Wonderful stay!

We stayed for 6 weeks and this wonderful home and could have stayed longer if time permitted. Such a warm and comfortable home that suited all of our needs. The best was the outdoor space overlooking the canal which was so relaxing. Our hosts April and Rick were amazing people and took care of all of our needs!! Hope to be back next year!

Cape Coral Vacation

Our stay in Cape Coral was wonderful. April, the owner of the home, was very welcoming and helpful. She provided information on the area which helped us make plans for our week. The home is located in an area where it is easy to make day trips to the local beaches and state parks in the area.

Spring Break 2024

I booked this place based on the great reviews and I was not disappointed. The home was beautiful with fantastic views of the water. We loved the heated pool and spa. April (the property owner) goes above and beyond to make sure you have a fantastic stay. I would absolutely recommend this property to anyone! This house is even better than advertised and Cape Coral is a wonderful area.

LOCATION, LOCATION, LOATION!!!!

This rental checks all the boxes, location, comfort, cleanliness, excellent hosts. The location is perfect for boating, relaxing by the pool or by the canal, the home is so comfortable inside and out, it's immaculately clean, and the hosts couldn't be more accomodating. They were helpful in every way. Can't say enough about this wonderful vacation rental. We look forware to planning another trip there again.

Comfortable, beautiful, and quiet neighborhood

The house had everything you could want in kitchen and supplies. The pool and view is wonderful! April the owner goes out of her way to make sure you have everything you need.she was one of the best owners we have had with vbro. The street is very quiet and safe. We highly recommend this home!

Fun and relaxing

We had a wonderful time in this house for Thanksgiving week. It was very clean and comfortable. We loved the pool area, jacuzzi, and water view. We were able to dock our boat rental in the back. The owners were very friendly and helpful. We cooked in the kitchen and on the grill. It was a great experience and we would love to come back.

HALCYON

Extremely happy, peaceful, and Picturesque. The definition of halcyon and how my husband and I felt staying here for most of January, February, and March. I’m hating writing this review because I know as soon as the secret is out more will want it. LOL I haveve to write it though for April and Rick...the owners we met who were so gracious and accommodating. We loved them both. The house is in a great location, close to restaurants, parks, shopping, and beaches but still you feel you are on your own oasis with a wonderful water view. It is equipped with everything you would want for your time away from home. April is next door attending to anything that you might have an issue with but never making you feel she is in your space. We loved her! Bottom line, it’s a great place and I’d give it 10 stars if I could. I personally highly recommend it.

Wonderful house

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this property and the host, the pictures don't do the home justice. The house is immaculate and the pool overlooking the canal is beautiful. It's so serene first thing in the morning watching the manatees swim by and in the evening watching the sun set. When we weren't out and about my family spent the majority of the time on the lanai, which honestly if you never left the house would still be the perfect place to spend the week. We look forward to going back!

Spring break

We chose this place because of all the great reviews and they are all spot on! The house is wonderful, very clean, roomy, and it accommodated all our wants and needs. The pool and view are exceptional! The host, April, is terrific. She was so kind to us n our kids and even shared their side of the dock as my son ran back n forth to fish the canal. We couldn’t be happier, worth every penny.

WOW! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

What a beautiful, spotless home, well stocked, Amazing Hosts and so many great amenities. April always responded immediately to any questions, which meant a lot. She checked on us regularly to make sure all was good. We loved relaxing in the wonderful spa or pool or just sitting on the Lanai, enjoying the Awesome view and boats going by. Great restaurants, shops, Fort Meyer Beach, Sanibel and Captiva Islands so close. Her list of sights to see, and restaurants was truly appreciated and used! Wonderful friendly, quiet neighborhood . Need I say more! No need to second guess renting this gorgeous home. Roger and I feel Thankful, Grateful and Truly Blessed to have had their home, for our home, away from home! We Thank April and Keith for being such caring, wonderful hosts and making us feel so comfortable. We feel we made new friends and will Definitely be back next year to escape the snow and cold for a couple of months. We wish you both many Blessings awaiting! 🙏🤗

great vacation!

