Great location and house!

We stayed at the house for Christmas Stroll and it was awesome!! Spacious rooms and everyone had their own bathroom and TV. Short walk to town. Cozy fireplace!!Would 100% book again!

Gorgeous house and great location

This house is absolutely stunning! Spotless and lots of space for our group of 8. Also the location was fantastic. We were able to walk to town and to Jettie beach. We will be back! Thank you for a great weekend!

Beautiful home close to town

I stayed with a group of 6 women. The house was spacious and modern. Everything was clean and Patience was responsive. I would stay here again!

Fantastic stay

The house itself is fantastic - pictures do not do this place justice. It is spacious, new, clean, well-equipped, and the outdoor area is awesome. The location is great as well, close enough to walk to town and beach. Moreover, Patience was extremely responsive and accommodating. Would definitely come back!

Nantucket visit

The house was beautiful and perfect for our family of 8. The listing was very accurate and owner,Patience, was wonderful to deal with. The house was a little further outside of town than expected but still walkable. We had a wonderful time and would go to this property again! Thank you!

Fall weekend

10 pilgrim is the most pristine rental property you can find. The house feels like it’s brand new, immaculately kept and so well appointed with kitchen ware, outdoor furniture, beach furniture. The host Patience is amazing and we can’t thank her enough for helping accommodate our late schedule change.

October Sunshine

If you have never been to Nantucket and want to visit, October is the best time to view the island. And this is the house to stay at. Perfect location. We walked to town almost daily. Enough bedrooms and bathrooms for 4 couples or a large family. Gas fireplace, both inside and outside, for those cool refreshing nights. Nice and private with 15 foot greenery all around. Patience, the property manager, was a pleasure to work with. She was very communicative and flexible. We would definitely stay here again.

No running water for half a day

Overall, the location is good (near downtown) and the house is nice. We had to check in late because the cleaners weren’t finished at the check in time. Additionally, we had a wedding and we lost water in the entire house from 6am to 3pm which was a huge inconvenience. Overall stay experience was below par due to the lack of running water (toilets, water, drinking water).

Beautiful and clean home

We had a wonderful stay at this property in early September. The 4 of us each had our own en suite bedroom. The kitchen area was very nice and the living room with a flat screen Tv (all the bedrooms had as well) was very comfortable. There is also a nice outdoor deck for eating meals outside if nice out. The home is a 15-20 minute walk from town so not bad if we walked in sneakers during the day, but a bit too far with wedges at night. We Ubered in the evenings. Overall, I would recommend this rental.

Friends reunite in Nantucket

There were 6 of us that have known each other since elementary school and we were celebrating our 60th birthdays. The house was the perfect amount of space for us, the back deck was the perfect place to hang out, and it was a great location. Less than a mile walk to get into town.

Decorated with art-full welcoming atmosphere

Well equipped kitchen with high end appliances and generous tableware for entertaining in and outside. Short walk to and from town for fine dining was relaxing and avoided the stress of searching for a parking space. Large outdoor shower and sunny southern deck and yard a pleasure! We would happily return to this home:-)

Perfect weekend getaway

We really enjoyed this property, there were 8 of us for a long weekend. The house is well appointed and we had everything we needed for the weekend and to enjoy some lobsters and wine for dinner one night! The backyard is very private and we enjoyed spending time outside in the mornings and afternoons. It was an easy walk and/or bike ride into town from the house. The sound system and fireplace were a great enjoyment on our nights in! Thank you for sharing your lovely home with us!

Fabulous and fresh style in nice location.

The home is well decorated and very comfortable. It’s basically a brand new house with new furnishings and high end finishes. We came for the Nantucket Wine Festival and were looking for a place close to town. Peace of Pilgrim was perfect!

Peace of Pilgrim - name of house

I loved this darling home. Such personality with cheerful, comfortable furnishings, quality kitchen appliances and fully(over) equipped for entertaining inside or out. We liked the office nook on second floor and den on lower level - extra spaces to hang out away from the main first floor living area. Trees and fence surround the yard so pleasant and private. Center of town is a ten minute walk and a 3 minute bike ride. Jetties and Steps Beach a few minutes away by car or a short walk. Looking forward to returning here another year!

Nice clean new rental, great location

The house is in a great location - 15 min walk to downtown, 10 min walk to Steps beach. Right near the Cliff bike path. The house is brand new, and has really nice finishes, and all the equipment you could need or want. We had an issue with the wifi one day and the property manager was easy to contact, and got it fixed right away. Will definitely rent again. Highly recommend.

Wonderful New House

I am a very picky traveler and was pleasantly surprised with this vacation rental. The house is just as pictured. It is new construction, clean and in a very nice area of Cliff. It has 4 large bedrooms - all very nicely decorated. The kitchen and dining room - are large and have nice appliances - which came in handy because we didn't want to eat out every night. Not far from the downtown - walking distance. The landlord was very helpful and always answered any questions in a timely manner. Really just a lovely property and we would rent again!
