Welcome to Casa Te Bonita, a modern villa furnished to a very high standard, situated between the Rubicon Marina & the famous Papagayo beaches, both a 15 min walk in either direction. Full mountain views to the left and only a 5 minute walk to the sea ensures an overall peaceful setting. The sun follows the villa around the patio and pool area all day making relaxing or unwinding in the evening even more enjoyable. With a supermarket & children's play area near by. Restaurants and car hire within 5 min walk convenience is guaranteed, Playa Blanca is a 30 min stroll or 3 euro in a taxi, Rubicon marina boasts quality reasonably priced restaurants, bars ,snack bars, full size bowling alley, mini golf and a shopping centre to suit all tastes. A relaxing atmosphere with the feeling of home will make your holiday perfect.
There is an international golf course at Costa Tesguise a thirty five min drive away.
For cycling enthusiasts Lanzarote hosts fantastic roads, whether you are a keen cyclist or just enjoy a peaceful cycle along the coastal path the choice is yours. Bikes can be rented from Playa Blanca, which are discounted the longer the rental. Marina Rubicon is ideal for people who like to scuba, sail and enjoy life on the water. Rubicon Marina hosts the most magnificent yachts and bars, restaurants overlooking the marina. Here you can feed the fish that swim below you whilst you dine.

Really enjoyed our stay

We really enjoyed our stay for a month Jan/Feb 2023. The property is in a really good location for Papagayo beaches, Rubicon Marina and Playa Blanca.

Plenty of space and the location was perfect for the three of us. The property is number 24, but it is situated between properties 17 and 21, very confusing on arrival late in the night. Overall it was a nice place to stay.

Great villa with everything you need.

Our stay in January was great, the villa had everything you could ask for, to have a wonderful holiday. The pool was a great touch. 10-15 minutes walk to the marina with lots of really nice restaurants. And 2 supermarkets 5 minutes walk away. Overall it was perfect.

We had a lovely two weeks here weather was fantastic jean and ken were brillinat had a great time. Was our first time in lanzarote and loved it. The villa was spotless with everything we needed. It was a nice walk into playa blanca where we found cafe aroma which did the most gorgeous meals. Would reccomend villa if going to playa blanca

We had great week chilling out in villa was great to have our own pool everything you need for cooking indoor and outdoor plenty outdoor space and great bedrooms with balcony’s if was being a bit picky outside could do with new tiles but great price and would definitely stay here again

Casa Bonita

Well equipped villa .. spotlessly clean,close proximity to supermarket and some restaurants.. Carpe diem -good. A 15 walk to marina which is lovely ..big choice of restaurants.. market Wednesday and Saturday. Playa Blanca 25minute walk .. big choice of restaurants there too.. Isla Bonita-good. Will be returning and would recommend.

Wonderful Villa

We ahd a great family holiday in this wonderful villa Aug o8. It has everything needed for a great holiday and more. The owners are more than helpful as are the agents looking after the property in Lanzarote. The pool is heaven sent in the hot sunshine and the local beaches are lovely. eating out was a pleasure with wonderful food. Looking forward to returning in the future. Many thanks.

Lovely perfect break

Clean, everything as stated in details, if you’re looking for home from home experience. Very quiet, shops less than 5mins, marina for market days 10-15 mins walk. Could walk to main Playa Blanca in 30-40 mins or taxis £5 euros. If you have young children (5-12) also a small park 5 mins from house. See you next year.

An excellent villa for a family holiday

The villa is excellent for a family holiday, had everything we needed for 2 adults and 2 children (5 and 2) we had a car so could explore all over, but did a lot on foot too! Beaches in walking distance are wonderful, the marina and playa Blanca have so much to offer in terms of eating out. But for the meals and times we spent in was so well equipped! We stayed over Xmas, the weather was lovely for us, but wasn’t hot enough to warm the pool enough for the kids to use, the adults braved a few dips! Sam was an excellent host and answered our many questions promptly and was super flexible on out departure time due to a late flight out! We’ll be back, it’s the perfect holiday stay!

A perfect holiday.

A great accomodation for a get-away, well prepared and sparkling clean. Outdoor pool is lovely and plenty of space to relax. The host kindly and promply answered our enquiries. A calm neighborhood with beautiful views and close to the beach. Unfortunately when we were there the air-condition kept pulling the fuse so we couldn't make use of it but there are many windows which allowed for the strong Lanzerote breeze and the available fan to keep the apartment well ventilated. Highly recommended!

This was our first visit to Lanzarote and we just loved the Island We stayed at Casa Te Bonita for just over a month and felt really relaxed and at home there. The villa is excellent with everything you need to have a great holiday clean, nicely furnished with a lovely comfortable at home feel about it....great location in a nice quiet residential area but only a short walk from the Marina and then onto Playa Blanca town. We did not hire a car and it would have just sat there had we done so as the bus service is great and we just loved walking along the never ending promenade We found so much to do and see also lovely restaurants bars etc. at the Marina also along the water front in the town A big thank you Neil & Jacky . ..we just can't wait to return

Comfortable, relaxing stay

The property was clean and comfortable. Some of the fixtures and furnishings are a bit dated and could use an upgrade but all in working order. The outdoor area and pool were clean and tidy. We got a taxi from the airport to the property so it would be beneficial if the property address on VRBO included the street name to make travelling to the property easier but not a huge problem as we found it via Google. The property is around a five minute walk to the beach and nearest supermarket, around 20 minute walk to the Marina and around 40 minute walk to Playa Blanca. The buses and taxis are cheap - 5€ to Playa Blanca by taxi and aroun 1.5 € by bus. The restaurants at the Marina are more expensive to eat in than in Playa Blanca. Recommend - Vino Blanco, Lani's, Oasis restarants all at the Marina and Camel, and the Anvil in Playa Blanca.

