Property was described perfectly and the place was great. Pictures were spot on and the rental company and agent that I connected with was attentive and great to work with.

Do you know we stay there was very nice. The only thing was the master bedroom mattress was very worn out. Other than that the place was fabulous

Great family vacation! 5 units rented great location and amenities. The units were well stocked. I think the some of the units could have been cleaner. But overall a great vacation and super location!

Slightly disappointed

This was our third visit to Myrtle Beach Resort and was our worst experience. We look forward to the lazy river, jacuzzi and kid’s pool however, the entire area was closed the entire week we were there without warning. Construction/remodeling was going on the entire week which is understandable but the workers left tools and a mess everywhere you looked. The elevator was working some of the time and the unit didn’t look like it’d been cleaned properly before our arrival. Pest control was done a few days prior to our arrival yet a cockroach was found in the unit during our stay. I informed the resort management company of all but the cockroach because it was toward the end of our stay and were told that they hoped the rest of our week got better. In years past we’ve rented from individual owners and you can tell the difference in responsiveness and attentiveness. If the location weren’t so perfect I doubt we would be back.

Jessica, thanks for your review. These are all individually owned units, we manage the properties for these owners. There is little we can do about a cockroach finding its way into your property after pest control is performed. We do the best we can do to ensure a clean and fully stocked condo for your stay. It sounds like this was a semi "imperfect storm" of unfortunate events. We hope you can give us another shot in the future. We take all of guests' concerns and comments seriously and can bet that your future stay will be better. Despite all of this, we hope you found some relaxation here in Myrtle Beach. Take care! Reviewer Comments: There was blood on the mattress pad of the pull out sofa bed (do the sheets really get changed?) Kids in the hallway running up and down the hall and playing spike ball in the hallway through out the night. Renters letting their friends/family in to the pool that didn’t rent a unit. People using floats in the pool and throwing balls continuously in the pool-kids being left unattended while swimming. The constant smell of pot while walking through the parking lot and walking on the beach. Needless to say, this was NOT a good experience and we will NOT be back!

But you must keep in mind that there are multiple complexes with a different proximity to the ocean and quality of stay. Many of them, including our 2bdr unit A310 are old and outdated and that is not always reflected by the price. Overall this place is great for the family vacation and I would recommend it to friends.

Beach vacation

I got to say the pictures were a bit deceiving. It appeared so much larger than it actually was. It was outdated, loud from other guests and wasn't at all what I expected. No locks on bathroom or bedroom doors nor ceiling fans in the rooms. It was an okay stay for the price; however a word of wisdom...take your luggage down to your car the night before because I think they turn off the elevators on Saturdays. We had to lug all our belongings by hand and three floors down which was hard on us. Don't think I'd stay at this establishment again.
