Situado en el PGA West TPC-Estadio de golf. Experiencia excelentes vistas al hoyo 13 par 3 verde, montañas de la zona y la salida del sol / puesta del sol. Dos dormitorios, dos cuartos de baño con den. cocina completamente equipada, con comedor abierto y grandes zonas de la habitación. Todo nuevo y muy bien amueblada con televisores en cada habitación y sala de estar. Un amplio patio al frente con una nueva zona de barbacoa de gas natural y de comedor. El patio trasero tiene acogedoras fogata y sillas giratorias con panorámicas vistas a la montaña, lago y el golf. La piscina y el jacuzzi son pasos para un escape increíble desierto!

Great Location

Location is the best quality of this property. Host is very accommodating and communication is great. Just a pleasure to be in this condo for 2 weeks, March of 2025.

Golf Heaven

The condo is very close to many great golf courses. The view from the patio of the PGA West Stadium course's 13th green is as pictured. It was fun to watch golfers play the 13th hole with varying levels of success; many balls in the water hazard but many great shots too! The condo is very well-appointed. All of the rooms are very spacious. Everything you need and more in the kitchen. Comfortable beds with high quality linens. This property was perfect for us and we will definitely re-book if it is available for our next trip to the Palm Springs area.

Beautiful Place on the Golf Course

We went with another couple, so it was perfect with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms where each couple had our own private space. It was also very nice touches, for example a new bar of dove soap, a new sponge in the kitchen. There was plenty of garbage bags, cleaning supplies etc. Views were stunning! Security could be a bit tight, but once it was sorted it was all good.

FABULOUS spot to relax and unwind!

We've been going to the desert for over 25 years and have stayed in all the "suburbs" of Palm Springs. We LOVE LaQuinta for the mountains and the views. You can't get any closer to the mountains in the other areas. You do have to drive everywhere if you stay here but the area is being built up so things are much closer than in years past. Not always a good thing. We've stayed in this PGA West Stadium location before on the 11th hole, but this unit, on the 13th hole was much better for laughs as we couldn't get enough of the balls kerplunking in the water. It was so fun to watch and interact with the golfers on the green (initiated by them when they saw us). As other reviews mentioned, this unit is kind of bare bones. Adequate, comfortable and most especially CLEAN!. It could use a bit more furniture, some lamps for reading for overall, I would highly recommend and would rent again. The back patio has a really nice fire table with 4 swivel rockers as well as 2 loungers. We were out there all the time enjoying the golfers. The front patio has a nice grill and a pomelo tree for vodka grapefruit happy hour drinks! :-) Also, the pool is only another unit away and it was heated to about 83 which in January was lovely as well as using the hot tub. Sara was super easy to deal with too. We were stopping in Malibu first and were not sure we would be able to rent our place there due to the wildfires. This place was backup but we didn't need to use it. Thanks Sara!

Sun, warm and relaxation

We found the villa to have fairly comfortable beds, was overall clean, and had 2 enjoyable patios to relax in the plush furniture with a low patio table complete with built-in fire feature. We appreciated the adequate supply of bath linens for in house and swimming pool. The vista of the 13th green and mountains were both entertaining and relaxing. My recommendation would be to have all the lights working since some pot lights and a patio light were burned out and have more powerful bulbs in the bedroom lamps for reading. It would have been better ambiance and much more pleasant to have a lamp for reading in the living room next to the sectional. A final recommendation would be for some art work on the 10' high by 20' wide living room dining room wall which was completely bare giving the room a very cold and empty appearance. Cheap canvases could certainly be found to cozy up the room. The kitchen was well stocked and we appreciated the wine, water and coffee left. The fridge needs to be balanced properly so the right hand door when opened and let go does not slam against the cupboards. I am disappointed paying a huge fee only to find the above issues in a rental. I would rate it at 3.5 because of these issues... otherwise it would be 4.5 to 5. Fresh paint would make a huge difference as well. I would appreciate being contacted if the necessary minor maintenance was completed since I would consider renting this unit for 6 to 8 weeks.
