"Relajarse y descansar" en la hermosa comunidad de Oak Island.
Ideal para familias y aquellos que quieren alejarse de las multitudes, pero aún así estar cerca de restaurantes, tiendas y actividades recreativas.

Este piso Ocean Walk es impecable, decorado con buen gusto y amueblado. Disfrutar de la vista del mar desde la cubierta del porche / balcón. Este condominio cuenta con todas las comodidades del hogar ... TV por cable, Internet de alta velocidad, estado de los electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable de arte, pequeños electrodomésticos como licuadora, batidora, tostadora, parrilla del capataz, y un montón de ollas y sartenes. encimeras de Corian, ventiladores de techo en todas las habitaciones, lavadora y secadora en el apartamento. El dormitorio principal tiene un baño privado. Dormitorios 2 y 3 tienen un baño de conexión. Todas las habitaciones tienen camas king size y televisores. Hay una mesa de comedor con capacidad para 4 y una barra de bar con capacidad para 4. El salón tiene un sofá, love seat, sillón reclinable y televisión de pantalla plana.
El condominio se encuentra a pocos pasos del ascensor para facilitar la carga y descarga. Asimismo, se encuentra cerca de la piscina grande. La playa se encuentra a 3 minutos a pie.

Wonderful!! This is our second time staying at this beautiful condo it won’t be our last! I am very particular about staying at places hoping they are clean for me and my family this condo is always so clean. It was so clean and nice last time we stayed we had to come back! Beth the owner always goes above and beyond, she is the sweetest! We will definitely be back!! We had the BEST time!

Nice condo, close to the beach, restaurants, grocery stores, and very well stocked - games, kitchen items, etc. Loved the king beds and tvs in all 3 bedrooms. Owner responds quickly to all inquiries. 5 stars!

Awesome Getaway!!

This was our second vacation on Oak Island and second time for staying in this condo which is perfect for our needs....short beach walk, pool, elevator, size and layout of condo, provided items, and location on island. Owner wonderful to work with. Definitely recommend for an awesome getaway!!

Oak Island

We enjoyed the spacious and very clean condo, quick walk to the beach and very close to the pool! We enjoyed the seafood at Pelican’s which was ready for pick up and we could eat inside the condo which with three kids is always more affordable and enjoyable for us.

This property was just as described. The location to the beach was awesome. The pool was nice. The elevators were so helpful. The kitchen has everything you need to cook. We had a wondeful stay.

We had a great week, condo is very nice, spacious,clean. Rooms are big, we had 2 adults and 4 kids and there was plenty of room. Location is great for us. Short walk to the beach,grocery store, and many different shops.Would Highly recommend.

Absolutely Beautiful condo. Everything you need is provided. As well as everything within walking distance, beach shops, candy/ice cream store, Food Lion, pool and of course Beach. Owners were very helpful and friendly. I highly recommend this gem!

The Perfect Getaway Home to visit Oak Island

This was an ideal property for our first visit to Oak Island. The owner provided outstanding communication throughout the process and the property was clean, well stocked, and very nicely furnished. The elevator was a HUGE help loading everything for our arrival and departure. The walk to the beach is only a couple of minutes, and there are several restaurants and shops within a very short walk. I highly recommend this home for families and couples looking for a convenient and comfortable location on Oak Island. It's truly a gem!

Month long review

Had a great month. Communication was perfect. Clean, well maintained condo. Cooked 90% of our meals in the well equipped kitchen. Your 2 blocks to the beach. Food Lion and Publix arr close. Highly recommend!!

Recent stay

The condo was presented accurately, the location made for easy walking to beach, grocery store, and restaurants. Check-in was easy and communication with the host was excellent. The only drawback was that garbage / trash bags were not provided, which was not mentioned in the listing. Only a few kitchen dish towels are provided, so bring all your own towels as well.

Oak Island

I can't say enough about this place. The owners were very quick to respond to our questions. It was perfect for our vacation with our daughter and her family. It was furnished with everything we needed. All the bedrooms were king beds and comfortable. Was walking distance to beach and grocery shopping. I would definitely recommend staying here if visiting Oak Island. We hope to be back next year. B.B

Great condo!

Family Vaca to the beach lead us here. A condo in the second floor which I have found to be harder to find but we liked not having to do up another floor. Very clean and had lots of cooking supplies that helped during our stay as we cook alot. Just minutes from the beach. It was very convenient drive to everything including a good lion! They also have an elevator which we didn’t know until we were packing up to leave and also biggies to help haul more things but we loved that and will definitely remember for next time !

Perfect Vacation Spot

The listing for the property was accurate, and communication through the website and link was quick. Beth was wonderful, and anticipated what we would need. Reserving, renting, and arranging for rental linens and towels was quick and easy. The clean, comfortable, and well-appointed condo is just 5 minutes from the beach access. The condo is spacious and the kitchen was great, and stocked with everything we needed to prepare meals. I appreciated the good washer and dryer, too-so nice to do a load or two so that we took clean clothes home. We walked to breakfast across the street and loved the quiet area. No issues with traffic, and Food Lion was very close. We especially loved being able to set things up on the beach and go back to the condo or to breakfast. One tip: call to make a reservation at Island Way (a restaurant just a few minutes’ drive from the condo) for a wonderful dinner with a view.

Family Beach Vacation - return renters!

We love this property! We returned to the same location after staying here two years ago. Beth is so accommodating and wonderful at communicating. The condo is clean and spacious with 3 bedrooms all with king beds, plenty of bathrooms, very easy access to beach and community pool, elevators to help get luggage up and down, shops/grocery stores, and offers a fully equipt kitchen. The washer and dryer as well as ability to borrow chairs and boogie boards make it so convenient to not schlep while traveling. We are completely fine bringing bed linens and towels of our own....or they can be easily rented. Our only suggestion would be to offer additional spare blankets for the beds. They're hard to travel with if driving, and the AC/fans work so well that it gets chilly at night. We love this property as it's so convenient to everything and will most definitely stay with them again! Thank you for another wonderful family vacation!

Fit our needs just fine

This property was perfect for four adults - we had our own bedroom and bathroom with a very comfortable common space to gather for meals and conversation. A short walk to the beach (about 1 block) and walking distance to several restaurants and a grocery store. The beach chairs and umbrella were appreciated - we did not have to rent them or bring our own. The condo was clean and comfortable with a well equipped kitchen. Balcony is small but with the heat and humidity during our visit, only one of our group spent any time out there (he's from Florida - he loves hot weather). The owner was very responsive to questions on minor issues when we arrived. Overall a great week spent on Oak Island. The property can accommodate 6 people but we felt more than 4 adults staying in the condo would be too crowded, especially with 2 bedrooms sharing a bath. There is a half bath that came in handy at times. The main dining table seats 4; two people would have to sit at the kitchen bar. It would work for 4 adults and 2 children but not for 6 adults (in my opinion)

Very Clean!

First time staying here it was actually ALOT nicer than the pictures it was beautifully decorated and very spacious! We loved it! Walking distant to a lot of stores and eating places we got a golf cart to ride everywhere and it’s not far to the beach loved the pool too! We definitely enjoyed our visit!❤️
