Esta INCREÍBLE Ultimate Beach House duerme hasta 30 personas en camas.  No hay sofás cama. Hay 5 cuartos de baño king, todos perfectamente diseñados para la comodidad y el lujo combinados. Todas tienen amplios baños privados. Hay 2 habitaciones con literas, ambas con 2 literas queen sobre queen cada una para los niños, ¡o incluso los adultos pueden sentirse cómodos en estas literas personalizadas!

El piso principal es un amplio plan de piso abierto con una gran cocina, 2 refrigeradores, 2 hornos, 2 lavaplatos y una máquina de hielo, una gran isla para entretener o preparar sus comidas. Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The place was beautiful, and it was exactly as pictured. It was VERY clean. Beds were very comfortable, and all of the appliances are top notch. We comfortably fit 24 adults and a few children in the house and did not feel, at any point, that we were invading spaces. The owners were very communicative from beginning to end. HIGHLY recommend this house if you are traveling with a large party!

Bachelorette Trip

We had a group of 18 stay for my bachelorette party this past weekend and it was amazing. The property was so beautiful and it's a superb location. Management was easy to get connected to and everybody we spoke with along the way was incredibly pleasant. We will be staying here again for future family and friend vacations!

The property was nice. It was big enough for our group. But we encountered problems from the day we arrived. We received a call 30 minutes before check in and we were told the bottom floor AC was not working, but they would send maintenance over to put in some portable units. Upon arrival, the maintenance guy was there and installed two units. But one started leaking water! It was a quick fix, but just annoying that we had to mop up water!! Finally 2 days later, the part arrived and the AC was fixed. Other problems encountered were the elevator not working the entire time we were there (and this was a 3 story house) and a clogged master bath sink. Maintenance attempted to fix the elevator, but it never worked! As for the sink, a part was broken and it could not be fixed! We spent the majority of our vacation with the maintenance team! As for the pool, it was nice, but the area around the pool was not well maintained. The furniture was dirty and could have used a good pressure washer washing. As for the barbecue pit, my husband and brother in law spent 30 minutes cleaning it before we could use it. Kelsey was a big help in getting maintenance over to help with the problems. It was just annoying that we paid so much for the property and had so many problems. All these things should have been addressed prior to our arrival.

Being notified of the AC outage right before arrival, dealing with a leaking portable unit, and waiting two days for the repair is not the experience we want for our guests. We also understand how frustrating it was to have the elevator out of service and a master sink that couldn’t be repaired during your stay. We are sorry that the ongoing visits from the maintenance team took time away from your vacation. The pool area and grill should have been better prepared before your arrival, and we’re addressing those concerns with our team. We are glad Kelsey was helpful throughout, but recognize the overall inconvenience overshadowed the home’s size and layout. We appreciate your feedback and are using it to improve guest readiness moving forward.

Great Multifamily Home

We stayed here with 6 different families and a TON of children. Everyone had their own bathroom and bedroom, which was great. The kids loved the bunk beds. It’s a short walk to the beach and easy access to all the neighboring towns. We will for sure consider returning!

Amazing!!

This property is amazing. The house is stunning and has everything you need. It has an elevator in it, the bedding was so comfortable and the bike ride was the perfect distance to go get a coffee or go to the shops. 10/10 would recommend!

Great vacation house

This house was amazing! The house was cleaner perfectly, everything worked as expected. Our garbage disposal stopped working one evening and the property team sent someone to fix it within the hour, which was great. The house has gorgeous views of the ocean, and the beach access is right across the street. Overall, we would definately book this property again.

Wonderful Experience!

We went for a bachelorette and we had the best time! The property company was easy to work with and the house was everything and more! Unfortunately, we weren’t notified that the grill wasn’t working and construction was happening next door, but our main contact brought a grill the next day and they were very accommodating. We hope to come back again!

Long February weekend

The property is visually and pragmatically striking, from the first second walking in the door. High ceilings, great fixtures, everything you would expect of a home of this quality. We did have a few minor incidents during our stay that were promptly remedied and addressed by management or others. The walk to the beach is less than a minute, and the location is exceptional as well, with seacrest to the west, and Alys Beach and Rosemary to the east. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Just what we needed.

We were after a house with multiple king bedrooms. This property gave us that and some. Eight adults and five children under 4. With bad weather from Sally, we were glad we had the space to move around. Had several issues that were not fault of property ( A/C and plumbing) but these were resolved in timely manner with the help of Kelsi, property representative. Biggest issue we had with house was kitchen utensils, specifically the non-stick fry pans. These should have replaced a long time ago. Most of Teflon on one of them was worn off ie. health hazard. A property of this level should take better notice of this and replace when needed. TV was good but only two tv’s could get local channels. Pool was great and can’t beat the location (unless you’re right on beach). Would definitely stay here again (assuming fry pans replaced).

Incredible home - perfect for a large family vacation

This home EASILY accommodated our group of 13 people with room and amenities to spare. Top notch home, very clean and well maintained. Great location, close to everything.

Incredible house for a large group! We had 5 families in our group! Plenty of room for everyone!

Family gathering

This house was magical for our family get together. 9 kids absolutely loved the pool and third floor. The whole family commented how incredible the house was! We definitely want to make it a yearly thing now

Bach Party Approved

I stayed at this beautiful property with 15 girls for my bachelorette and it was a wonderful experience all around! The home was stunning and offered everything we needed and then some. The management company was responsive, accommodating and very kind. The only thing that was tough to work around was the early morning check out. However, management was kind enough to let us keep our belongings by the pool as we explored the beach town/before we took off from the airport. Another thing to note is there is a LOT of construction in the area (management cannot control this obviously), and we are all coughing a ton from the debris. It was also challenging to walk around the area (only a smart portion of the street) where the sidewalk was getting remodeled. I anticipate that the construction will settle soon. Nonetheless, I recommend this home for groups of all sizes and needs- from family reunions to bach parties, this home has it all!

Great house!

We loved our stay! It was the perfect beach getaway at a beautiful house. Our only issue was the massive amounts of flys flying around the kitchen and living room. Seemed to be a problem as soon as we arrived. The toilets needed some plumbing fixed but the property management came to fix. Overall a great stay if the fly problem can be fixed.
