3-bedroom Huge Backyard Pool House with Spa in Gorgeous Historical Palm Springs

I’m originally from Thousand Oaks CA where I got my start in the swimming pool and spa industry. Spending so much time in beautiful backyards and not so beautiful ones quickly honed my ability to imagine just what an outdoor space needed to make it a place one would want to relax and unwind. This eye and attention to detail soon made its way into the home itself. Creating a living space that is both comforting and pleasing to the eye became an obsession.
I greatly enjoy interacting with my guests, providing solutions, and constantly learning what is most important in a successful stay. I’m not happy unless my clients are happy.

When researching properties, I came to find that all of them had power lines that would interrupt the majestic view of the mountains. Also, the size of the backyards were just large enough to fit a pool with little room left for anything else.
Then like magic, Alexander appeared. It was the only property I found in the famed Raquetclub Estates where the previous owner had the power lines buried so the fabulous views are completely unobstructed. Not only that, the back yard was huge!
So I promptly purchased this diamond in the rough and began transforming it.
I added a spa to the preexisting pool. How can you relax and unwind without a hot tub?right.
Then I made use off the huge space by adding a putting green complete with little sand traps, and a large gas fire pit for gathering after the days adventures to roast hotdogs and s’mores where at sunset you can see the light from the top of the Aerial Tramway of Palm Springs highest peak.
I truly feel like I have the best place.
