Una casa muy comoda

Amplia, limpia, una terraza muy grande con tumbonas, la piscina tamaño majo, cambio de toallas amenudo, limpian la piscina 2 veces por semana...todo muy bien. Para repetir.

Wonderful Holiday Villa

Very well presented Holiday Villa, clean, comfortable and with everything that you could possibly need. Supermarket, Cafe bar and Indian Restaurant within 2 minute walk. 15-20 mins walk into the Rubicon Marina with wonderful restaurants, and only a further 20-30 mins walk along the seafront to a wider range of restaurants and shops.A perfect place for a relaxing family holiday

La struttura è grande e accogliente, dotata di tutto il necessario. Vicino al bellissimo lungomare e nei dintorni si possono trovare ristoranti e un fornitissimo supermercato. Abbiamo chiesto di posticipare il check out di qualche ora e l’host molto gentilmente ha acconsentito. Sicuramente esperienza da ripetere

Lovely Villa

Fantastic property with all that anyone would need to enjoy their stay, highly recommended and in easy walking distance to Marina Rubicon which has many restaurants and bars. Playa Blanca is also an easy Bus ride.

Perfect location and good size accomodation.

A clean, good size accomodation with two double bedrooms and two large bathrooms upstairs with a small bedroom downstairs with wc. Adequate outside space with small pool; larger area than others we have stayed in the area, as it is a corner plot. Perfect position for the marina with only a 15 minute walk to plenty of restaurants or 30 minutes walk into the main Playa Blanca resort. Opposite a good supermarket and a lovely coffee shop; Antonios. Would definitely stay here again when in Playa Blanca. Excellent communication with owner too.

Lovely family holiday

Myself and my family had a lovely relaxing time here. The apartment had all the basics that u needed and very near to the bus stop and supermarket. Lovely walks to the restaurants and beaches. Playa blanca is a beautiful place and couldn't believe how much there was to see too. Would Def come again. Thank you Amanda for everything and the recommendations you gave us too. Appreciated that. We Def made some fun memories with our family.

Amazing

This villa is absolutely amazing. Our family of 6 had enough space and we all really enjoyed ourselves. The local supermarket is 1 minute away and holds everything you could possibly need. The bus stop is right outside and takes you everywhere you need to go.

Lovely villa and perfect location!

We’ve just returned from a great week in this lovely immaculate villa. The heated pool was a big plus as the weather was quite cool due to the breeze. Great location with an enjoyable stroll to the marina with all its restaurants in the evenings, although having the very friendly Antonio’s café opposite was perfect for a coffee or light lunch. We loved it so much we’ve booked to return again later in the year and will hopefully make it a regular visit!

Großzügige Villa von sehr freundlicher Vermieterin

Als 5köpfige Familie haben wir das großzügige Platzangebot mit 3 Bädern, 2 Balkonen und großer Terrasse sehr genossen. Spiele, Bücher, Küchenutensilien, Handtücher, Bettwäsche waren ausreichend vorhanden. Die Vermieterin hat uns im Voraus sehr freundlich mit vielen hilfreichen Informationen versorgt, die Nähe zum Supermarkt ist ideal. Die wunderschönen Papageienstrände und das Zentrum von Playa Blanca sind in wenigen Autominuten erreichbar. Gern wieder!

Good villa

Good villa, pool deep and our 7 year old loved it. Amanda very helpful with recommendations. Parking easy. Supermarket just across the road a bonus. Antonio's cafe across the road a welcome addition to bring some life to the area in the evening. Did walk in and back from Marina in an evening. As a couple we we would have enjoyed walk into and from town, but our son who normally has oodles of energy was less willing to walk as too tired out after all that swimming. Villa well enough equipped for our needs, only thing missing was grill pan for oven and oven gloves to prevent burned fingers. We may well be back to this villa for another stay, as hard to fault it. Thanks for the stay!