April was a terrific host and the house could not have been better equipped! They even loaned us their fishing poles and anything I asked about was answered right away. The house is light and spacious and a great location.

Could not have been better!

Cannot thank our host April more for the wonderful vacation we had in this beautiful home and community! We had never been to the area and she ensured we had an amazing time on this property and around town. We loved that we could bring our jet skis and dock them in the backyard canal. Special thanks April for rescuing us at the boat launch during a summer storm when Uber failed us! Also have to note the pool and patio with beautiful views helped complete our wonderful experience. We highly recommend April, her hospitality, this property and this area!

Fabulous stay!

We come to Ft. Myers every other month and We always stay at this location. The owner, April, is the best. The house is always neat, clean and stocked with lots of towels and kitchen items. The location to restaurants , parks and shopping is great. You will love this place.

Great Weekend

April was an attentive hostess for the entire time we were at the house. Loved the pool and the view! The kitchen was amazing! I wanted for absolutely nothing! There were even toothpicks! Great location too!

Clean and relaxing

A great time in South west Florida

We stayed in this house 10 days. Our stay was excellent. The house is very nice – decorated well, everything works. It is well maintained. All surfaces, the boat dock, the screens on the lanai, the walkways, etc., are in great condition. The kitchen and laundry are well stocked. She is a wonderful woman who pays close attention to this house and her guests. The house sits on a salt/brackish water canal, which is very large. Boats come by continuously. The pool and hot tub work well. Best of all, the property manager, April Cannon, lives next door, and is delightful and attentive. I surely recommend this house.

Great Tranquility of the Heart

This place was superb; my friends and I were looking to spend a short stay just to relax and we found this gem. Centrally located, minutes from just about anything. House has a beautiful screened pool, hot tub, and very comfortable beds. Just the perfect combination for a perfect getaway. April is the greatest Host; she will greet you with a very warm smile. She has the place very cleaned and well stocked with just about anything you would need. We found what we were looking for; peace and tranquility and forever I would be grateful to have found this gem!

Summer trip

We stayed at this beautiful house for a month and had an amazing time. The property is clean, spacious and had everything that we needed. My 8 year old had a blast at the pool and fishing of the deck. The neighborhood is very quiet as well. April was always accessible and ready to address our requests, not that we had many. Overall, we had a very nice stay and will be back! Thank you for everything!

Your own HIDDEN GEM!

This property was a perfect escape. April, the host, lives next door so she’s right there if you need anything. The property is super clean, the lawn manicured, the heated pool and hot tub were perfect ways to spend days and eves. The pool is, tastefully, completely screened in so not one bug bight! Ok....my wife got ONE. Grill ready to go for you and your fav fish/ meat/ veg. Go fishing off the dock. Look for all the wild life that flies or swims by the property. Other than the grocery store or exploring a bit........no need to go anywhere. However location wise, GREAT: right on the canal, close to shops and restaurants. About 30 mins to Ft. Myers Beach and 20-25 mins to the more laid back Sanibel Island Beaches. My kids, 5 and 7, had a BLAST and my wife could rest in a truly tranquil property. The hosts were AWESOME! April and Rick are 2 of the sweetest people we’ve ever met in renting properties. Uber gracious and kind. They’re the kind of people you keep in touch with. That says a lot. Trust me, if we are in the Ft. Myers area again........this is our spot! A BIG THANK YOU from ALL of us to both April and Rick.......and Meeko!

Sip your morning coffee while sitting on the huge lanai overlooking the pool and hot tub and watch the manatees and dolphins swim by and tons of boat traffic on the wide open Rubicon Canal. This is just an amazing gorgeous spot. Lots of wildlife. This is a very unique and special place.
