Living area with TV, dining for eight, and a casual dining area for four. Two A/C units, two terraces with golf course views, and two parking spaces. Laundry room included. A perfect blend of classic Mediterranean style and modern comfort in an exclusive resort setting.
This is a gated and exclusive community within the Wyndham Grand Rio Mar Resort. The beach is just 4 minutes from the property. The golf and tennis clubs are steps from the villa, and you can make reservations in advance. The hotel offers a variety of restaurants.

Family Vacation

Beautiful property and well maintained, we stayed a week and only left the property by Uber to get groceries. If you stay at this property, you really don't need a car, but you really do need golf carts to get around.

Peace and Tranquility in the Middle of the Hustle and Bustle

What can I say about this property other than it was amazing! The property is located right within the Rio Mar community, which is about 5 minutes away from the main road around the Luquillo area. You would never guess that you are that close to everything as once you get to the villa, the rest of the world disappears and you hear nothing but the breeze. The villa itself is spacious and very well appointed with super comfortable beds and bedding. All of the air conditioners work fantastically and cool the entire property very quickly. The view of the golf course from the back patio makes for a very quiet environment and provides all-day entertainment. Getting to the beach can be a trek, so be sure you have a car. When you get to the beach, however, it's a beautiful sight to see. The beach front is exquisitely maintained and secluded, making it feel like you have your own private beach. The pool facility is beautiful although it should be noted that there are special rules for pool use. Essentially, if you don't OWN the villa, you can't use the pool. On weekends there is a security guard to enforce the "pool only for owners" rule, but during the week, there was no one around to stop you. The villa is also very close to some fantastic restaurants in the area, including Amor + Harina for breakfast/lunch and Richie's for dinner. Richie's is a must do and the view from the hill is only outdone by the food. We'll definitely be back here again! Thanks for everything, Lydia!

Great stay in Puerto Rico

We loved the villa and property, great for a large family gathering. Highly recommend a rental car which you can get at the airport or the Wyndham Rio Mar hotel.

AMAZING!

This place far exceeded our expectations. The e villa is absolutely beautiful and the views were breathtaking!! The attention to detail and everything we needed for our beach vacation provided by our host Lydia was fantastic. We all had a blast and exploring this side of the island. None of us wanted to leave and look forward to our next visit some day.

Best VRBO rental we ever had

There are not enough superlatives to describe this villa. The location on the golf course was wonderful. A 15 minute walk to a beautiful beach that was made for boogie boarding. The hotel pools were fantastic for the five adults and two 6- and 7-year olds. The house itself had every amenity we could possibly ask for - plenty of comfortable beds for 7 of us, beach chairs, beach umbrellas, boogie boards. The kitchen was nicely equipped with every appliance/utensil we needed. And it was beautifully furnished. And Lydia, the owner, was responsive to our every question and need. Example: coffeemaker stopped working - another was delivered before the end of the day! I can't say enough good things about this rental - no regrets at all — other than we wish we had booked a longer stay!

Great time in Puerto Rico

Three generation family vacation group of 11. Villa was as described and had plenty of space for everyone. Great layout that provided both privacy and places for us to congregate for meals or group activities. Property very well maintained and kitchen had all the utensils and appliances we needed to prepare meals. Highly recommend. Host Lydia was very responsive and helpful whenever we had questions. We had a fantastic stay at this home. So well appointed. Everything we needed for a day by the pool or the beach was at the house. The house had enough space for everyone. We loved our trip to PR and would definitely stay here again!

Amazing villa in Rio Grande

I stayed in this property with 5 of my friends and we were very happy with this villa. It was clean and looked exactly as in the pictures I saw in the listing. The person in charge of the property was always available the few times I called her for anything. We did not have time to use the pool but went to the beach which as nice. The master bedroom had AC issues te first night but magically it started working properly by the 2nd night. Also, on last night f our stay, after pulling down the screen in the master bedroom window I was not able to lift it up again (either it got stuck or did not know the "trick" to put it back as it was so ended up sleeping with open window but at least screen was down and mosquitos did not get in. It was not a big deal was it was not too hot at night.

Their where 3 familys in the Villa with 4 young children. Each family had their own room with plenty of space. It was perfect for them.

Awesome Villa!!!!!

Had a great time away with my family in Rio Mar. The Villa is super nice. The place was quite and we were able to relax for a couple of days. Lydia was a super host. Wonderful property! Spacious, loved the location on the golf course, quiet, so green, relaxing, terrific sunrises. Everything provided, bathrooms, kitchen all fully equipped, beach towels, chairs, boogie boards, umbrellas. Super clean, excellent beds. Wonderful beach & pool, so convenient. Excellent restaurants & bars at the Wyndham. FamCoop grocery 10 minutes with everything you need. El Yunque 10 minutes, San Juan 25 minutes on super highway 66. Ferries to Culebra & Vieques 30 minutes. Just a great experience all around. Thank you Lydia!

Fantastic Stay!!

Th property was wonderful and our agent Lydia Romero went above and beyond. We stayed for Christmas vacation and there was even a Christmas tree up, which was such an added surprise! Would definitely recommend this property.

Rio Mar Left Me Wanting Rio “More”

A great condo! Convenient to the clubhouse, hotel, and town. Clean and well-supplied. We sat on the back patio each day and enjoyed the golf course views and the weather! Rent a car (you get two parking spots and a gate opener) and go explore the town and its fabulous restaurants. We all enjoyed our stay. Our only wish was that it was a longer stay (maybe all winter)!

Either for small groups or a whole family, the villa has excellent accommodations, is a perfect getaway destination for families, with up to 10 guests.
The villa provides to split the accommodation for 6 persons on the first floor only.
Accommodation for more than 8 persons, the additional rate applies.
The second floor can accommodate up to 4 additional persons. If more than 8 people are expected, an additional rate per person per night will apply. The page will do the calculation automatically.

The Resort provides plenty of activities, and the area offers a wide range of entertainment for all ages and all interests.