Fantastic stay

A well equipped house for a family of 5 especially the kitchen as we tend to eat in. The area was very quiet, 10min walk to beach for rock pooling and snorkelling and in the opposite direction the marina. The house was brilliant, very clean and Amanda was great at keeping in touch and dealing with any issues promptly. Would definitely recommend the house and the area.

June stay

We are 2 couples in our 50s & 60s and thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this villa. The pool was serviced/cleaned about 3 times during our 10 night stay and the cleaners came once to clean and provide fresh towels etc. The villa is in a great location with a bar and supermarket directly across the road. The area is very quiet. It is a 15 minute stroll to the marina Rubicon and a further 30 minutes to Playa Blanca. The villa was very clean and had all the facilities you want, including very good wifi. The property owner is avaiblbe to contact if you have any issues, not that we did. Bedrooms are spacious with ample storage space. One has en suite fscilities and the other has its own separate bathroom/shower. There is also a 3rd room downstairs which we didn't use. Would certainly recommend staying at this villa.

Perfect stay

Great location with papagayo beaches and rubicon nearby, cafes and supermarket, taxi rank and bus stop just on the other side of the road. Nice walk to playa dorada about 15 mins. Fantastic warm pool and a great layout with lots of privacy and 2 great balconies. Well stocked kitchen, nice welcome pack. Amanda very helpful. Would love to stay again as soon as possible!

Alles so, wie man sich eine Ferienwohnung und einen solchen Urlaub vorstellt. Perfekt Kommunikation im Vorfeld mit einer sehr freundlichen und kümmernden Gastgeberin, die jederzeit erreichbar ist, perfekte Location, die alle Bedarfe Reisender befriedet (Supermarkt, Bus, kleines Frühstückslokal, nahe zur Promenade aber ruhig). Im Haus ist alles vorhanden, was man erwarten kann, ein paar kleine Dinge wie ein wenig Milch, Kaffeefilter, etc. zusätzlich. Die Räume sind geschmackvoll und zweckmäßig eingerichtet, alles funktioniert und es mangelt quasi an nichts. Was mich zudem freute war, dass tatsächlich alles ausreichend für die angegebene Personenzahl da war! Auf jeden Fall eine Top - Empfehlung für alle Reisenden, wir werden gerne wiederkehren.

Good family accommodation

Lovely stay in homely villa. Host responded quickly to queries before we arrived and very prompt response when we identified a small issue with the pool after we arrived. The catch/lock to the en-suite bathroom needs some minor attention but it wasn’t a problem for us.. Very convenient for marina rubicon. Overall a great stay and would come ack.

Das Ferienhaus ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Pool und aussenbereich ist sehr sauber und zweckmäßig. Wer gerne den Grill anwirft ist hier richtig. Ideal für 4-5 personen

Brought up in the South West of the U.K. and currently live in Bristol having spent 20+ years based in London. Love to travel, and having been to countries as diverse as Vietnam, Cambodia, Cuba, Venezuela and even Libya, have been drawn to Spain and the Canaries more and more in the last few years. In fact Lanzarote and Playa Blanca in particular is the only place I have been to more than once, and I love it. So much so that when the chance came to buy a house here, I had to do it.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

Playa Blanca has such a lovely feel to it, and has something to offer everyone. I have come back to Playa Blanca time and time again, and this area close to the Marina and the gorgeous beaches of Papagayo is just superb. With open views of the mountains, and sea views from the balconies this house has such a feeling of space. The outside terrace has plenty of room for sunbathing, and the dining areas both inside and out are excellent for 6 to dine with comfort.
The bedrooms upstairs each have their own balcony, and the bathrooms really are spacious to the extreme. A private pool which can be heated is the icing on the cake.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

The open plan layout of the house really works for me,and having a separate kitchen is a must ( my husband is a great cook ).
The balconies upstairs and the size of the bedrooms and bathrooms also gives the upstairs a proper sense of space, and being open and uncluttered. The light tunnel and the angled staircase are really unique, and the reason why I fell in love with the house.
