We had a wonderful stay! The place was exactly as described—clean and well-maintained. The host was friendly, responsive, and made check-in and check-out easy. Everything was as described! There were 6 of us and we felt like we had so much room! The POOL was immaculate! And we needed it because it was toasty! Manager was very responsive and accommodated us well! We'll go back for sure!

Travis has a very lovely and clean home. Awesome entertainment system. Stocked kitchen. Frankie was a great contact person for suggestiions on places to go or eat. We really had a great time on our first visit to Palm Springs. Very spacious. We will be back.

Great Palm Springs Getaway

My team and I were in town for Palm Springs ShortFest, and this house was perfect for our stay. Convenient location, quiet neighborhood, spacious and clean house, great amenities. Travis and Frankie are communicative and kind hosts. Highly recommend!

Wonderful house, great location, terrific manager

Want mid-century modern, then snag this great property. Very spacious, and close to Village Fest and Mt San Jacinto. Loved just lounging by the pool when we weren't visiting Joshua Tree NP. House is close to shopping, yet in a very quiet neighborhood. If my extended family wants to meet up again in PS, I'd defintely consider this property again.

Mid-Century Comfort

Very comfortable home that hits all the right notes. Fully outfitted kitchen: check.Large Dining area: check.Expansive Entertainment area: check.Comfortable bedrooms: check.Nicely landscaped pool area: check.We didn’t use the pool because it was too cold, but spent late afternoons getting the sun before it went over the mountain. A very nice property.

Great House - Not exactly as nice as the photos

This house is fantastic, albeit we found it to be slightly dated compared to the photos online. We come to PS for an annual golf trip and this location is literally perfect for that since we like to be close to everything. Deferred maintenance aside (we had to clean out the ice maker and use the plunger), we had a nice stay. The management was exceptional when we needed anything they were on the spot. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

Wonderful property

We really enjoyed staying at this property in Palm Springs. The floor plan is spacious and it felt very private. Communication and instructions were timely, friendly and accurate. All our questions and requests were promptly addressed. Everything was very clean and there was no clutter. This was our first visit to Palm Springs. The location is quite close to the downtown and restaurants. The next time we plan to visit, we'll definitely be looking to stay here again.

Awesome stay!

The moment we stepped inside, we were blown away by the design of the house. The way it seamlessly blended with the pool and outdoor courtyard was simply stunning. We were specifically looking for a mid-century modern home, and this one totally nailed it. The layout was perfect, with plenty of open spaces that allowed our group of six to connect easily. And the best part? The house had everything we needed, making our stay even more comfortable. We loved the convenience of being able to walk to town or go for a hike in the mountains. The property managers were always on hand and super helpful when we had any questions. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Beautiful home, perfect location

We stayed at this spacious, well-appointed home with a group of friends and family during the awesome PS film festival. Travis was a gracious host—attentive and available to answer questions and make us feel at home. The pool and gas-lit stone fire pit and beautiful grounds uplighting create a magical backdrop at night. During the day, lounge under the sun while gazing at the snow-capped mountains. There are rooms galore, and the open space is much more expansive than pictured. Yep, this place has that and plenty more. We’ll be back!

A large and charming pool home

This lovely property should satisfy those who like their PS pool homes large and comfortable. With 4 BR and 3.5 bathrooms, it easily accommodated two couples and two single women who each needed a separate bathroom. The pool is large and unusually deep, which the swimmers among us appreciated. The livingroom couch is especially inviting, with reclining seats in several locations. We encountered a few small problems: master bath electrical outlets didn't work, and the kitchen faucet was loose. (We didn't call those in as they were minor issues.) Overall, this is a well-kept, stylish and inviting property, with lots of extras like two ovens, a diverse supply of games, and bottled water in the wet bar. And Travis greeted us personally, which we appreciated.

I knew our family would love this property before arriving. As we entered the neighborhood we were greeted with a canopy of trees creating an archway across the street. It really took my breath away as it was so unexpected. More delightful were whimsical street signs, "humps not bumps."We were warmly greeted by Travis, but it was the pool that cinched the deal when we entered the property. It was truly an oasis of comfort, beautiful views and family fun. Entering this historic Trousdale home its uniqueness and creativity of design were in full display. As a family we enjoyed and used every room, although the pool kept us poolside most of the time. Because we loved the living room with its very comfortable seating, sound system and huge TV we decided to have movie nights each evening. With the bar behind us popcorn in front of us and Brandini's famous Palm Springs toffee in our hands we were living our best lives.The floor plan, the gorgeous master bath and an additional master bath along with all the amenities of the home made for a worry-free, comfortable and relaxing stay.The most useful room in the house was the laundry room which was invaluable. it was large and included a washer, dryer, drying rack, toilet, vanity and mirror along with a very long counter which had lots of drawers below. The long counter let us put all our "supplies" out of sight. The room was so big any larger items you may have brought with you are easily stored. I'm out of space. Loved it. Go!

Perfect house

We rented Travis’ house for my friend’s bachelorette weekend. It is huge and nicely decorated. It was the perfect size for nine of us and had all the amenities we needed. Only a five minute drive to downtown. Travis was very responsive and easy to communicate with through the VRBO app.

A magical oasis in the middle of the desert!

I can’t say enough good things about Travis and his gorgeous home. As a host, Travis was hospitable, helpful, and affable. The house was spacious, beautifully decorated, clean, and comfortable. It’s a short, 5-minute drive to downtown and is situated in a quiet and adorable neighborhood. The perfect place to relax and enjoy the magic that Palm Springs has to offer. I look forward to staying here again!

Stunning home and views!

We had a wonderful time experiencing Palm Springs while staying at this home. The host met us when we arrived and went over everything we needed to know about the home. The home offered everything we needed including a beautiful pool and a relaxing courtyard. It was the perfect amount of space for 8 adults. We were able to walk to town which was wonderful. All around a perfect time!

Great property for a family trip

Excellent property for our group of 10 adults. This was a family trip for New Years so we wanted somewhere clean, centrally located, with plenty of space and large enough beds/bedrooms. This place delivered! Travis was very responsive to the one minor issue we had during our stay (malfunctioning appliance) and was there to help check us in. We would definitely stay here again - as someone who's stayed at MANY Airbnbs and VRBOs, I can really appreciate a beautiful, well-managed property like this one!

Great house for a girls trip

The house was as described. Check in and check out was easy. Allowed for privacy as well as a lot of together time. Centrally located. Gorgeous kitchen. Could have used more loungers around the pool but the floaties for the pool allowed more people to lay out. Definitely consider book this home, you won't regret it!