Home from home

Property is exactly as described,can't fault anything, on arrival hard to find as numbers are funny they go 13. 15. 17. 24. 21 hope this helps others in trying find villa a number on front wall would be good. The host is quick to answer any questions.the marina and beach are a nice walk along sea front but if you want short cut to down road at side of supermarket and cut across rough ground and your at Rubicon marina. And if you walk down to see turn right and then left you come to a small shopping mall with some nice shops and bars, thanks Sam for letting us stay and will definitely be coming back,only back today but can't wait to return

Lovely little villa in complex

Villa was surprisingly bigger than the photos look! Which was a nice pleasant surprise, it has a lovely outside area that extends around the back of the house. Pool was smallish but very deep, was not expecting it at all, plenty of room to swim still. Inside was very nice, sofa bed was also surprisingly bigger than expected which was perfect. The balcony was lovely which also extends around the front to the side of the house. The only thing I would say is that you are quite overlooked by neighbours, it is situated in a bit of a Villa complex, when we arrived and walked in, we realised the walls aren’t high as we could see straight into next doors garden and feel like we may have disturbed their siesta/sun bathe! Doesn’t feel very private, but apart from that everything was ok, a few doors were a bit dodgy but nothing we couldn’t handle. Overall had a nice stay

Almost perfect

This was a beautiful, spacious property, located in nice area with a short walk to the supermarket and beach. 20 min walk to Marina with shopping centre and loads of places to eat. Having our own pool was amazing and although cool, once in it was very pleasant...we just made sure that we replaced the solar cover whenever we weren't using it which helped maintain the temperature and keep the dust out. My tiny gripes: The property for the most part was very clean however the glasses in the cupboard were dirty and there were sweet wrappers left on the table in the living area. There was also some rubbish in between the doors and the shutters leading to the pool. It would have been an amazing touch for there to have been a small welcome pack of food/drink essentials or for the owners to find out our expected arrival and to offer to get some essentials for us then to reimburse them. We arrived on a Sunday eve so most places were shut but luckily we found a petrol station to get some water etc. Wherever we stay, a simple meal to cook is pizza but there's never a pizza cutter. Taking everything into account, we still had an amazing time. My gripes were not big enough for us to contact the owners during our stay so is merely for feedback purposes. We would 100% stay here again and would not hesitate to recommend to others.

Terrible DONT BOOK!!!!!

Our stay at this villa must be one the worst trips we have ever had with a villa. We have stayed in Lanzarote, Playa Blanca 15 times in which we love. From first Arriving the outside was dirty with food crumbs drink stains and a living room sofa bed outside by the pool instead of outdoor furniture. Not the best start. Once inside the villa was not clean, dirty floors, sweet wrappers in the lounge area and kitchen. The villa was extremely hot so we went to find the aircon, which had been stated was available. Nothing in the downstairs at all and once upstairs found 2 stand-alone aircon units. Went to turn them on and fused blown. Tried again same thing. Messaged ……… to which we were told yes they don’t work and will not be replaced. We were told you have 1 stand alone fan. The back bedroom ceiling fan only works when the light is on, not much use. Main bedroom ceiling fan did not work. Then as we start to clean the dirty dishes left, we found out that the dishwasher also did not work and they will not be fixing it or replacing it. I only have 3 main requirements when booking a villa, Aircon, Dishwasher and internet. Internet was so bad once connected we thought it was broken because it was so terrible. Reading through the welcome book to be told the island has such bad internet, that’s why the villas internet is so bad, yet another lie. Every villa we have stayed at has had amazing internet connection. We have teenagers with devices which require internet. Book elsewhere!

Property not as described

Air conditioning units missing. When reported, the host said they had been removed and that they could rent a single unit but we would have to take delivery. When we suggested that the person who looks after the property should be on site for delivery, we were told that we would have to pay a £30 call-out fee for him. This despite the issue not being caused by us or our responsibility to remedy. We declined. The ceiling fan & light didn’t work in the double bedroom either. The host told us to use a floor-standing fan. The dishwasher was broken. Also not communicated to us prior to arrival. A new one did get installed a couple of days after though. There’s rust running down the bathtub to the drain in one of the bathrooms. And it smells of sewage. At the top of the stairs, there are some old fittings which have left a dangerous nail sticking out from the post. The dining room chairs could use a replacement as they sag when you sit on them. Numerous cracked floor tiles outside and missing grout. The pool had a lot of dust at the bottom and only got cleaned once during our 10-night stay. And there wasn’t a net to clean the surface with. The outdoor table and chairs are very faded, and we had to clean them ourselves as they were dirty. Only 2 chair cushions. One outside sofa is very worn and uncomfortable to sit on, the other had cushions so stained that we had to wash them ourselves. In summary, the pictures and description on the Vrbo listing do not correspond with reality.
