffee and evening cocktails. Short walk to the beach and slightly longer stroll to the mall with all the shops and restaurants! Quiet street with off street parking. Very relaxing!

A wonderful Cape May home

Our family had a truly lovely time at this impeccably maintained, perfectly located home in Cape May. It is an easy walk to the beach, stores, restaurants, and everything else one might want. The home itself is spacious and attractive--even nicer than the pictures. It's been a pleasure dealing with the owners. Highly recommend!

Fabulous house

We greatly enjoyed our stay at Sapna’s house. We were with several families and children. The layout of the house is fantastic for a group. Everything was spotless, kitchen was well-equipped. We just loved the outdoor shower, both porches, the proximity to the beach and shops/restaurants. Thank you!!

Cape May vacation

We enjoyed the house very much. Close to beach and mall for shopping. Also close to restaurants. Neighbor hood is very pleasant. Kitchen is very well supplied and efficient. The deck and front porch are wonderful to sit at and relax. The front porch was especially lovely but can get warm in afternoon so wish it had ceiling fans. We had a wonderful time and will be our place to stay every year!

HI Marie, Thanks for your feedback and I'm sorry about the issues you encountered, we will certainly work to fix them. When you mentioned the ant issue during your stay, we had sent out our property manager with the spray for the ants. I do wish you had let us know that the issue wasn't fixed. Similarly for the other two points - we would have happily sent in a cleaning crew/repair man if we had known about them. The only issue we thought you had was the ant issue (where we sent in our property manager, btw - our regular pest control company had a covid issue). In any event, thank you for letting us know about these points and we will absolutely work on fixing them. Warm regards,

30th Reunion - Cape May Charm

Fabulous time at a wonderful home. The porches were the perfect place to reconnect with our community and celebrate 30 years of friendship and joy. The bedrooms were charming and house well cared. Wonderful memories made. The owners were accommodating and accessible. Location perfect for our needs ~ close to the beach and to town center. Delightful. Would not hesitate from coming again!

Wonderful house and great location

The location was spectacular (1 block to beach). The house was as described and pictured. Very comfortable in September weather. We stayed with a 4 year old and 4 month old and were able to keep everyone happy and sleeping well. So, kid friendly. Plenty of parking in the back. Pretty well equipped kitchen, etc. Didn't find ourselves missing much and we cooked at the house a good bit. The cleanliness on arrival left something to be desired. We highlighted this issue with the owner who acknowledged they are having problems with the current cleaning staff and are looking to replace them. The owner was responsive to our feedback. If not for the dirty counters and floor, this would have been perfect.

Great vacation home in walking distance to everything!

Fantastic home! I love the front covered porch and the back deck, both great living spaces to hang out and relax. The rooms are great and spacious. It was great to have multiple bedrooms to choose from and was family friendly with a crib in one room, option of a bed rail and some other kid friendly amenities. It was also nice to have beach chairs and other beach items available to use so that we did not have to bring our own. The owners were available and quick to respond with any questions that I had, thank you! We loved how accessible everything was from the house. We were one block walk to the beach. There is a restaurant two blocks from the house to the left and then if you go the other way, about 3 blocks in you hit the main town full of restaurants, stores, arcades, etc. We loved not having to drive every where. We did venture out to the Cape May Zoo (about 20 minutes on the GSP), to the Cape May Brewery, and Cape May Lighthouse (both approx .10 minute drive). We had so much to see that we will have to come back again!

Family time

Wonderful house!

This house was perfect for our group of 5 adults and 2 kids. It was a great location, so close to the beach, and just a quick walk to town/most restaurants. The owners were so kind and accommodating. We absolutely loved our stay.

Beautiful home, great location.

Beautiful 5 bedroom home. Very well organized and maintained. Had Parking and you can walk to beach. We booked this house on short notice, less than 24 hours and owners were able to make it happen with the cleaners and prep work. Had a great stay and all my children loved it.

Girls Weekend in March!

We had a great time!! The owner was so nice to deal with. Off season so we were able to check in earlier which was nice. Rented a golf cart for back and forth to town for shopping & food - but walked to beach etc. Loved it! Will definitely be back!

Spacious Retreat

Had a wonderful time at the house. Gorgeous rear porch with privacy and a front porch that was very nice. Kitchen and living areas were clean and spacious. Short walk to the beach and the downtown shopping center!

Hi! We are a family of five (2 adults and 3 children) and bought this house in 2016 to give our children memories of the beach! We hope you enjoy it as much as we do. We loved walking home if we forgot something and the kids loved going to the arcade when they wanted a break from the beach!

On our third house-hunting trip to Cape May, our realtor showed us this place and we immediately fell in love with it! We knew the front porch was where we would all come to relax and play games after a long day at the beach. We wanted a place where we could leave our worries behind and just unwind.... Eight seasons later - we love this more than ever! We have families who have been coming to our house for more than 10 years - make your memories here!

So close to the beach, you can hear the seagulls in the morning and the waves at night! Walking distance to restaurants, shops and the Cape May promenade - park your car and never drive again till you leave! In 2023, we put in a brand new kitchen, new furniture and beds and a new outdoor shower.
